My coworker and I (both females) had the pleasure of taking the lift certification class with Beau Brown at this Spartanburg location. We were warmly welcomed by Beau and thoroughly educated to ensure that we were comfortable with training on equipment that we have never stepped foot on. I would recommend his training services and well-maintained equipment to everyone.

Lame service...After work, I tried to rent a line locator, for about an hours worth of use. It was 3:45p. They close at 5p. They would not let me have it, without charging me for an entire day, instead of the 4-hr rate, because I couldnt have it back by 5. I explained my situation in good faith. I guess theyd rather lose business, than work with a customer who has rented with them in the past. Emphasis on the past...

Dont waste your time trying to rent a trailer from these guys. They dont quite understand the concepts behind Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. Maybe it was the math or maybe they were just too lazy? Overall, they were a waste of my time.

One of the few places to get a decent hardhat in a pinch.

They always have everything we need no problem and the price if you compare it to some of the other rental places is very fair maybe if youre interested in equipment thats not almost new and kept in good shape then you may not like Sunbelt due to price but we are a very large business and rent alot of equipment and its always top notch also the ppl are one of a kind fast friendly and helpful thats all you can ask for

Next time do not give out a broken machine ..wasting time..people make sure yr rental tools work before handing them to customers

They are a little expensive, but they are very friendly and always have the tools I need for a project.

The guys at the desk were lazy and rude wouldnt get up to help look for sandpaper when ask him about the sandpaper he just got a attitude about it

Asked about renting scaffolding and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up.
