Great customer service! These guys replaced the digitizer and screen right away. While other places quoted me even more money and I had to leave it overnight for the same job. Definitely coming back again

Sales person Did not even want to look at my phone. Just looked at the screen and said its a software issue we cant repair this. I insisted saying you sure its not hardware, he said yes. Went home looked at a couple yt videos, it was hardware and I repaired it myself. Not helpful at all.

Dusty was incredible!!So friendly and nice, and so intelligent. He answered all of my questions and was super fast fixing my phone.He also ordered me a new key fob for my car that will make life SO much easier!!I’m so thankful that the store opened at 8am, b/c I was able to get in and out and to work w/o being too late.I made the appointment online and took my $10 off coupon in.Overall- I was incredibly impressed and will definitely recommend this location and staff to others!Keep up the good work!!

I stopped in yesterday and spoke to Duane. He was very helpful. Needed a battery for my cell phone, but he let me know that couldn’t happen then but if I called for an appointment they would not only set that time aside, there would be an added discount for the battery installed. I called to make the appointment this morning, and it happened just as he said. Adam was also very helpful, and covered things with my phone to make sure everything was in good working order. They were both amazing! I highly recommend them and will be back for any future items I my need that they carry. Great job guys!

I was referred to this business by Verizon. Went in expecting the worst on a cell phone battery, A great guy by the name of Chris, assisted me. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up not needing a battery and it cost me nothing for him to charge my battery! I will definitely shop there again, and recommend.

Came in for just an iPhone battery replacement. Was very impressed that the customer service person did a thorough checkover of the phone and pointed out a few items that might be a concern in the future. Battery was replaced very quickly, but as I was checking out, the phone went blank. I left the phone while they spent several hours troubleshooting and found and fixed an internal problem, at no extra charge. They also installed a new screen protector (mine was cracked) Plus got a $10 discount on BOTH services (coupon on their web site). What a great place!! I have found my new iPhone repair store (and they also sell tons of batteries and bulbs!. Thanks!

My iPhone battery was worn out so I was able to make an appointment to have Batteries Plus Bulbs replace the battery. The appointment time was scheduled for one hour from when I made the appointment online. Upon entering the store my information was already in their computer and the company had applied a discount so there was no need to take in the coupon. The associate was methodical in making sure everything was working prior to replacing the battery and within 10 minutes we were rechecking to verify everything on the iPhone was working. The process was very efficient and the people very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the folks at Batteries Plus Bulbs on East Blackstock road in Spartanburg.

Thought the place was called Batteries and Bulbs.??.If you look at a couple reviews back I left it for 5🌟..These people go above and beyond the call... We are grateful for the amazing amount of help matching and cross-matching batteries ..😁😁😍..Were going to be returning as we need batteries for lifes gadgets and necessities 😁😁..Adam is the fellow who helped me.😊..I believe Zach on the phone if I remember correctly its been about a week ago... BUT, all the service I got from initial phone call to the in-store was fabulous A+ from them all... The salesmen in your store are very nice. Several weeks ago I went by there to buy a new battery for my cellphone. The salesman said, Lets see what is going on with your phone. He closed some things that was bringing my battery down. He said that if that didnt work to come back and they would sell me a battery. He didnt charge anything for this service. I couple of weeks later I had to go back for the battery. The second salesman was very nice also. He installed the battery and was very timely and helpful. A lady in the parking lot and I started talking and we both agreed that the customer service at Batteries Plus Blubs Store is outstanding.

My experience was Great! The guy at Batteries plus was able to troubleshoot my phone issue and he found it was the Charging port. He was able to fix it in just 1.5 hours!!! Excellent customer service!!

My son cracked his screen pretty good. We drove over and the gentleman there was very nice and cordial. Within 3 hours it was repaired and fixed for a fair price. Love the services.

The intake went great, Paul did a great job getting me in and out. It took about an hour and half to get it done but they told me they had others in front of me and to expect a two hour repair. I agreed to that and they got it done quicker. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

Dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4 and shattered the screen. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived early. I received a discount for scheduling online. The repair took less than an hour and its perfect. Easy and will come again.
