I dropped my 1000 dollar computer off at this mans shop and paid $35 as a upfront fee for a diagnostic. He kept my computer for A WHOLE MONTH, not even trying to diagnose it. Said the power supply wasn’t working, and he ordered the $65 part without even telling me. Told Daniel I was tired of it and I wanted my computer back after a month. He didn’t pick up the phone for 4 days. Finally went to get it, and turns out the power supply wasn’t even the issue. So, $35 for a diagnosis that he didn’t give, $65 for the part that I never received and that had nothing wrong with it. I payed this man over $100 dollars for him to clean my computer, and keep it in his shop for A MONTH for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Check the yelp reviews and the better business bureau, this is a almost fraudulent business.

Absolute great customer service! Unfortunately for me but not them I have had to use their services several times. No worries! Mr. Whats his name (Ill find out Friday) is the best! When I didnt have the money to fix my charging problems, Mr. Whats his name let me charge it for free for a couple days. Just dropped my laptop off and picked back up fully charged! ❤

Came in on a Friday to get my son computer diagnosed the man said it will be $35 and that hell call me first thing monday.i called him didnt get a answer for about a week.i finally decided to go into the store.he said I need a power supply that wasnt the issue also had the nerve to raise the diagnosis to $65 when he clearly didnt touch the computer I wouldnt recommend this fraudulent place to anyone.

I brought in a ps4 about a week ago for cleaning the guy there said it would be done in like 2 days . He said he would call when it was finished. Now a week later I haven’t received a call, so I called them and it seemed like they were just now getting to it. Keep in mind that I’m paying 75$ for a simple clean and it has taken them a whole week to get to it. I tried calling them today to see what the hold up was and it went to the fax machine.

Dropped my phone off this past Monday they told me it will be ready Saturday i called no answer went to the store they were closed if my phone wasnt ready they should have called me

My son stay dropping his phone thanks to Daniel and everything mobile with the breakers club i pay half the price every time up to 6 time saving 50 dollars any penny counts and we are now at 4 repairs imagine have to keep paying $130 every time your child drop his/her phone even your self. but thanks everything mobile for the help and fast service would recommend them to anyone

Took my laptop to them 6-10-19 unable to boot and blank screen. told it would take 1-2 days to repair. finally got computer back on 6-17 took it home and had blank screen and would not boot after paying them $125 plus $25 for diagnosing. took back that night. 06-18 was told that the problem was the hard drive which they could fix for another $135 but they could not refund my original 125. picked up comp and will send it to someone who can fix it. These people never called me back though they repeatedly said they would. would not recommend them for anything.

My son took his phone in and had the screen replaced. His phone is an iPhone 7. Upon turning the phone on he immediately noticed a horrible quality to the colors. Also instead of being able to swipe the screen it now opens everything he touches. This guy wants him to pay another $50 on Monday to upgrade the screen back to a decent quality. No thanks!!! There is no reasoning with this guy. My son simply asked to have his cracked screen reinstalled and a refund. He was told that he could have the old screen but no refund. The new LCD quality is honestly so bad that he would rather have the broken screen. Shame on you guys for ripping people off. Look at your reviews and get some ethics. You should never ask an unsatisfied customer to pay you more money to do what you should have done to begin with. Shame on you for taking advantage of people. What goes around comes around and I would give you guys zero stars as well. Remember the golden rule and your reviews will get better. Please start treating people with respectAlso an update.....this business is installing $16 screens ( shown on receipt and definitely not disclosed upfront) and charging $80 to install it. We will be carrying this phone to Apple to see if they will replace this terrible screen that was put in just yesterday. My son pays for his items himself and takes great care of his devices. For this business to get away with this is a definite slap in the face.

Friendly and Professional service. Upon fixtures, everything is detailed on what and why causes the issues. Had my iPhone screen repaired 3 or 4 times, I can’t remember the exact number bc it works like a new one. On one occasion, the screen had a little glitch to it, I brought it back, the owner apologized, put a new screen on with no extra charge in literally 15 minutes as I informed him that I was a little tight on time. The only down fall is l, that while I was there, *NSYNC came on and I am not a big fan of them, but I mean it’s no big deal. I would recommend it!

They claimed that it would take 1 week for tge parts to come in. We never received a call. My husband went and talked to one of the men and all of a sudden it could be fixed by 2pm. Well went up there at 230 and He hadnt even touched it. It took him 30 mins to put the screen on. So what was the problem to begin with?? Also left a sticker on my tablet that wont come off.

Horrible customer service. They had our tablet for 2 mths. Could not get a status after phone calls and having to drive there several times. $90 later the tablet still didnt work. Terrible company. Taking nine months to reply still blaming us further shows lack of customer service. Learned to evaluate ratings beforehand. Only good reviews for this company are from relatives and fellow employees.

Called this place to get a price on getting past a password on an old computer I fount that is running windows xp which is literally a 10 minute fix and they told me $125 when then man at computer care one LLC in King’s Mtn told me $25 this place is charging 500% more than what the other place is charging check around before you use this place! And on top of that when I told them what they guy at the other shop told me the lady then said the same thing she already said and told me it would be $125... and so I told them I wouldn’t pay that and started to say that “because I can get it done for $100 cheaper down the road” but she hung up on me before I was able to say that 🤣 and yes please check all the other reviews I have given to other companies most of the reviews I give are 5 star reviews HAHA

I would rate zero if i could. They broke my phone. It went in for screen repair but they scratched the board while fixing it which is unrepairable. They broke the back screen and then had the nerve to blame me and said they could fix it for $75 additional dollars. The speaker doesn’t work and the phone is broken. After taking it to another repair shop I was told I have to buy a new phone. Never go here. The experience was awful.

I have come here a lot to get my phone repaired(I abuse my phone😂). I’ve never had a problem and they always get it repaired quickly. This the best place to get work done on electronics in the Spartanburg area.

My son took his IPhone in for a screen replacement. On the way home he realized they had used an aftermarket display and called them back. They offered a refund over the phone but once he got there they refused to refund him and offered to install an Apple display for an additional $50. The total was more than the Apple Store charges and voids the warranty. My issue is, they never made him aware (verbally or in store signage) that the new screen/display would not be the same quality as the original and they refused to put his old display back on and refund him. I will be filling a claim against them tomorrow just to make a point. Customer service was terrible and terrible ethics for a small business.

I got my iphone screen fixed with them about a month ago and the screen is got very durable! When I got the new screen installed I got a screen protector with it and I dropped my phone not far from the ground at all and the screen cracked! it didnt even crack the screen protector at all just went straight to the screen, AND the screen popped out! Im not sure if its the screen itself or the protector but one of them are no durable ! !

My laptop battery is being held hostage because I declined to pay a $25 charge to reassemble my laptop. My laptop was taken apart without my authorization as I had not been given a cost estimate. When I finally did get the price, which was $220, I said no thanks, dont repair it. This has been an ordeal I would not wish on anyone. I do not recommend this business.

Worst company to deal with. I ordered a sim card tray over a month ago that i still have not recieved. Every time I call or go by to try to get it all I get is excuses. I will never use this company again. Every one I know will know about my experience as well.

Terrible service. Left college student laptop for wi-fi to be fixed and 2 weeks later mysteriously parts had not been ordered. After being promised expedited service, reduced fees and a week and a half later the owner would not release laptop without full payment. Business is unprofessional, unrelaible, and lacking of core customer service.
