I thought Id ruined my rugs but when they were brought back they looked better than Id ever seen before!I had a great all around experience and I never even had to touch the rugs. Great Customer Service! Travis was great to work with and our rug looks like new. Its crazy how much dirt gets down in our rug. Honestly, after pets, teens and years of living on it, I thought my huge wool rug (12x19) needed to go straight to the landfill. But, before we invested in another one, I decided to let Marrakesh have a go at it. I really expected them to call and say there was nothing they could do for it when they picked it up. I expected the call after they started to clean it. But the call never came and they delivered my rug, rolled it out and IT LOOKS LIKE NEW!!! WHAT? NO WAY! YES!!!! I AM AMAZED!!!
