We had a house fire but it was retained to the attached garage only thankful to God. Servpro did a good job mostly. Missy was excellent in cleaning the rooms, she went above and beyond I highly recommend her !

Aside from some miscommunication in the very beginning, Servpro has done an excellent job. Dallas took time to make sure that I understood every step that was being taken. The crew that did the cleaning was amazing! Missy, Ben and Gabby were very personable, professional and paid attention to detail. They went the extra mile to make us happy.

My experience with SERVEPRO was great! Josh Brock and Will Cater were very helpful! Josh was kind enough to come out to the property at the last minute. Will also come out to the property and answered all of the questions I threw his way. Will was able to take care of a small mold issue from a leak. We contacted SERVPRO because of mold in our crawl space and some areas of our home. The company was quick to respond and sent Dallas out to inspect the area. He was polite, professional, and honest with me about the services they could provide. The next week they arranged for a crew to come out for the mold remediation. However, the first crew did not complete the entire job.We reached out to SERVPRO with our frustrations, and the next business day Dallas was back for another inspection. He took accountability and assured me they would have another crew out that same week. Once they were finished, they waited for Dallas to come back for another inspection. We all went under the crawl space to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.There can always be a bad experience with one employee, however how they made sure to respond to our concerns and resolve the situation speaks volumes about the company.

Dallas at Servpro Spartanburg was so incredibly helpful when it came to getting our air duct job done right. We unfortunately were conned by another company and when we called Servpro they were prompt and professional in getting our needs taken care of quickly. I can’t say enough good things about the job they did and will absolutely recommend them to anyone with similar needs going forward.

Dallas and his crew Gabby and Eli did a GREAT job at my house. I had a very difficult clean up which required crawling under the house in a tight crawl space. Dallas came out the same day I called to help me identify the issue and came back the next morning and worked through the challenges to solve what could have turned into a horrific problem. While I contacted this branch of SERVPRO per my insurance companies direction, it was not the closest to my residence; however, my experience dealing with Mia was superb. Ultimately they did transfer my needs to a more local branch. Most importantly, Mia was extremely helpful, professional and personable. I cant say enough about her assistance during a time that is often stressful. (Roof leak). My initial contact with Mia consisted of her taking down all of the details of my concern, personal information and insurance claim information. She was extremely thorough and patient. She kept me smiling! Mia then contacted her Ops Mgr. to arrange a time for a service person to come out. Mia called me back in record time. Just a few minutes later. As stated I was ultimately transferred to a different branch but Mia contacted me to let me know that was the case and explained the reasoning. She went the extra mile to be sure the branch I was being forwarded to was fully informed of all of my details so I did not have to go through that all over again. Dallas her Manager was also very pleasant and helpful.

Will Cater came to check out my carpet before sending someone to clean it. He took pictures and explained what I should expect. We scheduled a time and everything worked out well. Stains that other companies had left behind were gone and the carpet was dry in hours. I will definitely use them again and refer others. Ask for Will and tell him I referred you. ~Dj

We had a problem with a little mold under a house we were selling that needed repairing. Since the house was under contract, we needed this repaired asap before closing. HORRIBLE company to deal with - padded fees and charged on tue bill thinking they were going to be paid by my homeowner’s insurance. When they were DENIED payment, they sent ME the bill, showing charges for work performed for 1.5hrs when they were at my house for FICE MINUTES. I was charged for services and equipment randomly, without ever being told the pricing. I have also filed a BBB complaint and despite trying to work out the bill, these thieves are tying to file a mechanic’s lien against my property! STAY AWAY! I’m contemplating suing them for violating the Unfair Trade Practices Act, along with a city and county complaint against their business license, along with a complaint to the State with the LLR.

This has to be the worse company Ive ever had the deal with. They were suggested by my insurance company but everyone should avoid this company at all costs. They did more damage to my house than the burst pipe did. They didnt keep us informed about the process or where they took my stuff, which some of it was damaged when they brought it back. Only one person of the 15 people I dealt with was any kind of professional. They were double billing me and my insurance company as well as billing for things they never even did, and thats fraud. They lied to me and my insurance company. Now i have to hire a lawyer to clean up the mess they created. Save yourself the hassle and use a better company. Youve been warned.

I am a real estate agent in the area and scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment for my clients a month ahead of time. Servpro did not show up for the appointment. I called to find out why they were late. I was told that although they saw our appointment on their calendar they were to busy with other projects to assist. My clients had to delay their closing because of this. I was asked to be contacted by a manager and no one has ever called me. I will not be recommending them to clients in the future.- Edit I was contacted by a manager and the they offered to rectify the situation, which I appreciated.

We walked into a disaster Tuesday morning at my office when a water pipe had busted and flooded our building. I immediately called ServPro of Spartanburg and within an hour, they had a complete crew out there cleaning it all up. They were all extremely professional and thorough. The office looked new again within hours of them arriving. I originally thought I was going to have to shut down the office for a week or so but because of their hard work, I was actually able to open up the next day. Since the clean up, they have come out every day to check up on things and to make sure everything is drying properly. I can’t thank Angie, Dallas and the rest of their team enough for their top notch service! Got quotes for doing our carpet and approx. 200 fabric chairs, with Servpro coming in at our price range. Serv Pro Spartanburg did exactly as they promised, removing mold in a timely manner. All staff was quick and efficient, answered all questions and Dallas Gunn ran the operation and communicated with us very well.

Servpro came out and did some water cleanup at USC Upstate, the school I attend, in one of the dorms and they did an absolutely outstanding job. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable, they worked hard and efficiently, and showed up on site within just a couple hours after the flooding occurred. Servpro of Spartanburg will have all of my business from now on!

The crew that came in didnt really know what they were doing. We had a water line burst that flooded our house and they left wet carpet and padding in the house to start molding. they forgot to plug in the dehumidifier and didnt take off half of the floor trim that they were suppose to so the drying process could start. They said they had all of the flooring up that was wet and I went in behind them and found a ton of more flooring with water behind them. they left black Marks all over our walls which now have to be repainted. just not a great experience. Ive heard great things about east Greenville servpro and thought they all would have been similar.

You better get a second opinion, they told me they would charge 8,000 dollars to remove mold from my house, there was very little of what they said was mold, as it turns out it was mildew, something I could do myself, they also said I needed 650 dollars to clean my duct, which also didnt need it, so Always get a second opinion!!!

Servpro crew always professional.We suffered severe water damage to upstairs and stairs. We were shocked, not knowing what, where to go or how to begin. They were professional, knowledable about insurance company, recommended lodging. They respected our property. They were there from beginning to end. Great job, attention to detail and knowledable.
