The workers at ServiceMaster were very professional and efficient. They were on time and very considerate. Minimized the damage done by the flooding in our home. An excellent resource to have on call.

I cannot emphasize enough how professional these guys are. Recently I had a mishap on one of my customers properties I called and asked for help they were there in less than 2 hours and took care of the situation professionally as well as promptly. I can say nothing but good things about these folks. Ps... They are not cheap and they are not overly expensive but is my granddaddy used to say you can do it right or you can do it twice but if you have to do it twice boy is it going to cost you. Let somebody that does a good job do it the first time you may pay a few more dollars but youll be thanking yourself all the way to the bank when you dont have to do it the second time.

This is the second time I used this company because my Insurance Co. uses it. Should have learned the first time around. The worker, Pasqual, and his helper were to repair the Master Bath due to water damage. The paint was globbed on, joints were filled with caulk instead of cutting the angles correctly. No luon was put down nor mastic adhesive put on the vinyl to secure it to floor. Quarter round was not reinstalled. He was brought back twice to fix a rocking toilet that caused leaking. After he left I checked it out and it rocked and leaked even worse. When I called him his reply was, What do you want me to do? Never again. Good luck if you use him.

Jay Tuten came out to my home on very short notice on 2 separate incidents. He was extremely thorough in the customer service he provided, and stated, “called me back if...” with sincerity. Not only did he provide me with superb service, he also gave his honest recommendations to a first time homeowner. I take my hat off to him and his company. Thank you so much! I publicly recommend your expertise to all!

This companies general manager came out and took measurements and explained to me what was supposed to be done. My floor is still soaked and Ive had air quality test done with unsafe readings throughout my home because of how long they left the floor wet. Yet they have the nerve to bill my homeowners insurance $839.03 for maybe $50 worth of work! I personally would NOT recommend Service Master of Spartanburg to anyone.

We had a water leak and Service Master got started on the mitigation right away. Reps explained what was being done at each step of the process, efficient and transparent .
