Danielle was awesome! She help with me with my first time business rental through my company. I will definitely keep coming back to her. She was very helpful, she got me in the car I wanted, very clean and smoke free.

I had a very pleasant experience at this car rental location.William,the manager was so nice and accommodated me with the type of car I was comfortable with.The car was very clean on the inside and outside.They made it very convenient for the drop off process, where I didnt have to return the car to Enterprise.I was allowed to leave it at the repair shop,which also where I was picked up and taken to Enterprise to rent my car.The only issues I had with Enterprise was that I had to make a payment,which I really didnt understand it, if my car insurance was covering my rental.I will be looking into this again with my insurance company.I also have an issue with not being reimbursed for filling up the gas tank,when I departed with about 3/4 of a tank.I was informed that I was to return the car with 1/2 tank.On the day of the rental,they were having a serious problem and that caused me to wait a long time before I received the car,which was understandable.Other than the issues above,if ever I need a car rental,it would be Enterprise.

The rental car was great, the vehicles always are. However this location and many are, are closed on Sundays and as a result you are forced to pay an entire extra day. As we all know Covid has increased the prices of everything so having to pay for an entire extra day becomes very expensive quickly. It also makes your planned trip more of a hassle by trying to return the vehicle on time. Other than having to pay out a whole other days worth of money and it being very inconvenient for returning the vehicle, the actual vehicles are great.

I have rented from enterprise for a very long time. Clint from blackstock location is always very kind and helpful. They do a great job. Always get a clean vehicle. Would definitely recommend them.

First time ever having to rent a car for a few days definitely a great experience with this company,quick service!!

Reserved a SUV the day before but when I arrived to pick it up it was not available, I was told they had to go pick it up. Ended up settling for compact car.When I tried to call to have them pick up vehicle I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over an hour at the local facility. Ended up driving the vehicle to them and there was someone there but he wasnt doing anything so not sure why he couldnt answer the phone.Never had an issue with Enterprise in the past and I rent frequently so I assume it is an issue with this specific office. Wont be renting from them again.

These people charge me over $600 to rent a car to drive to independence from Springfield Missouri

I recently needed to rent a car to attend a funeral in Ft Wayne, Indiana. I chose a premium car that cost a little more (Nissan Maxima), but it had extra features like a heated steering wheel and seats. Worth every penny!!! It was freezing in Indiana and those features made all the difference. The car drove great, did well on gas, and looked nice too. Pick up and drop off were easy and efficient. I would absolutely use this company and choose this car again in the future.

Now this is the location I visited and the rep was awesome, didnt get anything but will definitely go back. He showed a willingness to help and was very pleasant. Was here on 04.07.2021 and they were low on inventory but he was trying to make it work for me, thank you again.

I was happy with my service. I rented a car on Friday afternoon for a week. However I brought the car back on Saturday and I was charged for Sunday and Monday. This cost me almost as much as 2 weeks would. Not happy now.

My husband and I had a negative experience last year at one of Enterprise location, but we decided to try a different Enterprise location, and surprisingly had a great experience on this rental. So, I would like to thank Danielle Sweeney and her team for beening professional and caring. It really made renting a car easy & fun.The rental she suggested turned out to be great fit for our trip. Also, we did enjoy driving the 2020 Chevrolet.

Excellent customer service and rental experience. Check out was thorough, many areas covered but very efficient. Car was in excellent condition and very clean. Return was equally efficient. My only complaint is the car was not on full, so it appeared difficult to return at the same level. Actually not in this case, the trip odometer tracks time, distance and mileage so it is simple to calculate the fuel used and to replace it.

Help me get out of here I think were being abducted and guess what nowhere to park and the worst experience ever at a place that is here for your customer service. I would like to say there is a black lady and gentleman than are the only reason to go there they are intelligent and very nice.

I had a great experience. Two weeks before picking up the rental I reached out Enterprise Rent-A-Car and spoke with Clinton Gleitz and we discussed the current fleet. I requested a higher end vehicle, and was assured that one would be available on the rental date. I not only had the choice of one, but two of the vehicle requested. I went the BMW. I do thank you, Clinton, for going above and beyond to make this rental a pleasant experience.

This location is always a pleasant experience, the staff are kind and knowledgeable and the rates are fair. Though be advised, a $300.00 deposit is now required up front on any vehicle due to the pandemic, there wasnt anything about this on the site but it was posted on the door of the location.

I have used this location on 3 different occasions and all 3 were disasters. From one experience being threatened they would call the Police when the auto shop that had my car hadn’t released it and then they said I’m Sorry but you threaten the Police on me when you didn’t make a simple phone call. The 2nd incident was they tried to over charge me but my car insurance let them know real quick no way. And the 3rd incident I didn’t even have a rental car but I was hit by a gentleman that rented from this location and they sent me a threatening letter for me to pay bc their customer lied. Needless to say I will Never use Enterprise if I have to pay. They are rude and have no clue on who does what. No Proper Communication.

I rented a mini van for a trip. From start to finish the process was very easy and quick. Staff at the Blackstock Rd branch did a very good job. I have rented before with enterprise and will definitely rent again.

So far so good. Very helpful, friendly, and understanding staff. They do whatever they can to get you on the road as soon as possible. Very easy process, they communicate between other locations very fast and efficiently. Will see how drop off goes to top off this review. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. What I appreciate most about the Enterprise location on Blackstock Road is that the service is always fast and the staff is very friendly. They keep things moving with a smile. The cars are in showroom condition and they have one of the best selections Ive seen.

Amazing experience. Pulled in then back out of the parking lot 13 minutes later with my rental. I was given choice of vehicles when we walked in. Car ran well on my 2000 mile journey. Return just as fast and easy. I definitely recommend this location for car rentals and I will use this location for any future rentals.

The generosity that the staff show me is wonderful. Always greeting me with a warm smile.I think I have had the same salesman for the last couple of rental he is learning me now that show me he pays attention to what his customers like and dislike. For example he knows like to be hand free with my phone so he set it up for me which is a big plus for me.

This Enterprise location took great care of me when my car broke down 90 miles from home and had to leave my car at a nearby dealership for warranty work. They not only cheerfully picked me up and dropped me off in crazy weather at both ends of the rental, but were flexible with my indeterminate rental period. Would happily recommend!

I reserved my rental ahead of time to save on waiting in line. The total time it took once I arrived was less than 20 minutes. I had reserved a Jetta or comparable. They did not have anything in that class and upgraded me to a Jeep Compass at no extra cost.I will use and suggest them again in the future. Very professional crew at this location.

Friendly and they care about getting the car you really need. Fast service and unlimited mileage. I rented a brand new dodge journey with only 2000 miles. I was a little late bringing back the rental cause my tire blew out on my car. They didnt even charge me. Will definitely be renting with them again!!!

I made my reservation online through Costco. They called to confirm a day before hand. I was in and out very quickly, with the correct vehicle. I will certainly come back here again next time I rent a vehicle.

Extremely helpful when we had to prolong our rental due to a death in the family and not having time to replace our own vehicle. Very understanding and made the process very quick and easy over the phone.

Not even worth one star!! Rented a car for 3 days they charged me 350$ and stated I didn’t rent the car for that length of time so I was charged a bunch of fees which was there error in there system and the employee. Then the “manager” they put on the phone was extremely rude and not offering to help understand how this was my fault and told me I basically kept the vehicle and didn’t return it. Which I did.My family rented a vehicle in the same week for a funeral we all attended out of state and also charged them 1400$ when the total amount with unlimited miles was supposed to be 548$ with a $200 refunding deposit.BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY RUDE 20something employees who don’t respect others. Will never use them again more refer them!!!

Car was nice and price quoted was accurate but it smelled like someone had just got out of the Yukon xl and smoked in it right before I rented it. I had a headache everyday I had the Yukon. Also no rear windshield wiper fluid. Disappointed in this rental

These people are really rude, please dont get anything from here!The customer service is so bad. Never even come here!! i beg you!They dont even deserve 1 star.let me tell you my story.One day, some one bumped into my car and destroyed it. And my useless insurance told this worthless, useless, and nonsense enterprise to give us a rental car. So, next day in the the morning enterprise said that our car is ready and said that they will pick us up. We wait and wait for them to come and pick us up. But they still didnt came. We waited for like 5 hours. Then, they said that the car isnt ready anymore. We asked why..and they abruptly hung up the phone. We try to call again, they talk to me so rudely and hung up the phone again. After a week, they called us after a long time and they hung up again without saying what happened to the rental car. They hung up every single time when we call them. It been like 4 weeks now. They depressed me and my entire family.

The only problem I had was the day I went to rent the car, I was informed that I needed 2 utility bills. I had to go all the way back home 30 min from the Enterprise location, to get the right information and I ended up being very late to work. The gentlemen the helped me was very polite but said that the information was on the website at checkout. I printed my order and a renters checklist from the website. Did not state on those papers the additional information needed. My only suggestion would be to have that checklist updated and were it is visible (not in fine print), so that other customers can make sure all the correct information is with them at the time of rental. On the flip side, everyone there was very helpful, professional, and polite. I would recommend to my friends and family for future needs.

We were traveling from GA to TN to meet family for vacation. Our car broke down on the interstate. Starnes Wrecker Service picked us up and took us to Enterprise. Seeing we had already terrible dsy..Clint went out of his way to help us. We had a few errands to run and they took us to get them done. They are great people who care about their customers! The customer service agent who checked me in was efficient and thorough, didnt push to try and upsell me on extra insurance which I already have through another service that is a one time fee for rentals not a per day fee. The car was clean and ran great. Upon return a different customer service representative waited on me and he too was friendly and very efficient. The final price was exactly what I was quoted. Highly recommend this local office.

Rented a van here. Very accommodating when I had to make some tweaks to my reservation. While I am a frequent renter from a different car rental company because of the company I work for the employees here will certainly have me renting here again for any of my rental needs.

I use the Blackstock Road location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car fairly often. I own a small consulting business and Enterprise gives me a Corporate Rate, which helps keep costs down. Their cars are always clean and well maintained. The service is personal, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Air conditioner did not work. Had to exchange SUV for mini van. Left prescription sunglasses in compartment when exchanging cars, called later that day and no one would go look, told me to go online and fill out form.Still no sunglasses, and they are made for me.One short walk out to the vehicle that should have been on lot and I would have them!!!500.00 gone, because their customer service stinks.We have rented numerous vehicles from them, not anymore!

I absolutely love this enterprise and everyone there! They’re an amazing team and deserve to be recognised much more. They go above and beyond for their customers. I was originally booking at the airport location for months and then decided to give this one a try and now the Blackstock location will be the only one I use from now on. They all deserve raises!!! The car I drove was amazing so much so that my step dad went and rented it for a month after lol which I was hoping it would still be there in two weeks but oh well I know all their cars are amazing. This is my favorite location and I’ve already booked another reservation in two weeks! Thanks guys you all truly awesome. The car was so clean and smelt so good the whole trip. My companys system forced me to a different vendor. After a really stupid issue with my name having a different middle initial on my drivers license and on my corporate card, they refused to rent to me.I drove down to Enterprise which has always been exceptional. They did not have the class of car my company would rent but found me something anyways. I was in and out in 15 minutes!This has to be the best group of people here locally. They have repeatedly helped me out and been so friendly and easy to work with.They are my first choice every time!

The staff was very polite and helpful. Mrs. Taylor was especially personable and had no problems answering all of my questions thoroughly. I have used this enterprise twice and both times were wonderful experiences.

Always helpful and friendly staff. I have used this location about six times and always walked (oops...........that is drove) away happy. Been there a couple of Saturday mornings when they were crazy busy and the staff worked faster but maintained their composure and took care of each person like they were the only ones there.

I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. I was having work done on my car that was only supposed to take a day but I rented for two days, to be sure. They came and picked me up at the repair shop, took me back to their office, the rental process took a few minutes and they got me into the rental car and on the road swiftly. I found out at the last minute that my car repair wouldnt be done at the time I was promised, and the nice people at this office worked with me so I wouldnt be stranded in the mean time. They charge a $217 dollar drop off fee if you need to take the vehicle one way. We had a imminent death in the family and we needed to get down to Clearwater Fl. quickly. Enterprise would not help us with the extremely high drop off fee. I requested help from the manager where we dropped the car off and he referred me to the origination location saying that he would have helped me with this fee if it was his decision. He told me that I would need to call the Spartanburg location to get them to help me with this. I called the Spartanburg location that day and they said they would pend the charge and call me back the following Monday or Tuesday to let me know. They did not call me and when I called back on Thursday to find out I spoke with Melanie who just regurgitated what was on the rental agreement. Frankly she seemed like she just wanted to get me off of the phone. Very disappointing.

I really appreciate the staff Enterprise. They are always courteous and cheerful even when they are out numbered by customers. They work to make sure you are serviced to the best of their ability. I rent cars alot and value the service I receive.

Excellent team of professionals, very accommodating and efficient. I was in the door and out in short order, and given a very nice clean car that performed perfectly. I rent from Enterprise frequently, and this office is one of the best I have dealt with from Maine to Georgia.

When I wanted to return my rental early I called this location (blackstock), where I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally drove to the location to speak with a representative and stood in line for 10 minutes while their phone rang constantly in the background. I asked the only employee that I could see if it was their companys policy to ignore incoming calls and before she could answer some teenage looking punk pokes his head up behind the desk and says Man I aint even on the clock!I then asked to speak to the manager and thats when I was informed the manager was sitting at her desk in the back office ignoring every single call that was trying to reach them. I left immediately and went to Ashevillle highway location and my business was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner

I rented a car here last month, and the experience was ok. They are not as customer-oriented as other Enterprise locations. I was unfairly charged for gas and the car had not been as thoroughly cleaned as I am used to (some bits of food between the seats, etc). When I picked up the car, the agent told me the gas tank was half full, but when I got in it was a quarter full. I let the agent know about this before I left, and she told me she had changed it in the system. When I returned the car, I was charged extra for not refilling the tank, even though I returned the car with more than a quarter tank - this makes me think they didnt update the gas amount in the system. When I reached out to the location to correct this, I didnt receive a response.

Not really thrilled with this location. We rented a Chevy tahoe, it had a quarter tank of gas and they did a pretty poor job of cleaning the inside, every time I rent a car from Hertz it had been clean and there has been at least 3 quarters of a tank of gas. Outside was nice and clean but thats about it. When we pay $350 for a car and have to put a $200 deposit down on it, I expect more gas and a clean inside.

Having used Enterprise extensively for both business and personal travel needs, I found the staff of this location to be top notch! From the reservation phone call to the final drop off, the service provided was exceptional! Manny was very knowledgeable and accommodating and Deon was just epitome of excellent customer service.Thank you to the young lady (Im sorry I didnt get her name) who suggested the Ford Explorer,  it was all that you said it would be and more. The entire staff of this office was impeccably dressed and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease about the entire rental process. Kudos to the managers of this location they, along with this ENTIRE staff (from the mainteance staff to those in the front office), embody the Enterprise brand!! I will use them again and suggest to all my colleagues and friends....

Enterprise has two different systems for their neighborhood locations and their airport locations. They do not talk to one another and have vastly different rate schedules. They will not share cars or assist with reservations across these internal company boundaries. Beware when planning to pick up a car at a smaller airport because they have various rates, delivery and additional upcharges. Example, same car, commercial airport vs. a nearby municipal airport for three day rental: $71.70 vs. $238.27.

The Vehicle was ready, Asked if there was a bigger/larger vehicle in the same category they had no issue with getting me into the Vehicle to accomodate me and my family.

Dont rent from this location. We rented a car and were told there was a $200 security deposit that was immediately posted to our credit card. When the car was returned they only credited $150 to our card stating that there was a smell of smoke in the car and they charged $50 as a cleaning fee. No one in the car while we had it smoked. It seems that they use this as a means of income. They offered no means to challenge their decision. Our decision is not to use this location in the future.

Went to get a car switched out and it went pretty smooth they gave me an upgrade so its all good.

Have rented from Enterprise but its been a while since I needed a rental. Car was clean, nice, but unfortunately a smoking car. I didnt specify the choice so they cant be blamed. Office staff friendly but one young man spoke in rental jargon. Had to ask for language to be broken down to my terms which he gladly did. Overall a good vist and a fair price.

Terrible customer service. I had to use them for a rental while my car was being repaired and at first everything was okay. Long story short the collision shop agreed to pay the balance on the rental. There was a miscommunication at the shop and obviously at this location that eventually lead to them taking the money from my account. I was under the impression that everything was taken care of until I went to pay bills and my account showed that I had been charged three seperate times in one day, all for different amounts from Enterprise. It had been one month since I returned the car so you can imagine the frustration when I checked my account. I have not received a phone call or anything in the mail during this time. When I tried calling the location no one ever answered and it took me calling corporate as well as the collision shop to get anything done. Enterprise pretty much told me on the phone that sure things could have been handled differently but ultimately I am responsible, even though the collision shop told them multiple times to bill them. A few things seem odd to me about the entire thing. Why was the shop nor myself contacted about this? Why did it go for a month without any notice, any phone calls or something? My situation was already difficult and I feel that it made it worse. Then there is the charges on my account. Three times in one day for different amounts. I am curious if they were just going to run my card until it eventually declined. I will not ever recommend this company to any of my friends, family or coworkers. Shame on whoever works there that was too busy to make a simple phone call that could have avoided this entire situation.

Worst service ever! I have had issues with this branch in the past and though maybe there customer service has improved. Was I wrong! The people including the manager at this branch do not care if you have a vehicle. Their main concern is getting out on time. Had my reservation and talked to the representative 3 times before noon. Advised the representative that I could use another location if they were not going to have a car. At 12:10pm I called to let them know that a ride would be needed. However no one contacted me back to tell me there was no one available to give me a ride or that there was no vehicle for me until 5:20pm. They did not even call the right phone number to contact me that I provided earlier in the day. I called back and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes then 5:30pm they picked up the phone and disconnected the call. Called back and the Manager (Zack) told me there was not enough time for someone to come get me before they closed. That I could come in at 8am to get a car the next day. That did not help me since, I start work at 6am. Will never go back to this branch or send any to this branch.
