I was very satisfied with the quality of work done on my truck. I was also told tips on how to better preserve the paint on my vehicle. I even accidentally left a personal item of mine and the owner stayed after hours to make sure I got it back. Best place to take your vehicle for a detail in my opinion.

Dont waste your time taking your car here. The owner is rude and has terrible customer service. I called and set up a time to bring my car in. I told Bill that I would drop it off the night before due to my work schedule and he said no problem. Showed up BEFORE 5:30 which is when he closes and no one was there. The following day I got a text that was very rude and when I responded I got no response. If it wasnt for the text he sent the following day I probably would not have left a review but that upset me and I thought others should know.

Wonderful service! Had a Toyota that I used for work delivering flowers. Had a lot of dead leaves and grime, spilled soda, water spots so on... after getting the service done it looked brand new!! Highly recommend.

Billy and his team are amazing, the best and only one in Spartanburg! Tried several other places to have hydraulic fluid removed from my body paint and all of them failed. I called here a couple days ago to inquire about pricing because I saw all the great reviews, toward the end of the call I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and was told no. I said, “okay great, see you all Saturday”. I arrive here at 10:45am because the site said they’d be open. To my surprise, no one is here, not even a note on the door. I called, no answer. I bought a used Camaro from a local dealership and admittedly didnt throughly check the paint finish. Each time I went there it was rainy, etc... I got the car home and scratches, swirls, contamination, etc..., were so bad that putting your hand on it felt like running your hand over sandpaper. It was truly that bad! I found Bill and Tip Top Auto through Google reviews and reading his website. His experience, the positive reviews, and made the decision to call him up and let him see what he could do. It was the Right decision! Bill is a great guy. He tells you the Truth, inspects the car, what he can do, expectations of outcome, etc... Im convinced there isnt much he cant accomplish. After spending the whole day on my car, I now have a slick smooth finish and color pop. Exceeded expectations by far. Go see Bill if you want things done Right! Great place for car washes and full detailing! Bill is the best and really takes pride with what he does! His work is outstanding and he provides great customer service! MY HUSBAND USED TO WAX OUR CARS BUT AFTER BEING REFERRED TO BILL AT TIP TOP OVER 5 YEARS AGO HE REALIZED WHAT BILL CAN DO WITH ELECTRIC BUFFERS AND POLISHERS CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED BY HAND. HIS PRICES ARE FAIR AND THE CAR IS READY WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE. HE HAS EVEN PICKED UP AND DELIVERED CARS WHILE I WAS AT WORK. HE EXPLAINS WHAT CAN DO AND WHAT THE EXPECTED OUTCOME WILL BE DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE PAINT/DENT/SCRATCH. NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE.

I am blown away with the FANTASTIC clean-up-detailing that Tip-Top did on my 2008 Honda Civic today. Believe me when I say it was beyond dirty (both inside and out), but after Bill and his staff worked their magic, it now looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor !! Bill and his team spent an afternoon detailing our heavily soiled minivan. It had over two years worth of abuse from kids and dogs but after a few hours it looked brand new. His prices are grest, there is coffee and cable while you wait, they are all friendly and and personable, and they take great pride in their work.

Bill was recommended by my brother in law and he EXCEEDED my expectations. My white camry looked rough...as a nurse I just dont have time to take care of it with waxing and all like I should. It had a lot of discoloration that I assumed was permanent...not according to Bill! My car almost looks brand new...and its coming up on its 9th birthday! He even made my headlights look brand new (they had that hazy look). Incredible work for reasonable price! Would recommend Bill and his crew to anyone!!! Call ahead for an appointment though bc he books up fast. I lucked out when I drove up...he had a no show and was able to squeeze me in...& still spent 4 hrs on mine!
