Just wanted to say thanks so much to Dori. I work for a Property Management company and I’ve needed a repair done to get an inspection done for section 8 situation. She stayed on top of things and stayed in contact the whole time. We were able to help this tenant quickly because of her hard work and dedication. She’s always so pleasant and follows through with her job. A real asset!!

We used them first for an inspection of our system after we bought the house. When the system had an issue which required a visit from the fire dept they were out and repairing an unforeseen issue immediately. Great service, very personable, friendly people to work with. More recently we had an issue with a motor and they were out within 20 minutes and had the motor replaced the next day. Best service I’ve ever experienced with an Hvac company.

I had heard good things about Priority and even used them in the past for a couple of small repairs. Although they were not the cheapest of the quotes I received I still chose them to do my hvac install because I trusted them. Most of the process was fine with one major exception. They put the new vents I needed added to a room addition in the wrong place. They placed them right in front of the exit doors instead of below the windows as we agreed upon. Now they create a trip hazard and stick out like a sore thumb because they are out of place where vents should not be. Although the owner admitted it was his mistake and could tell I was upset, other than 2 free first year check ups on a new system already under warranty, there was no attempt too make it right. I was still billed the entire amount of the quote, I chose them because of a reputation so that I wouldn’t have to worry about something like this happening but they acted like it was no big deal. Maybe it wasn’t to them as it wasn’t their house, but it was to me. I still paid the bill in full the next day because I am an honest person, instead of holding payment and arguing for a proper resolution like most people probably would have done. Unfortunately my customer experience was not as good as I had hoped and left me very disappointed. This cannot be repaired without leaving extra holes in my floor or to replace with flooring that does not match. The vents would have to be moved and the whole floor would have to be redone to appropriately fix this which I definitely can not afford to do so I am stuck with it. So beware when choosing this company that if something goes wrong there seems to be no interest by them to make it right.

We called them on a Sunday when our heat wasnt working and it was so cold. They were really busy and said that they would work us in. They kept in constant contact with us and made it out that day. The service technician, Tim, was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.

My AC stopped working yesterday. Keep in mind it’s July and temperatures reach up to 95 degrees. Called priority to come out and fix it since our unit is still under warranty. The guy came out to my house around 5 pm, worked on the AC unit for about 15 min and then packed up and started to leave. He didn’t even tell me what was wrong, I had to go and ask him.He told me that the AC inverter board was broken, that he’d have to order a new one, that it should be in by the next day. But he said he had the unit up and running and it should run throughout the night. Not 10 min after he left, the unit stopped working again. I have been without AC for over 24 hours now and it is 85 degrees in my house and climbing. I have pets in the house that have never been exposed to this kind of heat before. If he could get that part the next day, it makes me believe that it was just back at the warehouse and he didn’t feel like going to get it and coming back to properly fix my AC.They keep telling me they’re going to call me but I still haven’t heard from them. It’s 85 degrees in my house.

Of course the AC died during what seemed like the hottest week of the summer. 23 year old system needed replacing. Eric gave us a great price on Trane system. Our new wi-fi thermostat is smarter than I am! Got everything installed and hauled off in 6 hours. Went to bed in a cool house. It was heaven. Thanks Eric and the installation crew!!

We are first time customer. I call them at night (around 9pm). A man answer the phone. A lady call the next day at 8am, and a technician came at 9:45am. We are at Simpsonville. It takes about 30 minutes to get to our house. Problem found in less than 10 minutes, fixed, and charged at fair price. Very happy with them. Will hire again. They are very polite too and clean.

We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service that Priority Heating & Air provided. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable about ACs, including warranty service, provided expert service, discussed concerns we had with another unit and then actually made sure that we received the follow-up calls and information that he promised. And he even cleaned our compressor. He knows his stuff and earned my husband`s approval with his skill set and service demeanor.We have had service by other companies over the years, but none followed up or even responded to our subsequent calls about additional needs. Priority Heating & Air is extremely reputable and will be our continued choice for AC and heat pump service.

I recently had ankle surgery & have been confined to our downstairs, and our downstairs air quit working.We had 3 companies come out & check our system and we decided to go with Priority- thanks to Tim! He was very kind and even bought over an air conditioner for the room Im in & hooked it up that day!Beau, Jessie, Chris, and Bronc were very nice, friendly, & professional. They worked diligently for two days to replace our duct work. They covered everything they took out (a lot of insulation & metal) before leaving the 1st day & then hauled it off for us the second day. They made sure all was well before leaving, checking the system & really going the extra mile! These guys are grest!I highly recommend this company and will use them for future HVAC needs! Very fast, expert service. I called on Saturday afternoon, and Jimmy was there within 2 hours; was in constant contact with Kendall, and everything buttoned up and decided upon in about an hour and a half. If this crappy Lennox heat pump wasnt so new, Id have Priority install a new system. Their weekend prices are 40% less than everyone else on a weekend!
