I had a fox lift put in here and the mechanics have no idea what they are doing. The failed to adjust my front coilovers. When I complained they attempted to adjust them but didnt even use a spring compressor therefore making each coil at a different height and not adjusted properly. Not only that, the bolts for my leaf springs were put in backwards so they rubbed on my frame and the back right side was completely loose. They couldnt even do my alignment properly. Do not take your vehicles here. Its subpar work with complete disregard for peoples property and safety.

Palominos is a tire and rim shop for sure I took my truck in for a check engine light problem 4days later I get my truck back still with my check engine light on. So now I’m negative the money I paid for service and I still have to fix my truck. My lesson here is make sure it’s a real mechanic working on your car or truck. Now I have to find A new shop to confirm the alleged work and also find the real problem. Very disappointing experience im their neighbor and this is how they treat me. Consumers in sparks beware it’s a terrible feeling throwing hard earned money away

Love going here to get my tires mounted and balanced when I buy new ones. Only about 90 dollars to get it done and they are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe they just started doing mufflers and exhaust as well!! Definitely recommend Palaminos

Probably one of the worst services I’ve had to experience I couldn’t get what I needed because apparently there was miscommunication between the workers and eventually asked for a refund Wich then took another 2 days just to get my money back, I wouldn’t risk it....

Highly recommend this shop! Angel and his crew got my Jeep Rubicon realigned without an appointment so we could get home to Utah the next day after 2 days of serious rock crawling. They also discovered I’d dented my steering stabilizer pretty badly on the trail. Angel made it a point to tell us that the tie rod sleeve was rusted up pretty bad and before they really went at it to loosen it, there was a pretty good chance it would break, giving us the option to decide what to do. We decided to go for it to get the alignment done and when The sleeve broke, they went the extra mile to source a replacement, run out to get it and then stayed after closing to install it and finish the job. Not only that, his guys installed a new steering stabilizer I picked up at an auto parts store too. This is a great local shop that knows how to take care of people. I’ll be making a point of stopping back every time I pass through Sparks to say hi and thank them again.
