I cannot speak highly enough so this Tires Plus location and the team that works here... I came in this morning in the morning tires for my Subaru I was in a middle of a trip from Oregon to Las Vegas they had new tires and pressure sensors installed within 1.5hours. the manager was more than helpful and Beyond to get me back on the road to my hometown Vegas.

Front desk service is always great. I got my oil changed and a leak fixed or as they billed me as a flat repair, it just amazes me that it costed me a little over $90.

Was told Friday to come back Sunday at 12 for a oil change. When arrived at 12 I noticed my car was still sitting outside at 12:30. Mark sees me and runs and tells his mechanic to go get my car. Why tell me to come by at 12???

So let me start by saying this, I am not one to complain, it takes a lot for me to. I bought new tires from tires plus in April or March 2017. It took me a while to notice, but the drivers side back tire only had 3 bolts and lugnuts instead of 4. Called tires plus, they ordered the part and said come in when they open in the morning. Drove down there, only for them to tell me they are too busy. This happened again 3 times. I finally decided to call tires plus corporate. Next day I get a phone call and they are magically not busy. The manager advised he had been short staffed, and I understand that. However, this was their mistake it should have been corrected at once. I gave them three stars because they owned up to the mistake and finally fixed it. They are very nice and friendly, no complaints there.

They have taken care of my truck and made my life a bit earlier in this world.

Ive gone here for years & service has been good & bad. Last Friday I took my car in to get my tire checked & pressure sensor checked. I was told I had a nail & theyd taken care of everything. Monday, the sensor was still going off. This morning (Saturday) the same tire is flat. They have lost a long-term customer.

Ive had numerous vehicles over the years that have all their servicing done at this location, and never had an issue.Ive recommend numerous friends and family, and they have all had a good experience!They offer appointments, and work hard to stick with the time frame they give you.

This location is great. The manager Steve is a good person. His customer service is top notch and he never upsell or overcharge you. He is honest and up front. He just saved me $900 by doing the same services the dealership was going to do. As a single mom this was such a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Ive been going to tires plus for 12 years now and they always take care of you, but this location hands down is my favorite. Thanks for taking such good care of your customers!!

Customer service was a bit off this time when we asked if there were any discounts or specials for card holders we were told no because we only get only changes through them which is not true because they have done all the work on another vehicle we own but even if it was we take 5 cars there and have been customers for years. This was the first time we have had a problem with this particular vehicle since we have owned it and that just wasnt professional to say to a customer. Now we will be looking for another mechanic.

Why should I rate this place so high, so that its busy every single time I go? And let the secret out that Steve, Troy and Brandon (my car dude) do phenomenal service, stand by their work and truly care about you and your car. How do they make it feel like visiting a friend that happens to take care of your car like it was their own even when there are a dozen other customers anxiously waiting for their cars? I dont live close. I have gone to other places, and sometimes those other places make it seem like Id pay less. The 30 min drive is worth it, and knowing that their prices reflect the quality of work that they do makes me feel good about the safety and reliability of my car when I have previous cargo in it. I called around & no one could do my a/c that day except Tires Plus. I expected to pay around $100 to have it cleaned out & recharged. Steve was so helpful & really nice. He answered all my questions & told me it would only be about $60. I only waited about 1 hour & when it was done Steve asked if I wanted my cabin air filter changed for an additional $60 & I said sure. I never expected to get my cabin air filter changed because it is so hard to get to but they had it done in about 10 minutes. I am really impressed with the service & friendliness of all the staff. They do way more than Tires!!

Got my oil changed on a Sunday. They were fast & friendly. Since they couldnt help me out on my fuel filter that happens to be in the tank... They made sure I didnt pay too much for my oil change.

I went in late on a Sunday as they were just about to close. I needed tires because I was heading out of town. They stayed after just to help me out. I highly appreciated it! Im a transmission man and I know its only to be nice if you stay late like that. I recommend anyone to go here. They did a great job!

I have taken my vehicles there many times and have always been happy with the service. This morning I had a nail in my tire. I stopped by at 8am and was on my way by 8:30 with my tire repaired and for no charge, since I have their credit card. Very pleased! Thanks for the friendly service!

Amazing service! I sprung a leak during a trip to Nevada from California. I called and they got me in last minute, I was in and out of there in no time (even though they were a man down). Very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the situation, and how to treat my vehicle going back over 80. Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for 12 o’clock and arrived 15 minutes early. They told me it would take 3 hours to mount and balance 4 tires because they were so busy. When I told them that I had made an appointment because of that reason they responded by saying they couldn’t mount and balance the tires at all. Told me “go to discount tire but they’re closed today”. If I could give less than one star I would.

Even though the pricing is good everything else is severely lacking. Poor communication, poor staffing and extremely poor execution on work done.First let me say Ive been taking my vehicles (3 vehicles) here for awhile, this is not a 1 time issue.I dropped my truck off at 5pm Friday evening for a Saturday morning 7am appointment so they would have the vehicle there and ready first thing. I had 3 concerns regarding my truck. First an already known issue of a torn CV axle boot. I asked for an estimate for parts and labor. Second was an alignment which I have the lifetime alignment package and third I asked them to grease the from swat bar bushings. The salesman Troy said that it was a good idea to grease it because spraying it down with lube wouldnt do anything. I got a call at 10:45am telling me my truck was ready for pickup. Wierd because they havent given me an estimate for the axle replacement. I asked the girl on the phone about all 3 concerns I had on the invoice and she had no clue what was done to the truck. She then told me that her manager (Troy) would have to call me back. I was starting to get frustrated because of the lack communicate and knowledge of what was going on. I got a call back from Troy about 30 minutes later with an estimate for the CV axle replacement. He did verify that they would grease the sway bar bushings and complete the alignment. I told him to go ahead and do the axle replacement along with the sway bar and alignment. He then said he would do his best to get it done by Sunday possibly Monday! 2 full days to replace an axle that takes 2 hours. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him complete the repair. Fast forward to Sunday and I got a call at 4pm telling me the truck was ready. I went down to pick up the truck and verified that all the work was done with the girls at the desk that actually went out to the shop and asked Troy that all the work was complete. It was according to both of then at that time. Then driving home I noticed the steering wheel was still misaligned (alignment not done), after a couple miles noticed the squeaking from the front sway bay was still there. After getting home a crawled under my vehicle only to see all the old grease was still covering my undercarriage (at least they could clean it off), the bolts for the sway bar were still caked with dirt telling me they didnt touch the sway bar. Getting furious inside I held my tongue and called the store to talk with Troy. He was slightly apologetic but more than that he kept giving me excuse after excuse. I asked why the work wasnt done (especially after confirming when I picked it up) he said he was sorry but only had 1 mechanic all weekend and made an alarming comment of I cant check to make sure all the work is getting done with all my mechanics . Isnt that his job as store manager?! He did say if I brought it down the next morning he would make it right. I explained that I work 8-10 a day and drive 2 hours each way to work and dont have time to come in. That why I dropped it off Friday night at 5pm to give them time to repair the vehicle. After hanging up with Troy and getting tired of excuses and letting him know its not my problem that hes under staffed and still taking appointments I checked my paperwork only to see there was no printout (results) from the alignment they supposedly did and they didnt charge for the greasing of the sway bar that they didnt do. I guess thats how they justify not doing the work is by just not charging you and not telling you. Not to mention I now have a scraping sound on left turns that wasnt the before. I drive 135 miles a day and know every felling and sound of my truck. So, in the end they had my truck for 48 hours replace 1 axle and not do anything else they committed to and now have another noise to deal with. I hope this reaches someone that cares about customers service and hopefully can help others make an educated choice on going to this location.

I thought this location might be better than the Virginia St location had problems with before, but after receiving what I thought was decent service from a gentleman here and a promise that he would call me back with a follow-up on a question I had and to special order a part, I was disappointed when I didnt receive that call. I even called and left two more messages for him the following week, no reply whatsoever. Im so sick of this company and will never buy tires here again. It sucks that I even have to return for service on the existing set of tires. The problems are systematic, not just specific to one branch or location. Ive been to four locations in Reno, one in Carson and one in Gardnerville, and I have yet to have a really great experience.

Really surprised about the good reviews, do not be fooled by the small sizing pool of the reviews people, i had one of the worst experiences at this tire shop, however experiences vary from person to person of course, but the demeanors and characters in this shop is unprofessional,unethical, and negligent. the front desk blonde is careless and unprofessional in taking the time to genuinely listen to the costumers. Far as the works/Technicians their negligence in handling your tangible property is a procedure they apply by. their manager is very uneducated in handing situations when customers are frustrated. end of result, they dont handle a situations correctly when a costumer is very frustrated by his belongings being damage in the process of your car being maintenance. I bought some Bridgestone Ecopias for my 2013 Kia Sorento EX a few months ago and they road rough. Thinking the balance might be off I took my car in to have the tires rebalanced. That didnt work so Steve Santos and his crew worked hard to make it right. They put four Firestone Destination LE2 tires on (refund the difference) and now my car rides as smooth as glass! Not saying anything bad about the Bridgestones, just not the right tire for my Kia. Ill definitely refer my friends to Steve and his crew at the Tires Plus Galleria Parkway, Sparks, NV location!

Charged us $160 to look at our car for 30 mins! The jerks didnt do anything to it, and estimated our car way over price to do something way too simple to it.

They replaced rotors and pads $300 cheaper than Les Schwab. I go back for all futur service and tires etc
