Our air conditioner died in all the smoke and heat of August!4 Seasons gave us several choices for a new unit and fixed our old unit temporarily until the parts come in for the new unit in September. They were very friendly and absolutely competent. They had been maintaining our old unit and we knew a new one was due 5 years ago. They said just wait until it really dies. They saved us a ton of money and our old 20 year unit lasted for 29 years because of their maintenance. Call them!

4 Seasons Heating & Cooling did a great job. We knew our AC unit was in need of replacement. Eric worked with me to find a new AC unit that fit our budget, and he offered a solution to actually fix our cooling problem upstairs. Other companys only solution was to spend thousands of dollars on extra equipment that we didnt need. Jason came out to install our new AC on time, he was professional and courteous. Our upstairs cooling problem is fixed, all we needed was an additional return. We are very happy with their service.

I called Saturday and they came Saturday within the window time frame they declared. Our AC unit went out and didnt produce cold air and Polo worked hard to replace our fan and I cant remember what else. It works great now and we are so thankful! Had a good experience with receiving a quote for ductless a/c system. Eric walked us thru the performance of the system and how it compares to central systems. He also explained how the install would look in the rooms and exterior, and presented the different price points. 0% financing was a nice offer. We decided to move forward with the purchase!

I called on Monday after trying to call Sierra Air who s 1st available appointment was 1.5 weeks out. This heatwave made it unbearable. Pam answered and was so kind and courteous to me which I didnt get on my previous call to Sierra Air. She called me back a half hour later to tell me she could get me in Wednesday...then again she called and had a Tuesday opening. She went Above and beyond for me! Im so impressed. He did explain everything to me and told me what he would do to try to fix the problem with my ac and he even explained what I can and cant expect from the system I have. Extremely thorough service. Several issues were found and when you have a membership with 4 seasons you receive a discount on repairs, so I highly recommend that as well. My receipt even included pictures of the service.

Eric came within the slotted time to diagnose an issue with a vent register - no air flow. After spending time analyzing the issue, he explained the problem and provided the solution. I told Eric a previous technician from the original HVAC came to look at the issue but couldnt determine the problem or didnt want to do the job. Eric is an excellent technician - patient, understanding, and knowledgeable.

I have been using 4 Seasons for 2 years already. This year is my third year. Each spring I get maintenance for the year so when fall rolls around they give me call to set up my heating maintenance as well. Their guys are very friendly, courteous, and professional.

My furnace stop working on Tuesday 1/26 on the eve of the big snow storm. 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling had a technician out the same day. Very professional, friendly and was early. After diagnosing the issue, I ultimately decided to replace the furnace. I was concerned since there was a snow storm the following day and rest of the week. They were able to have several guys out the very next day 1/27 to install a new furnace. They were, again, on time, professional, very friendly and my dogs loved them. Im very happy with the service they provided and would strongly recommend using them.

Their service was on time and the new installed unit has been working as expected. It is an improvement over the old a/c in being more efficient and quieter. We will try the gas furnace this coming fall. So far, so good.

We went with Sierra Heating and Cooling last year and they were okay. Today we had Polo A. as our technician and he was beyond kind. We are younger home owners and he really took the time to explain everything. He was so patient with our questions and concerns and also patient with our crazy puppy who was home. He explained all of our options for potential replacement and costs and really told us that he would treat any house like his own.

Even though it might have been a fluke of timing, the fact that I called in with AC issues and got an appointment the exact same day was pretty amazing. The service tech Anthony they sent out did a quality job. Did not try to upsell me instead explaining to me exactly what the problems were, listened to my ideas and showed me how they could be implemented to come up with a great solution to deal with my AC issues. Have an appointment in a week to add ducting and registers to fix the issue. Quality people from the office to the field, great prices and fast response even in the heat of the season.

We recently had 4 Seasons replace both our furnace and air conditioning. We have a two story house and had always had uneven cooling due to solar gain. 4 seasons installed a zone system for us and now that weve run both the furnace and AC, I can say that they did an excellent job. They fixed all of our bullet points. We have a much quieter system and the ability to keep our upstairs cool without cranking the AC downstairs. They were on-time, professional throughout, and fixed any little problems we encountered while going through the process.

Annual maintenance we have done in the spring and winter

There was a scheduling problem and a call with no msg left but after that was straightened out the appointment went well. Eric did a much more invasive investigation than was ever previously done and I was not for warned about it. The regular tune up and check was done just fine but he went way beyond what was expected to try and offer additional services and products that were not necessary.

Weve used 4 Seasons Heat & Air since our 2016 relocation. Our home has worked on top to bottom. Insulation, duct sealing & cleaning, a/c service & repairs, heater serviced, thermostat replacement and training us to use the new one. Lastly, our heater was just replaced. Each work crew has been attentive to our needs and always very respectful. They are sure to clean up before leaving and ask for questions or further needs. We really like the staff weve come in contact with, hopefully you will too.

Of course the heat goes out on January 1st. Mike was very professional and got us up and heated in less than 20 minutes. He also pointed out some of the deficiencies with are ducting and the leaks that were present. I understand from trade professionals that 4 seasons is very particular in ensuring your heating and cooling energy is actually delivered to the housing envelope and not the crawl space. Just had Marc come to my house and give me a quote about some things I plan on for improving my AC and he treated me like a friend answering all my questions with the best solution. Definitely would recommend this place.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel 4 Seasons deserve the recognition. We recently had an issue with our furnace and decided to go with 4 Seasons from reading other’s reviews. Initially it seemed like an easy job as I was told it wouldn’t take too long and that it was an easy fix. The next day, Polo came to fix the furnace but couldn’t pin point what the problem was. He then called his manager and another tech to come assist him. About 8 hours later, they were still unable to resolve the problem. Ultimately, we were told we needed a brand new furnace. Although they couldn’t fix the problem, I could tell the team tried their best and did everything they possibly could. I was afraid we would be charge for the labor and other parts of the heating system that was replaced. I wouldn’t have mind paying for the initial visit and them replacing a new part to the furnace but the 8hrs of labor would’ve cost a lot. To my surprise, Polo didn’t charge me a dime and apologized that he couldn’t resolve the problem. He offered other solutions but getting a new furnace seemed the most reasonable. Since we didn’t want to spent 4-6 grand on a brand new furnace, we decided to get a second opinion. Ultimately I was charged over $300 bucks from another company that did everything Polo and his team did and I was given an estimate that was 2g more than the one given from 4 Seasons. I just want to let everyone know this is an honest company that really take pride in their job. They actually care about their customers and not just looking to rip people off. We also want to personally thank Polo and the people helping him for trying their best to fix our furnace. Even though we ended up spending a lot of money, we are glad to have chosen 4 Seasons to do the work. 4 Seasons is a reliable and honest company that I would recommend to all my friends and family members.

They canceled an appointment after being an hour and 15 minutes late. You are not the only people working others like myself and my wife left work early to meet you. I had scheduled a meeting from 3:00 to 5:00 and received a call at 4:40 pm while I was on the other line and did not take the call but I did call immediately back at 4:46 and was told I needed to be rescheduled. I know stuff happens but calling 20 minutes before the two hour ended was what upset me. I am not sure how your service is but how can I give a good rating if you dont show up.

Four Seasons has experienced staff who can correct HVAC defects, design new custom systems to improve function. Staff are polite, respectful to your home, without having to ask them (professional), understand how to repair a problem and deliver a delightful experience.There are many things that can go wrong with an HVAC system, but when that happens, after they perform, they will come back immediately and correct the problems.

Our house is two story, with high ceilings and 5 bedrooms. We had an old furnace and newer AC unit, we could never get cool upstairs. We had 4 companies come out and tell us what the problem was. Only 4 Seasons really explained what will be required to fix this issue, NOT just try to sell us a furnace. Polo was the first one to come walk our house and tell us what they thought. He’s super nice and knows how to explain things in a understandable way. Mike and his guys ended up setting up a zoned system with dampers and extra returns to get more air pressure. They did a lot of duct work and installed attic ventilation.None of the other companies even had a game plan other than sell us a over powered furnace and didn’t want to fix our duct work. Nobody else pointed out we had no airflow in the attic either.The team is more than great at customer service, Pam kept us in the loop, Mike is the expert behind the scenes, the crew were all men that were presentable. They worked around my wife and two babies and dog with ease. I had full trust in the crew while I was away. Every step of this was easy, I felt informed, they are straight and honest. They were not the cheapest quote nor were they the highest either but they really know their stuff and fixed my big house.I’d recommend them to everyone I know, they ever offered 0% interest financing the job and full warranty on the work.Thanks 4 Seasons

So right of the bat, Pam was so nice and helpful, I was searching and searching trying to get a appointment couple places I called told me I had me be a current customer, others told me 2 weeks, Pam was able to get me in the same day so grateful for that, I let her know my parents didn’t speak English and if she had a technician who spoke Spanish so my parents could comunícate with the tech so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding, sure enough put me on hold and found one of her techs spoke Spanish, once again I’m grateful for that because I was at work, and well I didn’t want anyone taking advantage of my parents, I had a migraine at work, as I’m speaking to her she’s making me laugh, next thing you my migraine went away, thanks for that miracle, but the tech was very nice and helpful my parents told me he was Amazing, once again thank you for coming out.Update July 30th so The AC kept freezing again after this company left, and decided to call another company The new company charge me 100 just for the diagnosis to tell me the exact problem. I was Lucky that this company new what they where doing, not gona say names of what company I hired... but let me put it to you like this... he brought a snake camera passed it threw all the vents from up stairs and down stairs to see if there’s was any something blocking the vent, guess what we found there is 2 2x6 from when the house built the plumber ran some water pipes threw the 2x6’s so they would not rattle not thinking it was going to block the AC flow, so it’s not letting the air flow properly it... so what does he do Remove the wood in the vents now we got better air flow and it has not froze in over a week. Crazy part he didn’t charge me a dime extra over the 100 dollars. Then he goes under the house and find out there’s water underneath the company who installed the AC originally didn’t not leave a place for the water to drain/flow out of the house so it was just building up under the house in the foundation... what surprises me that the guy from 4 season heating didn’t even bother to catch that problem nor made the effort on why there was no air flow running threw the house. Like my parents said he came and “refilled” the AC and open up a couple things then tried to upsell my parents to get a whole new AC....quote 15k another thing, let just I would of paid the 15k for the new system, I would of still and the same problems because the problem was inside the vents the whole time. Companies like these are kind and but if your kinder they’ll will take your kindness for weakness. So make sure you get a couple people to check your system. In my original review I said I would recommend them but not that I found the actual problem and this company couldn’t I will never recommend anyone I will be making a YouTube review on this and what your guy missed and try to up sale my parents.

I contacted 4 Seasons when my AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I have used this company before for business, but not my own home. On a Sunday afternoon, a live person answered my call and put me on the schedule for the next morning. Monday morning, Pam called to say she had a cancellation. Pam is always nice to talk to, friendly and helpful. Jay arrived within 20 min, diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat install, did a thorough check of my furnace and AC unit, had everything running again within no time. I was expecting about $200-300 for the time Jay spent. Total cost: $89. Definitely recommend this company. Honest, fair, reasonable prices.

Then Polo, the service person, //listened// to our description and then went straight to the specific part that had failed and replaced it. Total time: 10 minutes. I called the office approximately 45 minutes before the close of the quoted window and Pam apologized for not letting me know the tech was still at the previous appointment. She did say we would get a call shortly but rather than a call, Jason appeared at our door only 7 minutes past the time expected. Jason did a great job of discovering issues as well as doing the maintenance on our furnace. We decided it was well worth it and signed up for a maintenance contract.
