It was fantastic it really what I was looking for tho
They came back times and still did not get it fixed.
Biggest waste of $99.00. What scam. Dont call them. He said I needed a new motor. Quoted over $450. I went on u tube after he left. It was the stater knob. I fixed it myself. My dryer is up and running again. If something breaks go to u tube first. If you cant figure it out, call someone, but dont call sears. They just want to sell you a repair package for $50.00 a month.
Great service people taking care of all my appliances and help you understand how little things could affect your equipment.
The technicians were friendly and did a good job- BUT - making an appointment is ridiculous. There is a 3 day window about 1.5 weeks out that you can schedule, then when they need to order a part it takes another week to get there, then a week after that for another appointment. If the technician has to cancel, which he did on me, they reschedule at their convenience. You cant possibly make an appointment outside of this ridiculous 3 day window they have. Their call centers are in India and Malaysia from the accents of everyone I talked to, so I was never able to talk to the people who were actually coming to do the work. Washer didnt get fixed for a month and a half. If you dont care when the work gets done- theyre ok. If you do care, choose another repair center.
Its doesnt physically exist
