Did I just go to a party or get a wax? The answer to both of those are YES! This was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had, and I’m a religious waxer. Okay, I never leave reviews but I am 100% obsessed with the staff and ambiance at The Brazilianaire studio! They are SO accommodating and make you feel like family every time you walk in. Shelby is the greatest and has made me feel so comfortable every time I’m in for a wax appointment (even at 35 weeks pregnant when I have to switch positions every five seconds!) I’ll never go anywhere else!

This place is so clean, tidy and welcoming. From the second you walk in you feel like royalty. The girls that work here are friendly and definitely know what they’re doing. I got to talk to the owner when I went in to pick up some product and she was such a breath of fresh air, she helped me find the best skincare product and even ordered a specific tool for lash lifts so I could get one because I told her I was allergic to a particular product. From waxes to skincare regimens, they really are there to help you with it all! I’ve been very impressed by my experiences there thus far and I will definitely be going back. :)

I LOVE this place. Ive been going for skin treatments, brow tints, etc., but finally got brave enough to try the infamous numbed brazilian. They are not kidding, it is a game changer. I scheduled an appointment at 3:00pm for the next day at 12:30pm. I’m not familiar with the geography in Utah and I thought the studio was located in American Fork. So when I went to see the location after the booking and I realized that was way far from what I thought I immediately sent an email to cancel the appointment. I received the email back saying that I didn’t cancel with 24h and I would be charged anyways. I tried to explain even if I wanted to cancel before 24h I couldn’t because my appointment was for the next day at 2:30pm. I didn’t get any response. The full value was charged from my account. I called them and I tried to explain the lady said the manager wasn’t there but she would get back to me on Tuesday. I sent another email and no response. I’m very disappointed with the communication and how they value the client. I was excited and definitely I would schedule another appointment for a day that I could travel 1 hour and half to get my wax done.

I first wanna say I have followed Gia on IG for over a year and supported her journey in getting this business up and running. First time client for the numbed Brazilian. My esthetician was so nice and professional however she missed several areas and made my strip in the middle uneven. Didn’t give me a mirror to check. I feel like she rushed. When I called “customer service” they offered me a .97¢ exfoliating glove and a $5 ingrown add on for my next wax. Other places like European wax or lunch box would’ve done a free touch up at the very least or offered 1/2 off etc. instead I feel like I was not listened to or cared for. I will not be returning and will tell everyone I know not to go here. Thanks to Erica their “customer service” girl.

She takes any awkwardness away and throws in the trash where it belongs. Ive been coming to her for several months now and she does an amazing job every time. Has that little voice in the back of your head been wondering about getting a brazillian? Listen to it, and DO IT, your life will be changed! Is it painful? Slightly, but their numbing cream really takes the edge off.

Loved this place. The decor is so cute, inviting and clean. The bathroom is spotless and even has little things out for use (tampons, shelf of Bath and Body Works products to use). I came in to get lash extensions and the bed was like an actual bed you’d find in someone’s home. It was cutely decorated, super comfortable and even had a warmer on. It made it much easier to lay there for 2 hours compared to other places. I’ve had past experiences with lash extensions and each time I’ve gotten them I’ve gone crazy itching my eyes. I could feel the glue on my waterline and would end up ripping off the lash extensions in a week. I decided to give it one more shot and decided to come to Brazillianaire. I went to Hill, she was sweet, super personable and did a great job. I love my extensions and to my surprise they haven’t been itchy at all and I don’t feel any glue on my waterline. I’m very pleased with my extensions. The only super minor complaint is that I didn’t receive any after care instructions. I didn’t think about it at the time, but after I got home I realized, I forgot what I was supposed to do to clean them. Not anything major since I just looked it up on YouTube. The other thing was that the pricing list they sent me on social media was a bit confusing. So when I went in I thought I was paying a different price then I actually did. But since the service was great I didn’t mind. I’d just recommend to call in and ask for prices over the phone instead. Overall loved the vicinity and the service provided.

I had Gia for my brazilian wax and she was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and we were talking the entire time. I loved the results and was very impressed with the numbing. At the beginning I felt slight pinches (probably my fault because I didnt have the pre numbing cream on for long) but towards the middle I couldnt feel a thing. I am so grateful Gia made this studio. Okay. . . So here it goes. Im a man. Like dont even know what exfoliation is, nor have I ever done that in my life. So when it came to getting a spray tan. . oh gosh! Yeah knew nothing about it. But ive always wanted one. I found Brazilionaire Studio on Instagram and they seemed super nice, professional, and very knowledge, and man was that not a wrong assumption! They were super nice! Made me feel comfortable and they were also very helpful! Im sure Ill be going again after this spray tan wears off.

I thought I had found a good place to have my wax done, but I am super disappointed as I was charged for a Brazilian wax even though I didn’t make or have an appointment for it. I only had a brow wax appointment that I had canceled through the app MINDBODY. The app also never displayed that I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax. They live by this app for their appointments. They charged my card without communicating anything to me and I called the studio and they told me and I quote “that I had to wait two business days, as they were to busy to help me with the situation.” They also stated that they saw that I cancelled my brow wax but that their system didn’t show that I had canceled the Brazilian wax which if I’m canceling it usually means I’m canceling for everything and also I never actually made an appointment for the Brazilian wax initially. Very poor customer service and way to treat customers. I will not be returning.

I would not recommend working here. The gossip and back stabbing is frustrating, hurtful and unprofessional. I have been a loyal client, friend and employee to Gia for many years and it is upsetting to hear of the way she, along with other employees have spoken of me since leaving her business. Im not too proud to admit that I am a man who enjoys going to the spa. I have been to many different places in several states, and Brazilianaire Studio is by far the best. Right off they made me feel super comfortable, and took the time to educated me on the benefits of each treatment. I love being outdoors but I have very dry skin and in the sun I burn way to easily, Brazilianaire recommended a skin care regimen that keeps me hydrated and burn free. Because of their magic pain free method I have had almost every treatment they offer and look 10 years younger. If your a hairy beast of a man or just looking to get pampered I highly recommend getting in and letting the Brazilianaire Studio take care of you.

Greatest Med Spa studio you could EVER go to! I go to Gia for my waxing...she does it all. I get my eyebrows waxed then she does a henna tint. My eyebrows look AMAZING! I also go to her for a pain free brazilian wax (will never go to anyone else ever again)...and she now offers spray tanning, which turned out great, no streaks, no turning orange. I had my eyebrows microbladed by Juli Jensen Yesterday. Ive had my eyes done before about 4 years ago and this was a whole new experience! The salon is adorable, decorated beautifully. I had a lot of fun taking pictures of all the adorable neon signs . It was well lit and sparkling clean. The chair i laid on was comfortable and the fan directly above on the celing kept me cool as I had my brows carved into my skull 🤣 Juli was so gentle and she did the perfect alignment with my brows... she was fast but did my shaping the first time she lined it up. The First appointment only took a couple of hours and Juli made me feel so at home the whole time. Im so excited for touch ups in a couple weeks...i dont know if i will need it. 😂 Juli also does Spray tans, Ive seen her work and need to book one with her once my brows heal. Give this place a shot!!! I wont be trusting anyone with my brows again!

Gia is AMAZING! The shop is so luxurious and beautiful. I felt so pampered. EXACTLY what I was looking for in a wax shop.

My review isnt terribly creative because all the other 5 star experiences were the same as mine. Gias amazing, professional, hilarious and her salon and staff were more of that. Im the BIGGEST baby when it comes to pain- I walked out of my last brazilian half way through. I made it through this time with with my new best friend Gia working her magic and it was actually kinda fun! I cant recommend this place enough.

This place is fabulous!! I went and got henna eyebrows and a wax and feel amazing!! Definitely recommend it to anyone!

I always have a blast with Gia and Juli, I love the vibe, and its a safe space to be myself and to come out feeling like a babe!
