I went in today to get a not so great haircut (from another place) fixed, and I left with EXACTLY what I wanted! Sarah did my partial highlight and haircut, and she was fast, skilled, and super nice. Will definitely go to her again! Thanks Sarah!

She was so nice that I don’t want to say her name and I wish I could give a nice review but I just can’t. Nails took 2+ hours and ended up like this. It seemed like just didn’t have a clue what they were doing with acrylic nails. The polish would go on, then be wiped off with a dry cotton ball which would stick to the nail and then be peeled off and the leftover cotton was painted over. This process just repeated. The pictures really just speak for themselves.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would PLEASE DON’T COME HERE my sister got her eyelashes done here they came out HORRIBLE lots of spots missing and it was hurting her eyes the next day. I called in because when I first looked at her she came in crying because not only it was horrible she was over charged she paid 108 dollars for a classic set but she selected online a shear classic set for 50% off for a first time client which would of been $50.00 the lash tech said that she couldn’t give us a refund just that we could come in for a refill, after the horrible job you think we should come back. It was also her first daughters first birthday and the only day they had was Saturday after her birthday. This morning 09/22/21 she went to a different lash tech to take them off and get a new set the lash tech said that there 4 lashes glued on onto her EYELID and that were tons glued to close eyelash line, they couldn’t redo her eyelashes because they were her natural eyelashes DAMAGED and it would hurt her if they did put a new set.

Sabrina did my lash extensions and she did an amazing job. Very comfy set up to relax, doesn’t charge an arm and leg, super friendly and overall amazing environment. I’m so glad I went here! I highly recommend if you want some amazing lashes. By far the best lashes I’ve ever had.

I’m very shy and usually don’t love conversing with stylists because conversation feels forced. However, my experience with Cammie was different. She was very friendly and seemed like she was actually interested in what I had to say so I didn’t mind conversing with her! I was also nervous about a haircut since I wanted to just even my hair out while keeping most of my length. She was able to keep a lot of my length and my hair feels so healthy now that she took care of my yucky ends! I would definitely recommend Cammie for hair services!

I was not impressed at all. I took my granddaughter for a birthday pedicure and they charged me $20 for a 10 minute pedi. The pedicurist was very sweet with my granddaughter but did the bare minimum.

I got a massage here. Lorraine was awesome! They were prepared for me. The ambiance of the massage room was perfect (calm music, private room, low light, great temperature, clean sheets and a blanket as well). I would highly recommend them! Ask for Lorraine (spelling?). She was so attentive and not too intense (I like a light massage).

Audrey was amazing! She was very thorough and made sure my nail design was on point. I definitely will be back!

I went in to pamper myself and was not pleased at all!! I got a mani with gel nails and they peeled off (in full sheets) the day after I got them done, which shouldn’t happen at all with gels. With my mani and pedi my cuticles were not dealt with and my feet were not “scrubbed” to help get the dead skin off. For the price that I ended up paying I am not happy with any of the services or the product that was received at this salon. Will not be going back and would definitely not recommend!

The salon was pretty unprofessional overall. The environment wasn’t welcoming (it felt like a makeshift store), and the quality of my wax was poor (esthetician had to redo several areas, and I found remaining wax in multiple places after returning home). Wouldn’t recommend.

I had my hair cut and colored here last year and it resulted in my hair being ruined. I had to go to a different salon three more times to have the disaster on my head fixed. I asked for my hair to be lightened and cut and the stylist put bleach all over my head. I was nervous but I trusted the process. Once he washed my hair CLUMPS were falling out I was literally frozen with panic and when I told him and showed him the hair in my hands he assured me it was normal. I have had my hair lightened before and its not normal. It was a terrible experience for me. The hair cut was uneven and even though they offered me to have it fixed theres no way I would ever go back here. Please, save yourself the headache and dont have your hair done here. Unqualified stylists, disorganized and dirty environment, and overall a very unpleasant experience.

I went in to get my hair dyed to match my natural hair color which is a medium brown color. I wanted it to look very effortless and natural. She died it pitch black. Also the roots have a severe red tint to them. I’ve never been so mad after a hair appointment. I’m shocked that someone could mess up this badly. Don’t cosmetologists go to school?! Now I have to go spend another $100 to fix this disaster.

We had Ali and Rachel do our couples facials and it was so relaxing, thorough, and refreshing. Their products were great and their customer service even better if possible! We can’t wait to go back! 😊

I had an incredible massage from Brandon Prince. He relaxed me yet was able to release tension in my whole body. He was incredibly friendly, attentive to my aches and pains, and so professional. I would recommend his expertise to anyone who needs a soothing/powerful massage.

Kristy Fisher was so sweet and considerate! I have crazy thick hair and every time I get it cut or colored people complain about how thick it is, but Kristy was so patient even though she had to stay late to get it done. She wasn’t rushing, she was so sweet and kind and wanted to give me highlights I’d love and she did! I love them!

I went to get a massage and it was great! CJ was my massage therapist and she was very kind, and professional. It was very clean and welcoming. Highly suggest.

Being my first time to get my hair done, I had little to no knowledge about hair coloring and worried I would have trouble explaining what I wanted done. My stylist made sure she understood what I was asking for and explained what she was doing along the way so I could understand, giving me helpful tips on hair care as well. She was very friendly and helpful, but most importantly gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair!! Great salon! I definitely want to go back and would highly recommend to anyone. Went to Suzanne for my first ever spray tan. She was so kind and helped me feel comfortable (even though Im not really comfortable naked even alone). She was very careful and meticulous to make sure my tan was as dark as I wanted and evenly done everywhere. Loved the atmosphere and will be back.

I’ve never been so disappointed. I seriously was trying not to cry. The whole last month I have been working 14 hr days and so I was going to go relax for a couple hours and get a pedicure. They assigned someone who had never done it before and didn’t know how to use the product. The owner spent at least 30 min of my time explaining to the technician how to do the whole process. It was a disaster. After more than 2 hours and only half-way done I asked her to stop and remove it cuz it looked like such a mess. So instead of leaving relaxed and refreshed, I paid $20 and left more tense and stressed out.

Cami is the best stylist Ive ever had. Extremely professional and empathetic. She has always done a fantastic job with my hair.

I got a haircut from Cammie L. She was absolutely amazing! I came in without an appointment and they fit me right in. She worked so hard that she skipped lunch. I have very thick curly frizzy hair so the time really adds up. When it looked like it was going to run into her next appointment another coworker started to help her out. I have only had one haircut before and never really changed the color so drastically. I came in as a broken girl from a failed relationship and left the a new stronger than ever woman. Today a stranger told me that my hair is so pretty and I actually believed it for the first time in my life. Thank you so much for your hard and great work you did for me! I hope to have Cammie work on my hair in the future.

I got a spray tan here and I love it! Suzanne takes her time making sure your tan comes out perfectly! I didnt feel rushed at all and felt very comfortable with her and she genuinely listened to me and what I wanted. My tan looks great and very even which is not always the case with spray tans.

When there the Staff was friendly but the gel polish chipped off over the next 2 days, when a call was made to the salon the attitude was not great.

Lash beds are clean and comfortable, i always fall asleep. . Its so great. And my lash artist is amazing. I trust her completing.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The girls are professional and welcoming, they are friendly and easy to talk with. Sabrina, Jessie, and Ruthie are amazing. My lashes look incredible and are always full. I am glad that I found Shear Indulgence, and would highly recommend these ladies.

I came to Shear Indulgence with an impossible fix and found a salon with very knowledgeable stylists and a group of hair/skin/nail professionals to assist. Not only did they repair my huge hair disaster, they provided a prescribed plan to improve my hair care in the future...absolutely the BEST SALON to visit with a quick fix and long term salon services. My stylist, Raychelle, listens to my concerns and also provides professional advice based on my hair type ....she is the BEST stylist I have had in 20 years!

My experience with shear indulgence has been one of the best in my life. The professionals there know exactly what they are doing and always keep your well being in mind. Ruthie not only gave me the best facial I ever had, but also told me exactly what i needed to do to take better care of my skin. She was very informative and very thorough. She was very professional and she made it easy to make friends with the rest of the spa. As a bonus, she was very fast at what she did, I told her I was in a hurry and she got me in and out and on my way to my next appointment. Took about 5 1/2 hours to get my nails done but even when they were done it still wasn’t what I really wanted. They nails were all different lengths and cut at weird angles. Then the owner came and helped fix it up to where I was okay with it. But now a week later 4 of my nails have fallen off! Not worth the price they charge if it’s all going to fall apart that quickly!

I LOVE getting my lashes done here! They are the BEST! I always feel pampered! Everywhere I go, I get complements on my lashes. I used to get it done elsewhere but the glue vapors stung my eyes, and after two weeks Id only have one or two lashes left. At Shear Indulgence Spa and Salon, they use a glue that doesnt irritate at all, and my lashes look great even after a month or more! Its also very relaxing and comfortable getting a fill...sometimes I even take a nap, lol! I also love the owner and her staff! They are all super friendly and caring. Ive also had a heavenly two hour massage and an amazing cut and color. I highly recommend them to everyone!

My two cents about this place; at first was a great place to work.I quit for personal reasons. Come to find out from family that the owner was talking behind my back with her clients and let it slip to my family member. I am bipolar and the owner instead of being an adult and talking to me about it so i could explain, talked behind my back about the mood swings. (Mind are from depressed to happy). So not happy about this I have tried making a clientele here and couldnt just to find out this was probably why I wasnt able to. Never going to be a client here or work here again definately wouldnt recommend to anybody. I know this will most likely be covered up like most negative reviews on here with positive ones because this is what the owner does so the negative isnt seen. So disappointed because I really enjoyed some of the people here but just a shame wont be going back due to this

I was given a 60 minute massage as a gift from my sister. The salon was very clean and inviting. My massage specialist (Nathaniel) was very friendly and very professional. He focused on the areas I asked him to and it was very relaxing. I would request him again.The only criticism I have is while in the massage room you can hear people walking around and doors opening/closing. Makes it a little less relaxing

I went for a massage. The massage was good except for the massage therapist didnt pace herself. Spent to much time on my back and shoulders, but didnt leave enough time to do my front legs, though she made sure to touch them, but spent about 1 minute in total on my front legs and feet. Ive had better.

My husband paid for me to get a 50 minute massage and I only got a 35 minute massage.. I have the times marked down in my phone from when it started to when it ended. I went back into the massage room at 11:56 and didn’t start the actual massage until 12:00, the massage ended at exactly 12:35pm and I was out of the salon by 12:40. I asked the massage therapist to work on my neck and shoulders, to which she did for the last 2 minutes of the massage. At the end she told me that I would need to pay for another session in order for her to work out the knots in my neck. I was really underwhelmed and disappointed when I left because this was a gift from my husband and it was the first time I got a chance to treat myself after having a baby. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are wanting a massage and I would never come back.Edited to add that the massage therapist would be working on an area and then completely stop for about five seconds only to continue again. I know this isn’t a technique because afterwards I spoke with a family member who is a licensed massage therapist and she too was super confused. The massage therapist did this multiple times to the point where I almost looked back to make sure she was okay.

I really enjoyed my visit to Shear Indulgence. I got a massage from Lisa. Holy moly, she was an amazing massage therapist. She really tailored the massage to my needs and comfort. I will definitely return. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the ambiance of the salon feels a little cluttered. But I couldnt have been happier with my massage.

I got my hair done here and they absolutely destroyed it. They turned it orange after 3 hours and then spent another 2 hours turning it white with orange streaks. It was awful and heartbreaking. I strongly suggest you don’t go to this salon.Also, the girl who did my hair, Raychelle, denied remembering me and it hadn’t even been a week. She spent 5 hours on me, but didn’t admit to working on my hair. This encouraged the owner to refuse to refund me. They were willing to have me come back and attempt to fix it but my stylist already tried the day of when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The second I got out of the salon I booked an appointment at a different salon to get it fixed because I was so embarrassed to even go to work with how it looked. I put it up in a pony tail (as displayed in the pictures) of how I wear it to work to see if I could hide it but it was even worse. And honestly, I would have spent $500 somewhere else to get it fixed before having that place touch my hair again. Sounds dramatic, I know, but after dealing with the owner for a week, that’s truly how I feel.Honestly even just an apology would have gone a long way.

Ive been going to Sabrina for lashes for 2 years, and have not been disappointed! Ive been to many others, but Sabrina takes the time and youll be satisfied with the results! 8 have also been to a few of the other ladies in the salon for lashes, and Sabrina has trained them well! This salon is the best!!

Being a dude, I was a little nervous going in to a salon, but Ive never been happy with the cookie cutter job from the in and out strip mall places I went to before, so I figured Id give it a try. Ive been in several times and always come out with a fantastic cut. The barber knows her stuff and somehow can remember how I like it, even though I only make it in once every few months. Prices are great.

The massage was excellent! I had a gift certificate (groupon) that I was given for my birthday for a 60 min massage. I booked a 90 min, because that is my preference. When it was time to pay they couldnt seem to apply the gift certificate to a 90 min massage and wanted me to pay for the whole thing and they would give me another gift certificate. The location is an hour from my house and it is not convenient to get there, so I did not want that at all. So in order to get out the door I had to basically pay for a 2 hour massage... 1 hour with the gc the other cash. Rediculous!!!!!!! I cannot believe they couldnt just give me credit for the hour and charge me the difference between the 90 min and the 60 min. NEVER going back. Paying the extra hour was the cheapest way I was going to get out of there without having to return, which I would NOT do!

I remember when Sabrina just go started in her home with her salon, I fell in love with the way she truly cares about her clientele and what she does in general. For years shes the only person I trust to do my hair and I truly wish I lived in Utah still so my husband, children and myself could go to her salon regularly cause I still havent found anyone who can leave me as happy about my hair as she did!

I get my lashes done by Rayichile (young w/black hair) she does a great job and affordable. Would definitely recommend this place if your looking to get your lashes done.

The salon is uninspiring. The flow of the salon is a bit chaotic. I got a massage from Nathanael and he did an excellent job! I was having problems with my shoulder and neck and he really worked on it and now I feel so much better. I would recommend getting a massage there.

My husband and I bought Groupons for massages here. We called to schedule more than a month before they expired, but because they didnt have enough massage therapists, they couldnt book us before the Groupon expired. I asked if they could redeem the Groupon and just schedule a time when they were available, but they wouldnt even listen to me. I asked what I was supposed to do, as I didnt feel it was my fault they were short-staffed. They told me it was my fault and that we were just going to lose our Groupons. I am so upset. We literally lost all our money, even with ample time to use our Groupons. Dont go here. Go somewhere else.

On my first visit there, when I walked in there was no one at the front desk. There were a couple of stylists in the back but no one greeted me. I waited for about 10 mins before someone greeted me and even then, it wasnt very professional or welcoming. At my appointment time, the lady who did my eyebrows came out and was very nice and friendly.

This is a great deal for the price. Jessie is a joy to chat with. Quick haircuts which work well for my busy schedule.

I used to have long hair and cut it into a pretty short A line a year and a half ago. I was stupid and went to ine of those cheapy places to have it done. I dont recommend them normally but if you have curly hair its an even bigger mistake!! Anyway I have kind of been letting it grow ever since. Yesterday (Friday) I decided to bite the bullet and look for a place to get it cut. I didnt have a ton to spend but wanted a better place. I ended up on Groupon researching places that had some good deals on there. I ended up deciding on Shear Indulgence Salon, which btw has an AMAZING deal on Groupon right now!!I am SOOO happy with my choice. The woman who cut my hair was the owner, Sabrina. She was awesome. Kinda funny, as soon as I walked in she asked me if I wanted an A line. I was thinking, ummm no I was tryimg to get rid of that actually lol. Come to find out she hadnt done one in years so she was going to have someone else cut it if thats what I wanted; I really appreciate someone who knows their limitations!! Anyway, she washed my hair and of course my crazy curls showed up. We talked about how curly it was and how some people have a hard time cutting curly hair. She was SUPER smart and took the time to blow dry and straighten it first then do a dry cut so it wouldnt end up with 10 different lengths like the last place did. It took her about 2 hours, my hair is SUPER thick so I have a TON of hair, but she never complained or rushed!! I am am very happy with the cut and loved her approach. Not to mention she was nice to talk to as well.So...Utah county peeps, really anyone in the valley willing to drive to Spanish Fork, check out Shear Indlugence Salon and Spa!!! They offer just about EVERY beauty service you can think of including massages, plus their prices are reasonable ❤❤❤

Hidden treasure of Spanish Fork. My friend Natalie had hard gel nails done here, which is the only type I can have, due to how thin my nails are. Sabrina fit me into her schedule, and did a really cool white French tip glitter hard gel nail set for me... and I continued to go back. Eventually I branched into trying a simple set of lashes (the beds are always full of clients, so they had to be good, right?!) and now I’ve settled in on what’s called a ‘hybrid’ where they add some extra volume in, but keep the lashes looking natural. Because those two things have gone so well over the past year, I brought my girls, ages 7 & 10 to get highlights... yes HIGHLIGHTS in their hair, and a trim. Raychelle did exactly what I wanted... just enough my daughters could tell a difference, very natural looking, and can grow out without really needing to be touched up. I’ve been in twice for pedicures and had gel toes painted on, the last time was December. It’s March, and the polish is still on minus the part that’s grown out. Then this past week I branched out even more. I took a day off work, and booked a 90 minute back treatment. I don’t know the names/processes of everything, but let’s just say I’ll be doing it again!! And last but not least, I had them also color my hair, which I have PTSD about. So it’s takes me a long time to trust anyone with my hair. Sabrina did great, flawless actually. I’m really excited that I asked Natalie about her nails that one time! Salons to me before were just one appt at a time, and here I schedule 2-3 appts out just because I love it so much. It’s never been like that for me before, and I’d always driven past but hadn’t stopped in. Definitely a hidden gem in Spanish Fork!

These lashes look so real !! I love this business and HIGHLY recommend to anyone that knows what talent and quality really is !! If you want a place that is like Walmart that is one stop for everything... this is place. this unique Spa N Salon really knows how to pamper a woman needs. Shear Indulgence is really described in the name. They cover a woman needs from head to toe. I highly reccomend and give the Spa N Salon a BIG HIGH FIVE !!! Masseuse did a good job, but having to share a room with a stranger getting a massage made it hard to relax. Yes there was a curtain but you can still hear everything.

Hair turned out great

Nail tech I saw did a horrible job. Nails were crooked, uneven length, extremely thin and she even used the wrong product (base gel instead of builder gel). 3 nails broke a few hours later while I was folding laundry and I had to go to my regular lady and pay even more money to have them all fixed. This was done in July, by the younger girl with short hair I dont remember her name.

I got my eyelashes done here by Ruthie and I love love love my lashes she is so sweet and so easy to talk to! I would reccomend this place you anyone and everyone!

I drove from Salt Lake City Utah to get servis there I got a hair died from that place she did amazing work on my hair the colder I did was purple and it lasted over 2 months with the color I had done she was really good to me the servis was grate.

I went in for cut & color, they were very nice & worked me in for a pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre & I wanted my hair dark brown & got black.

Sabrina is very good at lash extensions.

Had a 9am massage and the massage therpist showed up 15 mins late and my masssage still ended at 10am. I understand if you have other appoiments after mine( I am a massage therpist as well), but when Im not the one late, I shouldnt be short changed because youre running behind. Other than that, It was a lovely massage and the vibe of the salon was great!

Sad to say, but dont waste your time. It took over 2 hrs to get my nails done & a week later 6 have popped off, not to mention the polish was super old!!!
