I came in and immediately felt unwelcomed. The owner was sitting on her phone and barely acknowledged me even though I made an appointment. The pedicure was fast and well done but I asked for a simple design on my nails and was assured that she could do it before hand. I showed her the colors and she didnt get the right colors and the design looked even worse. I got gel and my nail polish came off the next day. Only good thing was the pedicure and my manicurist was at least kind. However, doesnt disregard unwelcoming owner and poorly done job.

Awful. Do NOT ever go here. I wanted a manicure with simple nail polish. They will not let you get “regular nail polish” they push for gel nails only. Very poor quality for the price. My friend got a pedicure, they cut one of the the cuticles to hard/deep it bled for hours. We will never visit this nail salon again. This place does not do a good job AT ALL.

Do not come here! I’ve been twice and I’ve gotten the same lady to do my nails each time. She is very rude!! She watches movies on her phone while she’s doing your nails. Is in such a hurry always! Both times she has burnt me with the nail drill and I leave the salon with my nail beds burning!!! The first time I thought maybe it was an accident but hence she’s not even watching what she’s doing it’s not! The acrylic is so uneven, doesn’t take the time to make them look nice at all. Polish is painted on my cuticals. And I asked for round acrylic nail shape and each nail is so different and ugly!! I had to go home and file them myself for them to even look somewhat nice...If you’re in Spanish fork go to Jolie nails. They do a wonderful job each time! Don’t waste your money here.

My mom, sister, and I made appointments for manicures at 4:30. They sat my mom immediately, and finished her nails at 5:00. At this point, my sister and I were still waiting. They tried to have one of us go next, but we told them the point was to get them done together, not one at a time, and not so late after our appointment time. They tried to convince us they could be done in 15 minutes, but we didn’t want to pay full price for a rushed manicure. Meanwhile, the people with 5:00 appointments were there and waiting as well.I would save your money and go somewhere that values your time as a customer.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but they definitely deserve one today. Or I guess I should say Anita deserves one. Anita wasn’t one amazing at doing my nails but she also was super sweet which made my time here way more enjoyable. If you go here I’d definitely suggest using Anita

Rude and poor job on nails. I got the gel nails and usually they last for a couple of weeks but today they came off . They kept pulling my daughter and my arm while getting our nails Dont waste your money here

Got an appointment for two within 2 days of needing it! They were professional & kind. They also gave me the best foot/leg massage I’ve ever gotten with a pedicure! Will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming to Tip & Toe Nails and it will definitely be my last time. The lady who did my nails was beyond rude. Instead of actually speaking she would slap my hand multiple times as a way of telling me she was done with that hand and wanted my other hand. And she did this EVERY time she wanted to switch to my next hand. Most of my nails already look like theyre due for a fill and I havent even had them on for a full 24 hours yet. I definitely would not recommend going here to anyone nor will I be going back myself. Honestly Im half tempted to ask for a refund based on the poor quality of the nails and how ignorant the lady who did my nails was.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Scheduled an appointment for my wife and daughter which someone there neglected to write down. So they squeezed them in an hour late and tried to rush through manicures in 15 minutes. During the 15 minute rush job, three other people came in with appointments and were turned away because they didn’t have enough people on staff to keep the appointments. But at least the girls got half-baked manicures instead of none at all like several others.

They do a good job. Clean and bright location. I’m always happy with the service.

I am so disappointed!! None of my nails are the same, they are horribly shaped. Some are distinctly shorter than the rest and they look awful! The worst set I have ever had done.

Their work is amazing but their ahitty attitudes towards ppl who dont seem blue collar. Shes kinda pushy and doesnt let u get a word in edge wise on what u want and shes the only one that speaks any english so she just tells them what she wants done. In my opinion the staff needs attitude adjustments towards their customers

My daughter and I drove an hour to try this place as we have not been happy with previous places. Anita and Randy were awesome!!! Our nails are spectacular!!! They were fast, professional, clean, friendly, offered suggestions, and so much fun!!! We recommend them all!! The entire atmosphere and experience was great!!! Thank you!!

Pushed me through way to fast and not the best job

I got my nails done yesterday on my right index finger the lady that did them put it on pointing down I asked her if when she put the acrylic on would it brake after she put the acrylic on she accidentally bumped it and crack the acrylic I told her and she put a tiny amount over it. Today I grabbed something and exactly where she had cracked it, it broke off I am so upset. The first time I went there my nails were great but the 6 times after they’ve been inconsistent. I will not be going back.

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Andrea did my feet and she was amazing! Actually got all the dead skin off, cleaned my toe nails, and just put so much care into actually getting my feet looking pretty again! She was also insanely nice and good to talk to. I will go back again and absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

This is probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! She massaged my feet for a solid 10 minutes it was so great! It’s super clean and they are very serious about COVID precautions. Everyone there has to wear a mask and if you don’t have your own you can buy one from them. Also you have to wash your hands upon arrival. So before I touched any nail polish I washed my hands. I felt very good about being there. I will be back

Anita is amazing! This salon is the best I have been to in years. Friendly, relaxing, cleaner then a Clorox wipe. Honest, trustworthy, cost effective. I was promised 1 hour to do a full set. Right on the dot for my nails, efficiency was on point. Affordable was my key and they stuck to their promise. I would recommend them to anyone! I will return.

Staff that was working during my service was on point. I did not have to request for employee to check for ingrown nails, they did automatically. In addition, they ensured to clean up feet and toes and my Gel nails looked great.

Wife asked for a regular but because she doesnt speak the best english they did an extra massage and charged $45 instead of 25. ALMOST DOUBLE. Its a joke and makes me mad. Dont come here

Wanted to try this salon out, and was disappointed. The lady didn’t soak the previous manicure off. She just popped them off, and told me it wouldn’t damage my nail even though I could clear see layers of my nail damaged. She didn’t trim or do my cuticles either, so the growth was obvious a few days later. I won’t go back.

They were very rushed for no reason at all and the made me bleed on my finger. She was very rough with the nail file! And he was so careless doing my nails they look so messy and they didn’t file them to the shape or size that I wanted them. Then she charged us 55$ for one full set that were terribly done! When we told her about all these issues she just shrugged and didn’t do anything about it! I hate this place and I highly recommend to go somewhere else!!

I love this place. Ive always received great quality work. I am super picky how my nails are done. Kim has always made sure I was satisfied with the work she had done on them. Ive been going here before its name was changed and they moved across the street. Kim and her staff are always so nice, accommodating, and professional. I highly recommend them

Came here and it was the worst nails I have EVER got done. The gel was uneven, acrylics horribly shaped, and some of my gel chipped off less than 4 hours later. I came here to get a fill, and they didn’t even fill my nails all the way down to the bottom (if that makes sense? They left about a millimeter of space between the start or my nail, and the start of my acrylic.) I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area (appointment at 5:30, they started at 6:15) and I even called in and had an appointment. And then the guy took only about 15 minutes on my nails. WAY TO FAST. Wish I could give a 0 star review. I’ll never go here again.

I love getting a pedicure from Kimberly normally, however Im so sad right now and needed to leave a bad review. I scheduled a pedicure for my husband and myself for our anniversary. We arrived and there were 5 people who had just shown up and were waiting to get a pedicure. Only 4 nail techs working and 4 people currently in chairs getting a pedicure. You do the math on how long I would have had to wait to get my pedicure I had an appointment for. If you schedule someone to get a pedicure why would you accept walk-ins at the same time? That is exactly when you say Im sorry but we are full tonight. Im so upset!

Clean place, great customer service fast and good work. They take their time making sure your nails come out looking great. If you mess up your Mani/pedi just ask them to fix it and they will with no problem

Couple months back, the store had been cluttered, the chairs were broken, they served people who came in later than the ones who were there before them, and the building smelt like chemicals. I couldn’t stand being in there longer than I needed to. And The nails were not as great as they looked in photos. They chipped, popped off, or split within a week. But I just went in January 11, 2019 and I couldn’t smell the chemicals. It was pleasing. There was open space for groups if needed. And the chairs are much nicer. The pedicure baths are lined and much cleaner. The quality of the nails are satisfiable. My nails have a thicker acrylic layer, Anita was so nice, she was accurate and held a conversation with me while she was working. I am very impressed with the new shop. If I was to rate it 1 out of 10 I would give it a solid 10. Highly satisfied!!!

My cuticles are a mess. Bleeding and open sores. The gentleman argued with the other nail technician about not wanting to do my nails. He then began to curse her out. Im afraid Im going to get an infection from the harsh treatment of my cuticles. I will not go back. 😔I have a photo but not sure how to include it.

I just went in this week and had my nails done. I left with a very bad experience! Through-out my appointment, the lady doing my nails was very rude and seemed annoyed at times when I would try to explain what I would like done. She also told me twice, that in the future I could try somewhere else if I wanted too?! That there, is a huge red flag, that obvisously, they dont care about my business and couldnt wait to be done with my nails. Also, I have sensitive cuticles and left with two of my fingers bleeding. She was way too rough with the nail file. Overall, I had a terrible experience & just wanted to leave the entire time. I will not be going back.

I most definitely recommend Anita for nails! She does an amazing job, she takes her time to make sure ur nails are just like how you want them! I’ve never been disappointed in the way she does my nails nor have I never liked them, AMAZING at what she does! Also a really good listener and will never make you feel un-welcomed. I give this place 5 stars because of Anita and the fantastic work that she does.

One star?! How about no stars. The absolute worst customer service ever! Do not! I repeat DO NOT go to this nail salon!!! Went in to have my acrylic nails removed. The 16 year old girl working there was too busy talking with her 3 friends about who the had “beef” with yo acknowledge me. She burned my fingernails with the nail file, and then started to rip off my acrylics. I asked why they wouldn’t just soak them off to maintain my nail, she said that’s what they do and soaking takes longer. She offered to then soak them off, but was irritated. I told her if she was going to just rip them off, I could have don’t that at home (for free) I decided to go elsewhere. When I was walking out, the teenager said “peace out!” in a condescending tone. This is not how you run a business. I went to another salon in town that cared for my nails and behaved as professionals.

The guy took my gel off with the electric nail buffer. He made my nails so thin that my nails have been breaking with gel on. Don’t come here.

Went in and got my nails done she told me should would be able to do a yin yang ☯️ design on my nails and one she finished, they were the worst nails i’ve ever gotten! i called to let them know they sucked and i wanted to get them fixed she told me to come in and when i did she was in a hurry to get me out of there and they turned out worse than when i came in. i could be paying that much for quality nails! never coming here again!

Horrible experience. Inexperienced nail techs, unsanitary, and way over priced. She scrubbed my heels and put the scrubber on the floor/tile where people walk, and tried to pick it up and do my heels again. Didn’t cut nails down on sides, and didn’t get my cuticles. Also didn’t get leg massage. What did i pay for?? Never again

Wont come back here! Me and my sister made an appointment, we still had to wait over a half hour, when it was our turn they rushed us, our nails looked terrible, they were crooked, and lumpy. I will not be returning to this nail place! The last experience I had was awful. To start when the lady started to take my previous nail gel off, she turned the nail file on full power and burned me multiple times. I finally said that she was burning my nails and that it was hurting me and she just laughed. She was pretty rude and seemed very inconvenienced to be doing my nails. She was also very rough on me, and kept pulling on my arms and my fingers so hard they even popped a few times. To top it off it was the worst gel I’ve ever had, it chipped literally the next day. Now my nails are so frail and are breaking because she was filing my nails so hard. Will not be returning 🙁

So disappointed with this salon. I came a few months ago and they tore up my cuticles. I thought everyone deserved a second chance so I went back this last Saturday. I had an appt for a manicure and gel nails and had to wait an hour for my appt. then the appt lasted about 10 minutes. It was rushed and i asked for little hearts on my nails which look like blobs. Now here we are a couple of days later and 4 of my gels have peeled off. Tried to give them another chance but now i won’t be back.

Mixed review - pedicure was the best Ive had in years and super friendly. However, nails were another story. She drew blood on 3 nails, but the worst part was that she did not set the drill bit aside for sterilization afterwards, just tossed it into her drawer to use on the next client. And she was rude to me. Unfortunately I will not be going back there.

Tip and Toe NailsI called and made an apt to get my nails done. I bite and bite my nails and needed acrylics with shellac design on top.I explained this and someone told me it would be $30 for the whole thing! I was stoked and made an apt for 1:00 per the ladys request.I went in, and they were helping other patients so i sat down to wait and she called me over and handed me a basket and told me to pick a color and to sit down in the manicure chair (there were 4 of them) so I picked the most convenient one (or so i thought)i then heard her say I SAID THAT ONE!!! and she came and slapped my shoulder and told me to change my chairShe didnt talk much, and acted so annoyed that they were busy and that she HAD to do my nails. Everything she said was negative about me, my nails, everything..As she was doing my nails, I told her I wanted them rounded off, and she made them as square as could be. I asked her to round them off and she acted so annoyed, and did a tiny bit of filing....Then i went to pay and she said that the price was $48! I told her on the phone they told me $30 and she said, sorry, $48.I paid $48 for something that was not what i wanted, only to go home and file them by myself.Not only that, but one popped off the very next day.Will not be returning...​

Im staying away from the new Tip n Toes in Spanish Fork. I went in for a little bit more than a fill, but not a full set of acrylic nails. Ive been going there for a long time (since they opened by the old Golds Gym) but only second time at new location. I left very upset - price doubled and the quality was cut in half. I went in with tips already applied and all the prep work done. All she had to do was apply the powder acrylic. I didnt even have her paint them. It took less than 20 minutes and cost thirty-three dollars! For nothing more than a fill. Last time it was $18. She over-filed them in a shape I hate. Id stay away from that place. You never know what you will be charged until its too late. AND THEY DONT CARE!

Not a happy customer. Their prices are not posted so make sure you understand the charges. When they told me the prices, they were hard to understand and I misunderstood that they were charging me $20 to paint fingertips only, no manicure, and $25 to only paint toenails, no pedicure, on my granddaughter. I thought it was $25 for both because she got gel so I agreed. Imagine my surprise when my full gel manicure was $25 and my granddaughter cost $45 to only paint the nails. Besides being ripped off the work is sloppy. After 2 days two nails have completed come off and all around the nails where they overlapped onto the skin it has lifted off leaving flaps of hard gel. Beware. I will never go back there.
