I decided to this nail salon because the reviews were pretty great! Plus, it’s close to home. I didn’t have the best experience though.. upon arrival, I didn’t get helped for about 10 minutes. They told me to look for a color I like but their color splotches were so damaged and barley hanging on by a thread haha. The girl who eventually did a gel manicure on me was in the back eating donuts instead of helping customers. I had an appointment too.. then she came out without washing her hands after eating and did my manicure. The manicure itself was pretty decent. She did well on asking what I wanted done and took her time so I didn’t feel rushed. My MAIN complaint to this place is the cleanliness. I about died how dirty and unsanitary it was. This is the place you go if you want your fingers or toes to fall off. I understand it gets dusty and stuff but it was absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been to other nail salons that use “one time use” supplies and I fully appreciate that. I would honestly pay extra money to have that. It was probably one of the dirtiest nail salons I have ever visited. 3 days after my manicure, 3 of my nails started to bubble and peeled right off. I called back and they fixed it for free which was nice. But just, kind of inconvenient. When getting gel, I really expect it to last 10-14 days. Which it didn’t. They had a really nice color selection but I just can’t ever return because of how unsanitary and dirty it was.

I love this place! Young is awesome and fast.He does my acrylic nails. His mom (can’t remember her name) gives the best pedicures! I always feel comfortable when coming here. I also love the fact that they run by appointments. I always get right in and out. They do a quality job as well!

As always I had an amazing experience at Chandelier Nails. They are always extremely welcoming and great to get along with. It is the only nail salon that I continuously go to. I have been to almost every salon in the area and none of them give me the experience that they do. Last year they even did my nails for my wedding. I have never not been satisfied with the quality of their work.

DO NOT GO TO KAITLYN! I am shook at how awful my pedicure was. My nails are so crooked, not even filed, there’s literally like a chunk missing from my big toe, and paint everywhere. I didn’t even ask her to fix the shape, but I did ask her to please clean up the paint and she said “I know there’s paint on your skin but it will come off when you shower”. I HAVE GEL ON!!! I paid $40 for a good pedicure, and she can’t even take a minute to fix the awful paint???? I can’t believe she hasn’t been fired yet with the work she provides.

I am a mom of four and every once in a while I sneak out to get a pedicure, and this place is the best place I have ever been to! I love that its family owned, and they seem to really care about their customers and employees. I was extremely impressed with how comfortable they made me feel, and the atmosphere is awesome here. I highly recommend!

I was excited to go there for our pedicures and made an appointment several days in advance. When we arrived fifteen minutes late, the girl at the front desk asked someone if she should take us (there were empty chairs and people not busy) and then turned to us and said very rudely we have a fifteen minute rule and you guys are late so you can make a new appointment. We went to the nail place we knew would be kind. Regal nails in Spanish Fork! Much better service and better prices as well.

Ive found my new regular nail place. The nail tech was so incredible! He was surprisingly gentle with my nails and I havent had ANY peeling with my acrylics! Phenomenal quality and A+ service. Definitely recommend!

Just want to say first off the staff is very kind! I’m giving this review because it took an hour and 20 minutes to get a basic pedicure with regular polish (not gel). The staff is VERY young. I’m all for supporting beginners but had I known how inexperienced I would’ve gone somewhere else. And somewhere more timely. I tipped because I’m nice. But it was SO overpriced. Won’t be coming back.

The gals here know what they are doing. I am kinda picky when it comes to getting the polish to cover the WHOLE nail. They did SO good. They communicated clearly and were patient while I took forever to finally pick a color. This is THE nail place!!

Went in for pedicure and manicure with a couple of friends. The place is very clean, everyone is so friendly and they all do a good job. Our nails and toes look so good. We will definitely be back.

I just wanted to say that it was some of the best customer service I have ever had.everyone was super nice and the nice lady who was doing my pedicure introduced herself and kept a fun and enjoyable conversation going. I think if I remember correctly her name was Allison. 5 stars from me!

Staff seams undertrained or even still in school maybe. Went for a pedicure and left with 2 bleeding toes. Also asked for an additional service but it wasn’t completed. I wasn’t charged for it so that’s one star. The other star was for the kindness from the young girl doing my pedicure. The owner (maybe not) was eating wings at the counter when I went to pay....

HORRIBLE. I think they only get 5 star reviews because they get 10% their next service. People will do anything for coupons... not even worth it at a discounted rate. Nails were painted outside of the lines. Destroyed my nail beds. Late service. Rude staff. Would never ever recommend you go here. Please read this warning and choose any other salon!!!

They were quick to get us in to our appointment were professional and took time to ensure they did a good job and we were happy with the results. I love the mud mask option for the pedicure as well! Would recommend and come again!

A friend and I went for pedicures and they were both unsatisfactory. Hardly any time spent massaging and exfoliating and by the next day my feet were just as rough as when I went in. The cost is way to high for what you get. Wont ever be going back there.

I went in to get acrylics and then are not the best. they are all different sizes and not the shape I asked for as well as they are somewhat lopsided. The man who did my nails drilled way to much in my nail bed and they have been aching ever since. Also as soon as I sat down the guy grabbed my hand not asking what I wanted and instead of gently moving my hand in the position he wanted he would just slap my hand. I would not recommend getting acrylics done here.* edit because they responded* I wish I was lying about the experience I had. I saw a review like this before (about chandelier nails doing acrylics not the best) but I decided to give them a shot anyways. But quickly regretted it. I showed one of my friends who is currently at nail school and she decided to fix them for me and informed me that the application and how thick that acrylic was could potentially rip my entire nail off. So needless to say I would not come here for acrylics!

Didnt seem very clean, they only had 2 brushes that EVERYONE is supposed to use. In addition they reuse all of their nail files and stuff. Didnt seem very friendly either, I spent the whole time stressed out. The dude butchered my cuticles and there is even a small hair/fiber or something between my color and the clear. I dont know maybe it was just a one time thing but I will most definitely not be coming back.

I am not someone who normally writes reviews, but I thought I should today.The place is cute and clean. We made an appointment and were taken right on time. The ladies who worked on my daughter and I were nice enough, though they didnt say much. The problem was the quality of the application which is strange because they seemed to really take their time.When I asked the lady at checkout if it would come off my cuticles in the shower, she said no because it is gel (on my hands, not my feet). There was no offer to fix it. I gave them a tip because I am a nice person, but I wont be going back.You can see in the pictures that it isnt awful, but it isnt professional, and that polish on my cuticles is going to bother me every time I look at my hands. I want this business to do well. I would really like a nice, perfectionist-mindsetted (if that is a word) place to go near to me, but I think I will just go up to my moms place in Sandy even though it is 45 minutes away.

I came to this place knowing that I just needed an easy fill with white, and they look so bad shorter than ever, very bumpy and are not white at all very bad quality I would not recommend.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I’ve gotten pedicures, manicures, and acrylics. All of their technicians have done great, and met my expectations. Their prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. I would recommend chandelier nails to anyone!

The quality of service really depends on your tech. Some of the techs are great, but I ended up with an older gentleman who destroyed my cuticles, and didn’t care that I was wincing with pain.

I was early but Kyra took me me right back. I had kind of an odd request for nails that she had not done before but she “nailed” it! Polite, personable, took her time which was fine by me as I have never had my nails done ever so I was relaxed and enjoyed the process! Have gotten lots of compliments on my nails! I am so disappointed. Kept waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment time while my technician (the son?) talked to another employee because it was important.Rushed through my nails. I just needed a fill but they look terrible. Not much nail preparation before he slapped the acrylic on.Im actually sad because I wanted them to succeed. If my nails are any indication of what they do on a daily basis, they wont be there much longer.

I am normally not someone to complain and I didn’t even say anything while at the salon because I would just rather avoid it 🤗 but I have to say I don’t think I can have acrylics done here again.. it’s one of the messiest jobs I’ve ever had done. He didn’t ask me what I wanted beforehand, he just went ahead and started doing them. In the middle of him filing the tips almond shape I finally said that’s not what I want, I’m going for coffin shape, and what came out doesn’t look almond or coffin it looks like a regular square tip. The shapes are way off, uneven, the tops aren’t even straight. And I can’t say I know how it works but normally for colored acrylics I’ve had before they have a different process with the powder being the actual color you want, with these he did clear acrylics and painted over it. The gel polish then came out super bubbly. I’m fine with them, they’re cute from a distance, but not what I was going for and pretty disappointing up close. 😞

I had an amazing pedicure today from Allie! They have 8 salt options to choose from and 4 sugar scrubs to personalize your pedicure. She was very attentive, did a great sugar scrub and lotion massage. I cant wait to come back for my next manicure!

I really liked to do my nails here. I had them done for my wedding. I got a manicure with gel and a pedicure with gel. They are still good and I had the done almost a month ago. The gel on my finger nails never came up or broke. The quality of the products is very good and the service is amazing. The girl that did my nails has been doing nails for ten years. I could tell that she has experience and that she knows what she is doing. the gel looked as if it was my nail and didnt look like a plaster on my finger. I absolutely loved it. I would totally go again.
