The place is really clean and they do a great job with acrylic nails. Make sure to call a few days in advance because appointments fill up fast

I havent gotten my nails done in forever because I couldnt find a salon that I liked. It was my first time going here yesterday and Ill definitely be coming to this place from now on. Michael did my nails and he did such a great job! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it came out better than I expected! The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. Overall, this place was great!

My first time with fake nails and they turned out super cute. Getting the acrylic to fade from pink to white cost $10 more ($50 total) but was worth it! The nails were originally in a coffin shaped than I didnt like, but I was able to file them down into a nice oval and they look AWESOME. Fast service, maybe the language barrier made things slightly confusing for me as a first time nail-salon-goer, but all around they were clean and professional. Highly recommend!

The service was fine and I was pleased with the results of both my nails and my toes. Problem is they do not answer the phone. I got a gift certificate for my birthday and I had to call many times before they would answer so I could schedule and appointment. When I was sitting there getting my nails done, I noticed them completely ignoring the phone when it was ringing and realized why it was so hard to get through. I would give more stars if it was easier to make the appointment

THE best nail salon in Utah County! First and foremost m; this place is CLEAN! I’m talking’ spotless. I felt very comfortable there. I find Jolie Nails fairly priced. It’s worth the extra money to get the gel polish. This photo is of my manicure over a week later and it hasn’t chipped at all. Makes for a great day out with the gals! Highly recommend! They‘be earned a lifetime customer from me.

I had a very nice deluxe pedicure here. I didnt have an appointment, but they took me right away. I like that they do a short hot stone leg and foot massage, as well as a parrafin treatment. This is the first time Ive had those. The deluxe is $38, which is more than I usually pay, but they had cheaper options. Ill definitely be back!

I have been coming here for about a year I get my nails done Every two weeks and they do an amazing job. They are definitely busy so you will have to schedule an appointment, and sometimes you might have to wait 10 minutes past your appointment time but they are definitely worth the wait

I am extremely picky where I get my nails done. But this is my favorite place they do such a good job. Went somewhere else once when they were closed and I was so disappointed I wasted my money there instead of coming to my favorite place. They were not up to par with these guys.

My husband and I went with our friends (another husband and wife). Weve had the experience where the mens pedicure kinda feels less done but that was not the case here. The guys got just as much attention as the girls did. It was also the best leg and foot massage Ive ever gotten with a pedicure before. We will definitely be back!

I went from Provo to Spanish fork to fix ONE nail. I got to this place and they wanted $6.00 to fix one nail. I didnt even need them to paint them.... this is crazy. If they were good I would have kept coming back to them... This is the best nail place Ive been to. They took their time to fix my nails from a previous salon to make them the way I want them. They even stayed past their closing time to finish my nails with perfection. They werent rushed even though it was late which was amazing because they truly care about what their customers receive. Beautifully done by kind people.

It was super busy but michelob was fast and really good, my nails never lift and the shape all way look good.

Jolie Nails is very respectful, professional, affordable, clean, and understanding to what you want. Also, they didn’t rush their work, which is saying a lot compared to other places. I went for a pedicure on Friday, July 17th around 12:30. My pedicure experience in the salon was great.... but when I went home I noticed my nail bed a little red. Didn’t think too much about it until the pain didn’t go away. Today, 3 days later, I noticed the infected nail. I will absolutely never return. I’ve had great experiences in the past but this ruined it.

Clean place, decently friendly service, great price. Been twice-- first time my pedicure was awesome, second time, the gal who did it put about half the energy into scrubbing my feet/ massaging, etc.. but my nails look great.

They do great nails but if you call to make an appointment, don’t ever expect them to get it right. I have tried 4 times to get in and every time they say my appointment is for another day, and then when you try to talk to them about it they talk over you and don’t care at all. I will not ever go back or try again. I definitely do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time!

Arrived before appointment had to wait 15 minutes then in the chair for pedicure and manicure excellent customer service will even stay open later if you call for appointment same day appointment.

Best pedicure my husband and I have had in a long time!! Loved the leg rub, hot stones and paraffin wax! Usually places are good at first and go down hill. We will come back, keep up the excellent service.

Jolie Nails is the best place to get pedicures. I wont be getting pedicures done anywhere else.. They are reasonably priced, friendly, and the quality of the the pedicure I got was fantastic! This is a great way to treat yourself without breaking the bank.

Wonderful place to get your nails done! Clean place and a big selections of colors. The techs there are great and actually take the time to make sure your nails are the way you want them and they paint the full nail evenly unlike some other places. Clean. Well decorated. Nice massage chairs. Products were nicer than I have seen in other local nail salons - not dollar store quality. Not top spa quality but definitely nicer than you usually find. Nail polish seems to be nice and bright and not dried out. Employees were polite. Parrifin wax and hot stone massage felt great and the hot towels they use are large enough to wrap around your calf more than once. Price was right. They offer snacks and drinks. Atmosphere is great. So far this is my favorite place in town

Came in for 2 pedicures. My gal cut my foot. My big toe was bleeding like crazy and all she did wasgiggle about it. Then she tried to stop the bleeding by putting glue on my toe! Horrible horrible service. Still had to pay full price.

I almost NEVER leave reviews.I came in to Cathy for a same day appointment and she was quick, clean and professional. I have never been to a salon and had my nails come out not crooked but this lady nailed it! (Literally lol) theyre the perfect length and shape and they fit around the shape of my skinny little fingers so well haha.Will 100% be coming back here for her. Team of nail techs were all super nice and friendly.If I could leave them 20 stars I would. Great customer service and is definitely at the top of my recommendation list.

My nails are so thin, I got them done yesterday and 3 have broken. I have had long mails for years and they never break!!!!! This is crazy and they charged me 5 extra dollars for tge shape who does tgat... the shape??? Dont go here for accrilics

This place is amazing I went for the first time today and the staff is amazing. You have a huge range of beautiful colors you can pick from and they offer you drinks, snacks, and an array of services. I got the basic pedicure and had so much fun the chairs are so comfy and big and they do so much for you. Highly highly recommend.

Friendly and fast service! We went on a Saturday and they were super busy but I still felt taken care of. Some places will do a bad rush job too when busy but they did great. I will be back!

We arrived right on time and they took us almost immediately. Not only that, but they were extremely kind, courteous, and thorough. Weve been looking for a nail place in Spanish Fork to come back to and this one is IT! They were so great with my daughter, my mom, and myself. Another thing to note is that they did not over crowd the place. When I get my nails done, I typically worry about asking for more to be added because I know theres a line waiting. They only have clients waiting with the same number of staff. We left with all smiles. Thank you! :)

So we called and scheduled an appointment and they did good on timing, we got seated as soon as we got in. So while she was cutting the cuticle off my nails she cut me twice and made me bleed but barely. So I wanted to do a lemon design but while she was doing it she knew it wasn’t turning out well so she removed it and apologized and said if I could pick another design. ( I’m glad she did this because other salons I feel like would have just sticked with the same design with knowing it looked bad.) but by the end they didn’t charge me for the design because I just got dots at the top of my nail. I would recommend this place.

I got gel nails done and it came off a few days after getting them done. The lady that did my nails was rude and wouldn’t paint what I wanted, she ended up using stickers which is an extra 10 dollars! Overall it was not worth 40$! I will not go back!

I wanted to try a new place and felt like the guy who did my nails was rude, he ignored my request, and gave me attitude when I didnt tip him correctly after he made me bleed from sanding my FINGER down. If youre going to speak Thai in your store you should make sure the person youre working with doesnt understand what youre saying.

It was ok kind of pricey.when I first went in they were packed I made an appointment ahead of time for 6 they didn’t start my nails till 6:30 when their other appointment came in fallowed by two more they over booked them selfs.so the guy doing my nails did them as fast as he could then sent me with another lady to paint and finish them I got charged extra for wanting my nails almond shaped I have never ever been charged for shaping my nails so I ended up paying almost as much as if I went to a super high end nail salonBe prepared to pay 5$ extra for wanting a shape other than square!!

Their work is great but their ability to honor scheduled appointments is pretty awful. It’s almost not worth making an appointment sometimes.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, arrived on time for my appointment and waited 20 minutes. Then instead of taking me back, they took walk-ins. This business doesn’t respect your time by honoring scheduled appointments and takes walk-ins first.
