Working with Nick and his team (Discount Roofing) was one of the best experiences I have had with a roofing company. Due to my busy schedule and reluctance to deal with shady and not so honest roofers their follow up and professionalism is top of the line. I was hit with a bad hail storm and my roof was in desperate need of replacement. Their crew started on time, made sure to protect everything around my house and clean up was impeccable. All in one day. They worked so hard. The roof looks great.Nick is very experienced and a great help when dealing with all of the complex issues Insurance claims can bring. He definitely knows his business and helped me step by step along the way. No matter his busy schedule Nick and his team always treated me as a priority. What can I say but WOW!! Nick totally took care of every detail after the hail storm on April 28th on our roof. He explained what needed to be done and saw issues from the previous roof work and corrected them! His crew was very friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. The way they covered up our flower beds and pool so that no debris would fall in was very impressive as I have not seen other roofers do that! I had a great experience with Discount Roofing every step of the way. The entire crew was fantastic- very courteous, punctual, meticulous, professional and tidy. Owner Nick Holmans was very involved with the day to day build and always available to answer questions. The three project managers I worked with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive-thank you Cameron, AJ and Gator. I am very pleased with the final results - they replaced my roof, some facia and woodwork around windows (great carpentry team) and gutters. The new roof is much prettier than the old and the gutters look so fresh and clean. They provided some upgrades on their own, which makes the roof look that much better. I would highly recommend this company. A real pleasure to work with this team.

Discount Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my roof which got damaged during the recent hail storm. Based on excellent reviews, I called them to have my roof inspected. Kameron Thompson took care of every thing right from doing the inspection to working with my insurance adjuster in getting the claim approved. He was very patient, explained the process and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Im impressed with the customer service and quality of work from Discount Roofing, so I wanted to share my experience. Being somewhat new to the hail storms here in TX, I wasnt sure what to expect with having a roof replaced. From the first interaction with Kameron to how quickly a team member was able to inspect my roof (and provide photos of the damage) it was easy. They walked me through every step from working with my insurance company to the replacement. I would highly recommend.

The roof inspection we had was extremely thorough and has given us great direction on the next items we need to focus on in regard to our roofs needs. I highly recommend using them to perform your next inspection...the person we spoke to was named Kameron and he was both courteous and professional! Roof repairs suck, at least make the experience as pleasant as possible!

This is a100% real review following the replacement of our roof.We used Discount Roofing to replace our roof and they were EXCELLENT!AJ was our Project Manager and was always available to answer any questions that arose. He made several in person visits to the house to speak with us prior to the roof install and made sure we understood all of the details. He also helped with the filing of forms, insurance and permits required by our HOA.The Discount team helped us maximize our insurance related damages and made sure our yard was cleaned up spotlessly after the work was done. This was done by covering our house in a protective wrap prior to the work being started.The roof replacement was done in about a day (a huge crew busted it out as fast as humanly possible). By the way, a Project Manager is required to be onsite during the installation so you can have a direct point of contact the day of.To say roofers are generally viewed in a negative context is an under-statement. But from the owner Nick, to the Project Manager, AJ…to the other Project Managers Kameron and Brandon, we have nothing but great things to say!Don’t let the name fool you. Discount works ethically and with a high degree of integrity. They made sure our roofing experience was AWESOME! They even give free yearly inspections and a guarantee on their work.In Texas, eventually you will need a new roof. Go with Discount. I guarantee you will be happy you did!

Where can I begin Nick Holmans the owner of Discount Roofing and his crew are fantastic. We had a new roof put on after the April 28th hail storm. We contacted Nick and he called us right back and came out that day to look at the roof he was so professional and his crew. Nick was so nice helping me looking at shingle samples. They put up netting around the whole house to protect our windows, brick on house and landscaping day of installation of new roof. They arrived at the time that was said and finished our roof that evening plus when cleaning up the yard used magnets to make sure no nails in yard and driveway. There was nothing on ground or around perimeter of our home the crew plus Nick made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving and they collected excess shingles making sure the smallest little things were picked up. They are a top notch company and highly recommend Discount Roofing and Nick so professional. Nick showed us things that werent done from a previous roofer and made sure they were corrected with what should have been done from previous roofing company. My husband and I cant say enough how professional and what a wonderful job they did. When checking out companies for roofing there isnt one out there that can touch how professional Nick and Discount Roofing have treated us. They are very detailed and cleaned up everything which alot of companies dont plus hauled everything away from our home. Highly recommend this company. Over driven nails lack of flashing or underlayment on cornice returns. Plus left have a bundle os shingles onsite for the home owner. after 3 years roof had major leak over sofit and under fascia. Please start learning how to flash and use underlayment. Redeck was not done well and drip edge was not replaced. Cuts corners.

We hired Discount Roofing for my fathers house. Ive heard horror stories of people being taken advantage of by roofing companies but this company was honest, transparent and fair priced. They also negotiated everything with the insurance company and I was happy with the out of pocket cost. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

From developing an estimate, working with the insurance company, to performing the work and providing excellent follow-up, they did an awesome job. I can not provide details for their roofing work quality, however their employees driving their company truck this weekend were openly rude and disrespectful to me and my family this weekend. When pulling my boat out of the lake a friend inadvertently parked in front of their parked vehicle at lake Ray Roberts. While we were helping my pregnant daughter out of the boat, their employees returned to their vehicle and were able to get around with little problem, then proceeded to back their sea doo trailer back in front of my truck, almost hitting mine, making me have to back out. It was a very passive aggressive move just to be jerks. I wouldnt do business with a company that acts this way, and I would suggest other avoid them as well.

Nick was up front and Ryan completed the work clean, professional, and on time. I would refer their services to those needing roofing work in the future. Nick and his team have done a superb job from start to finish. Our roof was done right, on time, at a great price and it looks fantastic. But thats not the most impressive thing. Its the customer service. Nick and his team are first rate, very responsive, and they go above and beyond to do the job right.
