All I can say is wow! Julio is amazing! From start to finish he was amazing to work with. He’s kind, efficient, reliable, and extremely hard working! our windows have never looked cleaner! We had all our windows and eaves cleaned on what was possibly the most humid day of the year. Everything got done so well and Julio Even came back to repair our eaves trough that was damaged earlier in the year - free of charge! Thank you, Julio!

We hired Squeaky Clean Windows a few years ago and had excellent results and service. We tried a few other companies - none of which compared, so we went back to Squeaky. They once again proved excellent, timely work and the cleanup was immaculate. They cleaned out our eaves very thoroughly and went up on the roof to make sure the job was properly done. Our windows as well are clean and shiny.

I wanted to share how wonderful Julio and his crew are. They are professional and thorough. I found one of the screens slightly pulled out of the screen trim, and Julio, without hesitation, came back promptly and fixed it. It was an easy fix and not a huge deal, but he made the time and took care of it. The customer service and promptness in fixing a detail prompted me to take the time to write this review. I trust Julio with my house that I permitted him to go in when we were not home. I also had a deadline when I needed the windows clean, and despite the busy schedule, they fit me in! He takes his window business very seriously and wants to ensure quality and that his customers are happy. I will continue to use his company and refer others. Its one thing to do windows well, its another to come back and make sure everything is right. Thanks again!

Very prompt response to book an appointment. Good pricing. Julio came to do the windows. Amazing work! Punctual, very proper, with the mask. The windows were very dirty and mission accomplished - Perfectly cleaned! I highly recommend them.

Beware of these guys! Hired this company for window washing and repair of some window mechanisms (windows would not stay up). They washed the windows and damaged 2 screens during the process. They also took the broken window pieces out so they could “fix them next week”. $400 was paid up front and they never came back. Several calls were made and Chuck always happens to be driving, and never calls back. So 4 months later I still have 2 windows with no screens, and 2 other windows that don’t stay up.

Julio and Mike did a great job of cleaning my windows (interior and exterior, including screens) and gutters. They worked quietly, thoroughly, and were respectful of my home. They had no problem climbing a 30-foot ladder to clean my 3rd-floor solarium windows. I would highly recommend Squeaky Clean Windows.

Julio is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to complete two services at different locations all in one day which was convenient and appreciated. His team effectively communicated with me throughout the process, arriving on time, and overall were courteous and fair. I highly recommend Squeaky Clean Windows.

Excellent experience with this company! They were incredibly thorough. I saw them double-checking their work and cleaning up debris that had come out of my gutters. They also respond quickly over email and are incredibly easy to work with on scheduling. I will absolutely be hiring them every year for both eavestrough and window cleaning!

Julio is a true professional. He answered any questions or concerns I had. The price was fair. Julio and his team work extremely well together. I don’t know what magic he did, but he removed stubborn stains on the exterior glass. Incredible work! I will definitely be calling them again.

On July 16, 2020 I called Squeaky Clean Windows and I spoke to the owner Chuck. I examples to him I had 1 cracked window and how much would he be able to fix it for. Chuck told me to send a picture of the window and he would be able to give me a price. I took the picture and he told me to replace the glass he would charge me $195. He told me that he would have his employees come over and get the measurements. He told me they would show up on 7/21 I said ok just have them call. Well no one showed up. Then a few days later out the blue my doorbells rings and now they decide to show up. They go around to the backyard which has a gate with a lock on it. So I go unlock the gate. This is how unprofessional this company is instead of knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell to let me know they a finished or to give me the paperwork they just left. Without saying a word just left. Then when I called the Owner Chuck about the situation he apologized about the situation and said he would fix the situation as soon as possible. He lies, today is August 23, 2020 and I still have a broken window. Squeaky clean window is a horrible company and need to be removed from the Home Concept Magazine. If I had the option of rating them as a zero I wouldve.

I never thought to check the reviews, because we used Squeaky Clean twice before,,,in 2014 and 2017. This year, we didn’t get the usual 4-person crew. Instead, we got two people with limited English-speaking skills. The woman started cleaning inside, but my home was overcome by the smell of mildew. When I asked her to use fresh rags, she nodded and went outside...I assumed for fresh towels. Instead, we discovered that they had left...leaving cleaning chemicals on my outer windows. It was 3 days before I could get another company, and by then, the chemicals had to be scoured off at a significant extra cost. I contacted Chuck the day of his service and the new company’s service to give him an opportunity to make it right, but both times, he just talked loudly over me, so there was no use. We’re filing in small claims court.

Squeaky clean replaced a foggy window for me. The window looks great, the installation was great, but the owner, Chuck, is not timely or responsive. He told me it would be replaced on 9/22 but it took me 5 phone calls for me to get the window installed 3 1/2 weeks after that date!The day it was installed Chuck finally informed me the reason the window took so long was because it was a unique dimension and they sent it to a different company and therefore he will need an extra $200 because it was expensive. Eventually he begrudgingly installed it for the original price we agreed on since I was not thrilled with how long it took/his change in price at the last minute.The window looks great, but I would go with a more organized and responsive company. It took a lot of effort and 3 1/2 weeks more time on my part to get my window... I wish I went with a different company!

They were professional and courteous. They did a terrific job; my house looks great!

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!! Horrible service!!! Have video footage of Chris the hasty window cleaner laying his brush face down on concrete right before cleaning windows. He also used this same brush with hose attachment on our front door soaking the inside of our home. Chuck the owner is unresponsive to phone calls and emails addressing the terrible service!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THE WORST!!

The company damaged my windows while cleaning; scratched the windows, damaged the seals and bowed the screens. The Owner was contacted three times and stated he would come out to examine the windows. He never showed up or called. The BBB will be notified. Poor Service, would not recommend.

Worst worst customer service I have ever seen. I spend over 2k for my window service. One word of advice dont ever paid until everything is done. Take them 4 week to replace my windows and 6 weeks to replace my sun screen and they still owe me one sun screen that still need to replace. I call and call and call everytime same answer. ( well get to it sorry) over and over again. I offer to go to the store and pick it up but is not there at the manufacture now they wont answer my call. Its been 3 months now I just want what I already paid for.

Appt was from 9-11 am. They showed up at 2:40. I called them because I wasnt home at the time and saw via my Ring doorbell that they showed up. I told them I didnt want service because they were not on time and to tell the serviceman to leave because I wouldnt be paying them. He immediately started yelling at me that I would pay him, that he had been to my house twice that day and already cleaned half my windows when he was there early at 9. Funny thing is, I was home at 9 and they werent, and I have proof that no one came all day because of the video doorbell. None of my windows were cleaned.

Horrible customer service. They quoted one fee, we paid it, then the tried to come back on us for additional fees. The owner was rude and cursed at us over the phone. We had documented invoices and canceled checks and clearly showed what we owed and paid, but he still demanded more. Avoid this firm at all costs.
