About a month later the windows had arrived, and Arturo & Jesus were the install crew. Excellent. They blanketed off the areas they were working in, keeping any dust and mess to a minimum, and worked around the whole house to complete the job.Hands down, I give Clarity 5 Stars, and highly recommend them. Not only the customer care, but the windows look amazing. I have already had several neighbors compliment and love the look.

Had hired them for replacement windows a few years ago and they did a great job so came back to them for a new entry door plus a new storm door. You dont realize the difference a great entry door can make until you see the results. But just as important is the skill of the installers. This guy Arturo and his crew were excellent, very meticulous and on time. So yes, if youre shopping for windows or doors I definitely recommend them.

This was my second time to use Clarity Windows to replace the original windows in my homes. The first experience in 2016 was completed without any difficulty & the quality of the windows was excellent. When I needed windows in our current home, I contacted Clarity again & Kyle Stephens was the Salesman who came and made a presentation. The windows were supposed to be installed in mid-May, but due to a severe hail storm, we requested Clarity delay installation until a new roof was installed to ensure the new windows were not damaged during removal & installation of a new roof. Clarity agreed & one week after the new roof was completed the new windows were installed by Arturo & Jesus. The installation of 15 windows was completed in one day. The installers continuously cleaned as they progressed. There was a minimal amount of dust to be cleaned afterwards. The windows are beautiful & completely meet our expectations.

After researching replacement windows and meeting with reps from two of the well known manufacturers, we talked to Clarity. We liked the windows and the price and Clarity replaced 27 windows for us at the end of July. Could not be happier with the results. The house looks much better, there is a definite difference in afternoon temperatures in rooms on the west side and outside noise has been reduced. There were a couple of ordering hiccups that Anissa handled quickly and professionally. Installation was not the headache we envisioned. Although they ordered the wrong size windows for the front of our house, they re-ordered them and they look great! Back windows look great as well and its nice that it reduced the outdoor noises. We had Clarity Windows and Doors install eighteen windows when we moved into this home six years ago. It is an older home with many projects that needed to be completed. Bill talked me into starting with windows (this is not where I wanted to start!) Bill helped me pick out the right color and design for our home. I changed windows in my living room to large picture windows and it turned out FANTASTIC! The installation crew was very knowledgeable and since our home is older it made the installation a bit more challenging. Clarity was more than up to the task and they all look perfect. My father just bought a home down the street from us and he will be using Clarity Windows for all of his windows. I highly recommend this company.

Windows were installed a few years ago and they still look and function great!Update. It is 12 degrees F on 2/15/2021. My thermostat is at 68 with rolling 30 minute blackouts every hour or two. My window sill is still 63. You werent the cheapest bid, but well worth the money spent.

I am now 66 years old and there are a few things I normally will not do. One is to allow a company to work on an issue with my house when I am able to do it myself and the second is writing reviews on the internet. Really wonderful experience with Clarity Windows, top-notch products and service! They just replaced 18 of our windows and one sliding door. Starting from the design consultant, Adam, who was knowledgeable and had a very straightforward approach, not pushy, just very matter of fact (which I personally like). The office staff, Bethany and Anissa, kept us up up to date with the progress of our order and was super flexible with scheduling the job. This was important since we had another contractor doing a demo, to be able to install the sliding door. Finally, Arturo and his crew did an outstanding job with the installation! Clarity Windows did such a fantastic job replacing the windows on our first home in 2014, that when we moved into our second home in early 2020, we knew immediately we would use them again. Chris and Melissa are fantastic to work with. His office kept us updated every week on the status of our order, and quickly scheduled installation once the windows were out of production and ready to go. The installers were meticulous, courteous, and prompt. They installed some of the new windows right by our pool and did a great job of keeping all debris out of the pool. And of course, most importantly, the windows are beautiful and look fantastic (see pictures). After the installation, we had their service team (Kevin) came back out to seal some areas around the windows that shrank after the sealant dried. He was awesome! 1000% recommend.

We are using Clarity to replace all the windows in our house and just finished the first phase at the end of December. Originally planned to get at least three quotes but after Kyle came out to consult on our project and we drew our own comparisons to the Pella consult, we decided we didn’t need a third quote and went with Clarity. The windows (Anlin Del Mar) are fantastic and they look great. Can already feel (and hear) the difference. Communication from start to finish of phase one was brilliant all round, and Jesse’s install crew did a great job (city inspector was impressed with the quality of the windows and the install job too). I had used Clarity a few years ago and was very happy with them so I had them back for another 9 windows. Their crew (Arturo, Jesus and Junior) showed up on time and masked. We walked through the house to verify what was going where and any access issues, and they went to work.This was an 8 hour job and it didnt help that four of our biggest windows (4 by 8) were originally installed with the frames backward so that removing the glass required first lifting it into the house before they could be moved outside. Because of that they had to take down our blinds which were attached 8 feet up, and which we couldnt reach on our ladders. But they did it, as well as reinstalled them, which Im sure is not what they expected. But they just did it.The took as much care as possible during the demolition to keep dirt from getting in and they cleaned up afterward leaving minimal cleaning required by us.We would highly recommend Clarity, as well as their crew. We also know from our last project that they honor their warranty with no questions.

When we called Clarity Windows, on the weekend I believe, the owner of the family owned business answered the phone. Chris was very polite and easy to work with. Since my family and I are very Covid conscious, we sent our previous window measurements to Chris and his team for our initial quotes. Clarity Windows was very accommodating to work with during Covid.We actually handled everything remotely! Once we decided to purchase, Chris came out to our house and re-measured our windows in the rain and numbered them for ordering purposes and went back to his office and setup a zoom meeting where we could make any changes and decide on all the options we wanted on our windows within the comfort of our home, with no risk of Covid. We even did our financing the same way!This was amazing and well over the top for customer service. We haven’t seen this type of service anywhere. Once we made our order, Chris and his team at Clarity windows were on the job. They kept us updated with emails and texts each week to tell us how our order was coming along. Then we got a call letting us know that our windows were done. A couple weeks early!The install team came out and did a wonderful job installing the windows. We informed the installation team of our Covid concerns and they wore masks and did a great job on the installation while keeping social distancing. I highly recommend Clarity Windows if you are looking for great windows and service. Can’t say enough.For those of you thinking about getting Lo-E glass installed, I highly recommend it. We purchased the Sun Matrix option which is the Lo-E 452. It’s 4 coats of LO-E and lets 52% light in the house. On the south facing side of the house we had black out screens on all the windows as this is where we watch TV. Even with the black out screens, we had to shut the blinds to keep the glare off the tv.Well…. not anymore! Chris recommended the Sun Matrix window option for us after we explained the issue to him and he informed us that we would no longer need those ugly black out screens with Sun Matrix. Well he was exactly right! With the new windows we actually don’t even close the blinds anymore. There is no glare on the tv and there is tons of light coming into the house. It’s amazing the difference. Just looking out the window is like watching 4k tv now. What a difference.

And, Jesse and his team installed everything with careful skill and it was completed in an appropriate amount of time. Wonderful people. A year ago we contacted a very well known window company. The price quoted was enough to purchase a nice house. Someone in our neighborhood was having windows installed so I spoke to the installer. He told me Clarity was a great company so I called for a quote. We were blown away at the difference in prices! Jon Craig came out and took our order. He explained in great detail all the attributes of the windows.Naturally, it took about 4 weeks to have our windows made. Every week Bethany called to give us a progress report. Anissa (sp?) called to set up an appointment for installation. For installation we had Arturo Chao and Jesus. They showed up at the appointed time and went to work. They were very polite, did a great job. They even vacuumed and cleaned up when they were done. It was a great pleasure to deal with this company.

Last week Clarity installed new windows on the old house. They did a great job. Most importantly they did what they said when they said they would do it. The windows look great and I feel a difference in temps when I touch the interior side of the windows.

I have a place near Lake Texoma. The company owner, Chris, met with me, in my home, and took care of everything during one visit. From the time I purchased the windows and doors until they were professionally installed I was contacted weekly in order to be provided with up to date information. Once a date was set for the install, Arturo and his guys showed up on time and ready to work. His entire staff (Jesus, Jaime, and Justino) were polite and professional. I left and came back 2 days later only to be wowed by what I saw. The windows and doors were beyond anything I expected. Arturo and crew had everything cleaned up, windows were cleaned, and with the exception of all the furniture that I needed to move back, the house was ready! Everything was cleaned and all trash was taken with them. Simply my humble opinion is that replacement doors and windows are one of those major purchases that you get what you pay for. If you want cheaper products they are easily found. Clarity is not the company for you. If you want a quality product that you can be proud of and will enhance your home value and quality of living, GO CLARITY. With windows its never going to just be the product. Clarity recently installed 11 new windows of all shapes and sizes in our house, replacing 22-year old builder-grade junk. The before/after difference is almost not to be believed. We now have beautiful, efficient windows that actually work as they are designed to.Clarity was really easy to work with from start to finish. Bill (sales) laid out all of our options and described the process that would follow...and that is what actually happened. Anissa in operations/support kept us fully informed as the process moved along. Arturo (the Clarity lead on our job) and his two assistants were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. Arturo told us he has been doing this every day for fourteen years and it shows in his work...could not be happier with how the installation went (completely finished by 5:00pm after a 9:00am start).To anyone considering window replacement, satisfy yourself and get all the bids you want. Clarity will not be the least expensive nor will they be the most expensive. We’d just bought a fixer-upper in a very reputable neighborhood, and it was in need of a serious remodel-nearly every room in the house. We weren’t sure whether or not we should get new windows even though we knew the house needed them badly. Quality windows come at a cost, and we could’ve easily used that money in other places. We bit the bullet, and I called Clarity. Jon and the sales team were very informative, professional, and always punctual. They laid the whole process out for us, and their team in the office gave us weekly updates on the production of our Anlin windows. Once the windows arrived (approx 6 weeks), Lalo and Carlos’ install team showed up at the house and installed 16 windows and a set of French doors in one day. The finished product is mind-blowing! Blocks out almost all the neighborhood noise, and I’m looking forward to seeing how our energy bill is reduced through the summer months. The exterior looks completely updated. We couldn’t be happier that we took the leap and bought new windows from Clarity! We’d highly recommend all our friends and family use them in the future!

We had 22 Anlin windows installed by Clarity (they replaced our original windows which were over 20 years old.) From the original appointment with the salesman, Bill Merlyn, through the installation work done by Steve & Josh, we could not have been more pleased that we chose to go with Clarity.The Clarity Office Team kept us informed via email and phone where we were throughout the manufacturing process (made in USA). Once the installation started the guys showed up when they said they would, kept us informed on how the work was progressing, cleaned up all the debris created during the replacement, and made sure the windows were thoroughly clean when the job was all done.The cost of the windows and the lifetime warranty offered with the windows and the ability to transfer on to next owner when we sell the house sealed the deal. We have already noticed a significant reduction in outside noise and our air conditioner is not running as much as before.If you want great windows, go with Clarity.

My husband and I considered Clarity windows in 2014. We had a representative come to our home and he quoted a very fair price, we had interviewed 3 other companies to compare but, the professionalism shown by Clarity won us over. However, our finances kept us from having them done then. But because we knew we liked Clarity and their professionalism in presenting the information without a heavy sales pitch or unending offers, this summer we reconsidered our financial situation and made an appointment to see what they would cost now. We were not disappointed in the sales representative Kyle Stephens, he was respectful of the issues surrounding COVID-19 when he came into our home and he was very personable. Kyles presentation was wonderful, he was knowledgeable about everything he presented and If we had a question he wasnt positive about the answer, he double checked with the company. You would never have known he was new and we were his first customer!We purchased 1 special fit window, a bathroom window and 2 normal bedroom sized windows. All of these windows are on the west side of our home, and we knew we had to replace them. But the good thing about Clarity is that up to one 1 year from the date of purchase we are able to use the same price quote to purchase more windows if we find we are able to do it! And we are considering it!Clarity is very careful to protect the customer and their staff. Since our home was built around 1960, Kyle tested for lead before the installation. He explained the procedures that would have to be done if it was found. Thankfully it did not test positive for lead.The windows are made in California, Kyle Stephens showed us an interesting video of how they are made at our appointment. However, due to the COVID-19 it took a little longer than usual to make them, ship them, inspect them and then install them. They were installed on July 30,2020.All along the way we found supportive emails from either Kyle, or his wife, Anissa (also employed by Clarity), Melissa Pollard, and Ryan Pollard.We LOVE our windows and our experience was fantastic. All four were installed in a single day, and what a difference they have made for our home, both in appearance and in functionality! We recommend them, and plan to finish the rest of our windows as soon as possible!

We love our new windows! I don’t mind saying it is hard spending the money to replace every window in our home (24 total) but we felt like we got a good price and quality after getting multiple bids. Jon Craig, the salesperson, was informative, not pushy and approachable. Arturo and his crew (Jesus and Javier) did an excellent install. He was timely, courteous, and focused on doing a good job (even with my husband in his hip pocket the whole time)!

Clarity was the 4th company we talked to regarding new windows for our home. By the time I got to Clarity, I knew exactly what I did and didnt want and Jon listened and then delivered and at a much better value than the other companies. They were up front, on time, professional and all around nice folks. They kept us informed of the timeline during the entire production process and when the windows were ready, they wasted no time getting over here and getting them in. The 3 man installation crew of Arturo, Jesus and Carlos were truly experts at their craft. The original 1984 windows and panes are gone and the new, low profile windows are just incredible. Really, now that theyre in, theyre even more impressive than I thought theyd be. Dont settle for big, bulky vinyl windows and ridiculous prices; Give Clarity a call. You wont be disappointed.

On April 12, 2019 Clarity arrived at 10:45 AM with crew chief and two installers, Arturo and Jesus. All three assured me they would finish installing the 7 windows that day since a huge rain storm was predicted for the next day. After the crew chief left, Arturo and Jesus worked tirelessly until 8:30 PM to finish. They replaced the rotting sill plates and brick mold as well as replacing the old windows with the new ones. They provided padding for the hardwood floors, padding over corners of furniture and bathroom fixtures. They were very respectful of the 80 yrs. old indoor wood molding at the windows and did NOT split or mar it.Most folks are unaware that lumber sizes have changed in 80 yrs!They caulked all the exterior and interior of each window installation. They removed all the old sashes, old screens, and other debris from the yard and hauled it away as they left. I have already recommended Clarity to another neighbor and another friend living in a newer area.Thank you Clarity!
