Our experience designing and building with Claffey was wonderful. The after completion service is extremely disappointing. This is the second time we have dealt with the service dept. We set up an appointment and was told they would call us if the repairs were more costly than “a little amount of money”. This did NOT happen and we were billed an amount of a little over $600. To be fair we would have had the repairs made, BUT, being told what the procedure would be, and then no follow through, Claffey, come on, your service dept is not up to par with your design and building luxury amenities for your clients. I’m sorry but after two times, we won’t be telling others how great Claffey is too work with.

Top notch people and company in the service department and the retail store.

Don’t hire them for small jobs. They sub it out and will not fix the mess the subs caused. They were suppose to be out and look last week and never showed with no call or anything.
