Weve had nothing but a great experience working with Tropic Island. We needed some emergency repairs performed and they were out the very next day. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly plus we were up and running the same day as our repair visit. The office personnel was friendly and able to answer all our questions before booking the appointment, they even provided a follow up call which is kinda rare. Theyll be getting our business moving forward, I may even hire them to start cleaning our pool cause Im getting tired of doing it.

When you buy a new home (new to us), there will always be those moments when something goes wrong. We had a series of situations with our pool equipment. Our pool service company, Tropic Island Pools really went the extra mile in getting our pool back in running order. Our technician, Shawn Vaughn spent a lot of time in this awful heat going over everything and making sure our problems were solved. BRAVO and many thanks to Tropic Island Pools for a job well done.

My pool cleaner has just been the best. The water is always crystal clear and anytime I need something theyre quick to respond. The repair guy that came out initially was very knowledgable and courteous, just an all around great experience.

They are an easy company to work with and made everything easy for me and my husband and answered all the questions and explained everything I need to know about my pool.

We love Tropic Island! Very thorough and cleaned our pool top to bottom leaving it sparkling. I will recommend to everyone I know. Its worth it!!!!
