I have been using Noah’s Pool Service for about a month. The individual that cleaned the pool caused problems each time. Before she serviced each Monday, everything was running perfectly. After she was done, nothing was working correctly. On her first visit, she broke the vacuum leaf canister, forcing me to buy a new one. On all of her visits, in emptying the leaf basket for the vacuum, she did not fill the line back up with water before reconnecting it, letting a lot of air into the pump each time. Therefore, it was running almost completely dry the entire day until I could get home to fix it. She would also adjust all of the valves, so that between the dry system and the random valve settings I had to pay $150 for a service visit from the company that built the pool, to see what damage she had caused. Calls to the office received no action other than saying they’d look into it.Finally, last week, I was able to watch the individual work via Ring, and saw her allowing the system to fill with air and then leave while the water flow was obviously struggling. I called the company who sent her back to fix it, but after 15 minutes it was only getting worse. I attempted to talk her through correcting the problem via the Ring speaker, but she was unable to follow the directions. I eventually had to tell her to turn it off so that it wasn’t running on air all day. I reached out to the office again and this time the owner returned my call. At first he seemed reasonable when I explained what happened. I outlined the issues, explained the costs that I had incurred because of his employee, and asked that I be reimbursed and that a different technician service my house from now on.The next morning, he sent a service tech to look at the pool equipment. They immediately said that it was not their fault and that everything just happened to go bad each time the cleaner visited. I have videos showing that it’s working before each of her visits, and not working afterwards. They deny that she caused the problems or any damage.This is the best part. The owner said he was going to call the tech that was at the house and try to work a solution, but accidentally called me back instead. In that call he said something close to “This guy is blaming us and is really difficult to work with, but we don’t want bad reviews so we have to humor him.” So they’re not only trying to avoid blame for something their technician caused, but the OWNER admitted that he only cares about avoiding bad reviews.They did, in the end, agree to reimburse me for the expenses caused by their technician. Whether because they actually feel responsible for the costs (unlikely, given the comments above) or think it would prevent a bad review after what the owner said to me (most probably) is hard to tell. I doubt they’d ever admit that they caused damage or made mistakes.Update: Despite agreeing to send a different cleaner, they sent the same one again, and then made up an excuse based off of a lie. They also did not reimburse me the full amount as they originally agreed. Finally, they charged my credit card for the next months service, without my permission. I did not have to pay until the end of the month, and I did not agree to autopay. They just decided to charge my card, probably because they knew I was about to cancel service. According to Texas law, this could definitely be considered credit card fraud. They’ve probably been getting away with it for years.Avoid this company like the plague. The absence of basic knowledge in its employees, incredible lack of professionalism by its owner, and financial actions of questionable legality should concern anyone that considers using this service.
My experience at Noahs has been amazing! I love how friendly and professional the technicians are! Its incredible to see how much his staff and management care about their clients experience. The servicing was excellent and had my pool looking blue as the sky. For a wonderful company, Noahs will ALWAYS be my recommendation!
Over half of the 5 star reviews are from people that are working at this business, or are family members of those that work here. The management pressures employees to leave good review, on here and on Indeed. Just another example of their lack of business ethics. Dont trust them.
I hated my last pool company and found Noahs online. To be honest I was kind of skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but bit the bullet, requested their service and I could not be more pleased with it. I find them to be very responsive to issues as well as problem-solving things I did not know about. They are not pushy about things desiring to make more money. They just let you know what may become an issue in the future and let you decide what you want to do. Noah has been great about responding to text messages and calls. Though I wouldnt mind, Ive never had to wait a full 24hrs to receive a response. His tech Brian is AWESOME and did a FAR better job cleaning my pool than anyone from my last service - my pool has never looked better - and since the ice storm we had in Feb and the lack of service from my last company, it was in rough shape. I would definitely recommend them!
We are no longer using Noah’s Pool Service due to dishonest practices and service. We were automatically charged for monthly service but technicians failed to service our pool on the agreed weekly basis. One month the technician no showed three out of 4 weeks. When we complained, we were told technicians were there each week that basically we must be mistaken. The card that Noah’s provides for proof of service in our pool room had not been filled out for 3 out of 4 weeks. We sent pictures and were then promised credits. We received a credit that was far less than the amount equivalent to the missed service. When a technician finally showed up, he filled in the missing dates to make it look like services took place during those missing weeks. I am not sure why you would do that unless you are trying to cover up your misdeeds. We already had pictures of the blank card that we sent Noah’s office by email. Our pool has been green for two months with no real explanation, we were charged for a filter clean that did not happen and told that basically it is our fault the pool is green. Last I checked we paid them to care for our pool, it is not our responsibility to work on the pool when they cannot and do not show up. We cancelled our service and asked for the owners full name and email address and I was told he does not have a contact number or email address. Either this lie is to protect the jobs of incompetent and dishonest employees or simply the fact that the owner does not care to handle and discuss issues with his customers. I do not recommend using this company, there are companies out there that are honest and deserving of your money. Look for those.
When they come they are decent, however that’s the problem. They never show up on the day they say they will come. I’ve made up to 3 complaints on this issue with them. The last issue which was on 4/16 they never came and when I called them about it today on Monday 4/19 they said he came and did a lightning service which is only emptying the skimmer basket. Well the only issue with that is he didn’t even do that. I was here all day on 4/16 and I have cameras and the last date he signed off on was 4/9. The lady said that he might have forgot to sign the card. She also said she sent out an email personally to me on Friday, which I never received. As you can see with other reviews these guys are not dependable. If you want a company that cleans your pool once a month for a full months price, these are your guys.
Our monthly service from this company was terrible. We were over charged multiple times then told we would receive a credit. The credits were never applied. Our weekly service technician would often not show up or lie about our gate being locked. Our technicians were often unprofessional if they did show up. We were charged even if no one came to clean the pool. If we notified the company that no one had performed weekly service we would be promised a credit which we never received.
While they are decent in some areas, they are the worst about coming on the day you are scheduled. I have spoken with multiple people in the office and via email whove all promised that they would come on the day they promised. I have 2 dogs that have to be locked up all day on the day we scheduled them to come which was Wednesdays after they changed it on me months prior. They obviously do NOT care about the customers schedule at all. I will be looking for another RELIABLE service that comes when promised.
I had an issue with our service after the winter storm and Noah called me directly to mitigate the issue. He treats his customers with respect and does what is necessary to make things right.
Noahs pool service is far past superior they are exceptional. My pool was so full of algae and green I thought it would never clear up but it did. It went from green to sparkling blue! One thing that stood out the most is the customer service team. They are phenomenal!
I was going into interview for a Pool technician position. The correspondence I got from them was I can assure you, this is not a normal group interview. We do not book 40+ people for each slot with only one open position.. This is exactly what they did. They had 20 plus people packed into a 6x12 room amid a pandemic. They lied to me. Dont use this service. Theyll lie to you too.

Theyve been servicing my pool as if it was a saltwater pool when its not for months. Failed to perform about half the services regularly. Customer service is a nightmare. Also, they charged me more than we agreed upon initially. Then added another surcharge a month in.

They serviced my pool for several months during the summer. They quickly turned around our yellow algae and made sure the pool was swimmable all season long! The technicians were polite and hardworking!!
Do not use this company. Service started out great the first 2 or 3 visits and then the service got worse and worse. The last 2 times, my pool cleaner bag wasnt cleaned out. My leaf traps havent been cleaned out multiple times. My gate was left unlocked the last 2 times and yesterday my entire gate was left opened. My Great Dane escaped and luckily my neighbor saw him before he got away. Otherwise I wouldnt have one of my dogs anymore. I will be calling to fire them Monday morning!Follow up:I did cancel my service. They were very apologetic and nice over the phone. A supervisor called me the following day to apologize and see if he could make things right. He listened to my concerns. I will not be doing business with them anymore, but I do respect them at least caring enough to try. I have a camera covering my pool so I know exactly what the pool techs were doing and what they werent doing.
Noahs was recommended to me by my neighbor. Things started well enough until our technician stopped showing up. Of course, Noahs didnt notify us that we werent receiving service. If I hadnt been diligent about checking the service logs they would have simply gone on charging me for a service I wasnt receiving. Their office personnel is nice enough, but there is a clear disconnect with their team in the field. I am officially done with Noahs after 4 service failures in a period of 6 months. I was paying for the partial service and thats exactly what I got. Would not recommend anyone use this company.
Dont let the high reviews mislead you. Noahs Pool Service has their employees providing biased 5-Star reviews but they are still lacking in service.This company sometimes skips service a week at a time. There have been a few times that I have personally cleaned out my own skimmer baskets or sweep bags because Noahs didnt show up for that week. On one week a tech failed to show up, I emailed customer service and they attempted to tell me that there was a tech who came by (I never witnessed the tech nor was the service card filled out for that day). Leading up to that week, my pool was gradually turning green and the issue was not corrected until I addressed it. Noahs is also inconsistent with their scheduled days, showing up whenever they want or sometimes not at all.The only redeeming quality about Noahs is their customer service. They are very polite and kind but it doesnt make up for the terrible service they provide overall.

When I signed on with them, my pool was beautiful and crystal clear. I fired them 5/31/2020. My pool was filled with dirt and green algae. Their tech is unreliable. Wish I could post the horrible photo of my pool. I’d never use them again.

After a good first three weeks of cleaning. Things took a downward spiral fast. I started seeing an increase of algae from weekbto week and noticed the tech hardly put any if any chemicals in the pool to combat this issue. Now I have quite a bit of algaebon the bottom of my pool. I called last Friday before my scheduled service and was told the tech was to call the office when he got here. Treat and clean my pool and then have a follow up today. I have heard nothing and seen no one as I have been working from home. I have called the office twice. Once this morning, had to leave a message and a 2nd time just a few minutes ago but with no response. This is truly unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in the service or lack there of.
Super enjoyable experience, overall professional and friendly customer service as well as very tentative staff that exceeds our needs and wants as far as quality goes. Highly Recommend!
We have been using Noah’s for almost 2 years. Had a little issue deciding what day they were coming and some of them wouldn’t come on the yard if the dogs were out. Now that they are coming consistently on the same day so I can be home or keep the dogs in we are happy with the service.

Ive been with Noahs for a little over a month. I chose them because of the positive feedback. I have always been the family pool cleaner but I simply lost the battle with the green stuff. I signed with the standard package. I will certainly upgrade to the full service. I am convinced. They made me promises that I felt were a bit unreasonable. One month later they have delivered on those promises. Noahs=customer friendly. They are very prompt to return calls. My pool has not been this clear in years. Thank you Noahs.
I switched to Noahs several months ago and have been highly satisfied. My guy is Joe and he does a great job. We have many trees in our yard and that is a challenge. Joe has kept our pool clean, clear and well kept through rain storms, leaves and other assorted issues. He gives excellent customer service in knowing when to switch us to full service after the summer. We are confirmed customers of Noahs Pool Service.
I’ve been using their service for a while now but I’ve asked them before not to authorize charges without my permission and it’s been done on multiple occasions, I generally buy my own parts for my pool I just was getting tired of having to clean it but they’ve been replacing parts and charging me for it asking me, Doing filter cleanings that I haven’t authorized again without asking, and I’ve asked already to be removed from auto draft because I like my bills to come out on certain dates and this is the third time they have not done so
Noahs Pool Service has great customer service, is reliable, and has outstanding professional employees. Our home purchase closed while we were on vacation. Noahs sent Anthony over to take care of our system and get our new pool ready every week for a month until we were ready to move in. Anthony continues to provide excellent service and answers all of my questions. They have gone above and beyond for us and Im certain Noahs does the same for all of their customers.

I had just purchased a home with a pool; I was clueless and had heard the nightmares that some Pool Service can be. I went through four other Pool Services and I can tell you with a certainty; Noahs may not the most inexpensive, but they sure are the best at what they do. Every member that I have dealt with; has displayed a high level of professionalism, courteous and Knowledge. My pool looks amazing all year around. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have never treated us just as a customer always cordial and respectful. I have had problems with my pool in the past and they have either fixed or guided me on how to fix it. They take pride it what they do. Definitely a great Pool Service Company.

A few weeks ago after a few summer storms with heavy rainfall and perhaps other weather related issues, our pool became literally unusable for our children where visible algae and other bacteria were most likely present.I called Noahs, request a specialist and Robert came out to addressed all the issues, and within 24 hours our children were back in the pool enjoying the remaining summer days here at home.Robert was very professional, attentive to our pool issues and needs, and just a pleasant person to speak with.Thank you Robert!!!

We have always had problems with algae in our pool. The levels of chemicals were never the correct amount and the problems never ended..... But then we contacted Noah and asked for help and everything has changed. The pool is now the way it needs to be for us to enjoy it and we do. The service that is provided is the best and we are thankful that the pool is doing great. Noel is doing a great job and is very friendly and knowledgeable for everything we need !

Unfortunately my experience was not good.I stated with Noahs pool service in the summer of 15.Was extremely happy with the service and the pool tech Sandy until he became so overworked that he starting getting to my house close to dark and it would actually get dark while he was still cleaning the pool. I cancelled my service after expressing a couple of times that the pool wasnt getting clean because it was dark but nothing changed, nor was I offered any refund for the pool not being clean.This summer I received an email offering 1 mo free service with 3 mos of service so I decided to call and give them another chance.This has been a nightmare!My agreed to rate was increased within the first 30 days...It took several phone calls with Cody who was not knowledgeable nor professional and a lot of my work time to resolve this issue but it was in fact eventually resolved to be fair.It was also committed to me that my issue from last summer of the tech coming out too late at night would be rectified by scheduling my home before noon on the day of the week I was assigned.This NEVER happened.Within a month of service a tech showed up to my home unannounced to clean my filters at of course an extra charge. I told the tech I never authorized this service and then had to call into the office to have yet another argument over commitments. Cody informed me that we are AUTOMATICALLY put on a filter clean rotation of every 4 mos. something that was never explained to me upfront or the previous summer. If I didnt agree to this policy, I would need to sign a waiver. In speaking with a lady named Gabby in the office she recommended that I speak to Noah (the owner) regarding this policy.After several attempts to speak with Noah and several days of waiting, Cody called me to advise me that Noah asked him to call me to let me know that Noah was too busy.I have had a couple of outbreaks of algae during my service which again to be fair was in fact rectified. But didnt look good in the meantime.I have tried to be patient because I like their tech Sandy. However, they rotate the schedule so much you never know which tech you will get and other techs have left the pool so dirty that I wasnt charged for the cleaning. Great but I had to clean the pool...with an injury and not the right equipment.The final straw for me was this past week when no one showed, text or called.The reason I decided to write the review is that Cody has made it pretty clear to me that Noah really doesnt want to take the time to take care of his customers. The kids in the office are mostly nice but sound very young and have no authority it seems.If the owner doesnt want to take more interest in rectifying situations that this is my only source of making these issues known.
Noahs Pool Service has provided me with outstanding customer service. The individuals who answer the pool and the service tech. Cost is important to me but customer service is more important. Noahs Pool Service provides quality pool service and outstanding customer service.

Do not use this company! I tried them as my first pool company ever and caught them on camera not doing anything I was paying for. Their approach to my two year old salt water pool was to just overload it with chlorine tablets. I fired them after three weeks of “service” and took my water for testing. It was in the worst shape it had ever been in. When I explained the issues to the company it didn’t even seem as if they cared. Beware!!!!!
The technicians are knowledgeable and conscientous about doing a good job. The office staff responds quickly to any concerns.
Asked for start up service and paid for $155 of services while my pool was still green. Took my water to Leslies and they wanted me to add more chemicals. So I wonder what chemicals were added by their tech? Also their tech says my back wash was not working, but I can pull lever and start filter and can see water coming out of the backwash. Customer service was supposed to called me but never did.

Noahs pool service came out to do a full cleaning to my pool. Great at that. Customer service and everything on other hand is awful. When they did come out they were 2hrs late and no call to let me know he was held up. I was calling them every 30mins asking where is he? What is this, time warner cable? So I gave them another chance and wanted to sign up for weekly service. They said all of their techs were busy that week to have it cleaned and call back. Done. Called back and tried AGAIN to do weekly service. I speak with a young lady and she quotes me a price. Then a gentleman comes on gives me a different price and i ask what happened to the lower price? Then they state go get a water test from Leslies and send it to them. At this point I understand. I shouldnt have to fight so hard to pay a company to clean a small 5000 saltwater pool. I took my business elsewhere and got exactly what Noahs pool service would do for their full package at the lower rate the lady quoted me. Anyone can clean your pool but its the customer service that stands out. I will NEVER consider or refer people to go here
I have used Noahs Pool Service since moving to Keller and it has been a pleasue to have them service the pool. They have been responsive to my needs and spent time educating me along the way.I highly recommend anyone to consider Noahs Pool Service as thier trusted provider.
Decided to sign up with Noah for full service. Discussed the need with the manager and noted that the full pool service includes a weekly 30 min service including full vacuuming. The technician that stopped by during the weekly service for a full month, didnt spend more than 10 min each week and on two occasions didnt brush OR vacuum the pool. When I called to discuss with the service manager, he said that I had a sand filter and he had instructed the technician not to vacuum until I replace the filter. Dishonest - would never use them again.

As a new pool owner, I was hesitant about hiring a pool service, since I didn’t know of anyone who owned a pool and who could give me a referral. I stumbled upon Noah’s Pool Service on the internet and I am glad I did. They have been very professional and deliver excellent service.
We recently had our pool remodeled. The remodeler recommended that we brush the new gunite daily for two weeks to remove the surface dust from the gunite. The only problem was the pool had been so delayed in finishing the remodeling, we were leaving for two weeks for vacation. I called Noahs Pool Service and requested the daily brushing and regular servicing.Noahs came out for an initial valuation. They discovered that the DE filtering system was filled with black mold --- definitely not something that I wanted to besmirch our newly remodeled pool. They back-washed the filter, cleaned out the filtration system and installed new filters.When we returned from vacation, the pool was sparkling clean. The surface dust was removed and the pool was beautiful --- it looked better than new.Noahs keeps a log of their servicing that is easily accessible to us. We can check to see what has been done on each servicing.Our pool has been beautiful every single day.

Bad billing practices and poor service. Tech just parks in your driveway without permission after being told prior not to. Tried to blame us for a pump going out. Up charging for everything humanly possible and recommends unnecessary services. Poor communication

I had a problem with our pools spa draining down once the pool motor turned off. I let the technician know and the following week the owner showed up to fix the problem. He had the part that was needed in his vehicle. Our pool has never looked better since switching to Noahs Pool Service.

They do an ok job with the paid for services, but not as well when there is an unusual situation like the bottom cleaner is unattached or some issue with the filtration system after they change the filter. They are not good with communication and book an appointment and dont show up and then claim their service department usually sends out appointment messages and it was delayed until another day (didnt happen). The young woman who answers the phone is nice but I dont trust what she tells me. I have had enough bad experiences with responsiveness and poor communication.
