I had an amazing buying experience when purchasing my soon to be husbands ring (was a promise ring at the time). When I came back to this location to buy a band for the ring my fiancé purposed with I was RUSHED. I was not comfortable and did not feel like I had the choice to pick out the one I wanted or the time. Isnt this your job!? I did take my business elsewhere to purchase the band. I wanted to purchase my ring here but I was unable to get the customer service I needed to pick out what I wanted I felt like I was wrong pulling out rings like it was a hassle to ask. I did purchase the same day elsewhere.
Excellent customer service with the exception of mentioning to the associate his mask was not covering his nose, only his mouth. No response received. I can say if he had sneezed you would have a viral video for tic toc. I would have run for the Border.

This is probably the worst location customer service wise. You walk in and instead of being greeted you get looked at like your lost. I bought a whole new wedding set from this location about a month ago regardless. The guy that helped me just sort of seemed like he had better things to do even though I was actually the only customer in the store. I’ve been needing to get it sized, but this location is also not great at answering the phone during business hours. Tried calling multiple times during the day and it just rings until it disconnects.
Great place. If your a guy looking for jewelry for his wife, for the right price and that shell like, this is the place for you.

Best Zales I have ever been too!
I made an appointment for a ring cleaning and repair and upon showing up for it I was helped by a gentleman who informed me the “protection plan” doesn’t cover diamonds (they said it was full protection at time of purchase). I then ask to refund the protection plan then since it doesn’t serve a purpose and he asked his manager and she refused since the sale was “too long ago.” (The sale was 8 months ago and they have been closed for Over 3 months because of Covid). I have been calling weekly since February about my cleaning and repair and upon telling the manager this she tells me “no I didn’t.”Since the manager did not want to refund the useless plan, she interrupted me EVERYTIME I tried to talk and blurted out NO without listening to what I was interested in doing.Then we are told were no longer covered since we missed the 6 month cleaning that they were closed during AND I called to speak to someone about in advance.Oh and during all this I made the statement “yes I know how jewelry works” and she says “no you don’t.”So for anyone who needs a ring, go to Zales if you want one that will have diamonds falling out in less than 6 months and not have coverage that you pay for, whatever makes the company more money, right?

The customer service at this Zales is superb! The sales guy Gary helped me out to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only that but the manager gave me an additional discount! Highly recommend this store!
I went into the store yesterday. I was greeted and informed that all of the salespeople were busy and someone would be with me. I found the item I wanted and waited for someone to become available so that I could make the purchase. I had been waiting almost 20 minutes when a guy comes in and as soon as a sales person became available she waited on him. I was told by the greeter that the store manager Janel Lee, was the person helping him. I was not happy that he was being helped while I had waited for so long. I asked her to let the Mgr know I wanted to speak with her. I waited. A salesperson freed up and asked if she could help me. I told I wouldn’t be buying anything after all and was waiting to speak with the store manager. She informed Ms Lee and came back to tell me she were helping the gentleman and would be with me. I walked out. Since Ms Lee didn’t take the time to listen to what I had to say then, I’m using this method. She handled that situation really poorly. She should have a system in place to determine who’s next. Since there isn’t one, she should have asked. There were two store employees who could have told her without question I was next. When she was informed the 1st time that I wanted to speak with her that should have been a priority. When she was informed the 2nd time she could have turned that transaction over to the sales person and come to talk to me. My take away was that she had no interest in hearing what I had to say. Managers lead through their actions. As far as I’m concerned this situation was a complete customer service failure, and the opposite of the example employees should witness. It wasn’t convenient but I’m was ok with taking my business somewhere else.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Walked in with no acknowledgement or anything. I get you’re helping a customer but a greeting or some professionalism should be expected with sales position. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRAINED. Waited 15 mins and nothing still, I walked out rather than giving them any sort of commission through my purchase.
Today is Feb 19. I received a ring from this store for Christmas and have been able to wear it less than 2 weeks. Sized wrong and then the setting fell out. Still waiting on my ring. POOR, RUDE, SMART ASSY SERVICE. After getting my ring back, I never have go in this store again. Amen.
If I could give this location less than 1 star, I would! My ring was dropped off on July 13th 2019 for a repair from 2 stones falling out(should have been the first warning!) I was told when I dropped my ring off, it would be back in 2 weeks. I was sent an email to follow the progress of my ring. After 2 weeks went by the email status NEVER changed. When I contacted the location I was told that there was a system issue and my ring was actually in repair, it would be another 2 weeks. Okay, fine. Here we are a month later and I get a call that my ring came in! Talk about excited!! Zales had my ring longer than I did (we got engaged 6/19/19). I fiancé goes to pick it up and apparently NO ONE looked at my ring before calling me because my fiancé noticed that a completely different diamond was not sitting cockeyed the sales rep told him!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? You spend all this money on a ring that comes with a warranty but it doesnt say be prepared to NOT have your ring for a month or so if you have to drop it off for repairs. I am so upset and frustrated with this location! Warranty or not, I will NEVER go back to this store, nor will I recommend this location to ANYONE!

They promised me 0% interest financing, so I purchased a piece of jewelry, saw an 11.9% intesrt rate and asked about it. The sales rep assured me it was 11.9% after the 36 months IF I hadnt paid the balance off by then. When I got my first statement, that was NOT the case. I came back to the store and they offered NO RESOLUTION, just a half ass apology.

Good service but not enough sales employees.
The store has a great selection and the sales people are all very friendly. However, they are also extremely pushy and not very knowledgeable when it comes to the financing portion. The sales associate assisting us couldnt tell me if it was a hard or soft inquiry, kept trying to tell me that it would be okay to add an additional line of credit to my credit history because sometimes it can help our credit and sometimes it can hurt it like I was being given a lesson on how credit works. My concern was being approved for the amount of the rings and having my credit utilization be at 90+% for that credit line and that was her response. I ended up being approved for way more than we needed to purchase our rings, but they lost our sale due to the flippant responses to my genuine questions/concerns about the financing aspect. We just werent comfortable being bullied into buying rings that we will be wearing for the rest of our lives all for a commission. Theres another Zales right down the road by 114 that I would recommend. Their selection is a little smaller, but the sales folks over there arent pushy at all and know their stuff!
