Customer service was Spectacular. Everyone at this location was polite, friendly, and had an amazing attitude. Jennifer is the best representative ever! Sweet, sweet soul and down to earth. Rick S. helped us out and it was such a nice experience! He truly listened, provided tips, gave me in-store and custom options based on what I liked, and applied no pressure. They didnt have the James Allen ring I was interested in in-store, but he provided an option that was available in-store so I could see the diamond shape, same carat, same mounting, et cetera. Rick was a great ambassador for Jared and the jewelry industry. If youre thinking of going to Zales, Kay, or another comparable option, I recommend saving your time and having a more luxurious experience here.Rick also cleaned the rings my mom and I were wearing free of charge. Bonus points!

I have had my Jared engagement ring/ wedding set for almost 8 years and regularly have the diamonds checked and the rhodium plating re-done. I had never been to this location, and after my incredible experience, I dont plan to ever go to another Jared again! I had some extra work done on my ring this time, and Amy, the store manager, cared deeply about making sure I was satisfied and went WAY above and beyond. Jacob, the best jeweler, accomplished EXACTLY what I was asking for, which was no small feat! Every one was friendly and personable. I brought my friend in to look at engagement rings and had great service from Valerie and Jennifer. Thank you Jared Southlake!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Conner helped us with replacing my missing diamond on my ring. When I picked it up the next day it looked like a brand new ring! I couldnt even tell which diamond had to be replace! Great customer service!!! Very happy with my experience!

Truly a wonderful experience getting my diamond reset in a custom design... I’ve always heard of Jared, and they live up to what they advertise. The Southlake Design and Service Center is inside the store, not only is it super interesting to see, the team work with store personnel is impressive! Went engagement ring shopping today. They made us feel so important and did not rush us. They gave us time and individualized the experience. Night and day from the last jewelry store we went to. Can’t thank you guys enough. They also fixed my ring purchased at another store for free it was bent and they cleaned my ring and my moms. Amazing we will be back!

After a disappointing experience with another vendor, the engraving department here saved the day. I was greeted on time and professionally. The engraver (to my surprise) did the item right away…on the spot! Then after he heard the story didn’t even charge me! Now I can’t guarantee your service will be free, but I can say I was blown away by the service and attention. Thank you!

Im 35 and a millennial so I guess you could say I should be shopping online mostly for jewelry, watches, and those types of things. However, whenever Im in Southlake I always stop by Jared. The customer service is top notch and they truly take care of you like you are family. Highly recommend the Jared location in Southlake Town Square!

Terrible customer service - they held my watch for four weeks before informing that they need additional information before even SENDING it to manufacturer, and the assistant manager told me that it was my fault for not getting their Jared warranty instead of using the manuf warranty. Ive had other similar incidents with them - most important thing of note is that they are unable to answer any questions about the items they sell.

Im recognizing First Class Service & First Class Customer Care. Amy Davidson and Randi Schneider understand what that means and get it right every time. I recently re-opened my account, made multiple purchases until I was able to get the right pieces for my wife. Amy & Randi ensured each time I made a return my account reflected correct balance (Open To Buy) was updated same day as my return. Amy and Randi called the bank several times on my behalf to ensure my account status was accurate and current. I cannot say enough great things about this Jared! The day before the crazy Texas snowstorm, my engagement ring broke! The following Saturday was my wedding. Due to the storm, I wasnt able to get it to this Jared until the day before the wedding. The Jared in Southlake was AMAZING and fixed it and resized my wedding band in less than 3 hours. Ashlyn was the most friendly person ever!

Bradley was fantastic!! I went with my sister to help her choose a wedding band and get one of my rings sized. Bradley was so patient with us and did not pressure us to buy anything we tried on. If youre ordering online and choose the one day shipping option, dont waste your time. One day shipping means it can take them up to several days to obtain the item, one day to ship it. In my case, 5 days-$30. Valuable lesson and too much competition to bother with Jared.com.

I usually have a great experience here. The people are generally very personable and kind.However, I just stopped by to pick up my ring my husband just gave me for my anniversary that I dropped off to get resized and they are closed for inventory. Its 1:40 pm and their business hours today are noon-6. Why would inventory not be scheduled outside of normal business hours? We were told that they might be done by 3 pm. Maybe.... and we could not pick up my ring even though we were right outside the door. I understand that is probably a security precaution. But we dont live in Southlake and have to get our toddler home for a nap, so I guess Ill have to wait until Im able to get back to the area.I dont normally write negative reviews, but would like to bring the inconvenience to the attention of the manager. Not sure if this was poor planning or some kind of inventory emergency...

This is the lowest google rated Jared in DFW. From my experience I completely agree. Horrible communication absolutely no follow up. At one I was told from the manager that she would put me on her special call every week for an update list... didn’t even get one call from her. After that transaction I am never patronizing this store again.

I went shopping here with my future son in law Dylan, for the perfect ring for my daughter. From the minute we walked in we were helped and shown around. They were extremely informative about diamond purchasing. Explained all the cuts, clarities, etc. We worked with Brittany. She has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY FAR! Highly recommend. We were looking for a certain style within a certain budget. We found the perfect ring and my daughter Lexi couldnt be any happier. It is perfect. Excellent quality and unique design. Pretty good service. My wife got her ring cleaned and we left it there while it was getting taken care of. Came back a couple of days and you could still see grime built up on the inside. It was super hard/awkward to see it, but the jeweler was struggling to see it. She took it back in and after another couple of hours they were able to fully clean out. Only call out, but they are very helpful.

Scott in the back is the one who does all of my ring sizing for me. My ring sizes are always done in a timely fashion and are given back to me with a smile, as if it were a privilege to work with my jewelry. I also had the diamond in my grandmothers ring taken out and remounted in a new ring, and it came out absolutely beautifully. They talked me into getting a white gold setting instead of a silver setting, and Im so happy they did. Scott and his team really know what theyre doing out there. 10/10 would shop there again.

They used to have lifetime battery replacement for watches - went in this past weekend and was told they couldnt find me so they couldnt do this. Also, took a ring (my great grandmothers) for repair and they couldnt do it in house so they sent it out and then called me 3 weeks later saying they couldnt fix it. When I picked it up, they just handed it to me...no checks to make sure it was still the same ring they sent off and when I asked for this, they seemed put out by the requests. Im sorry, but you had my ring for 3 weeks - it is not unreasonable to ensure it is the same one with the same diamonds that I left with them. I will never go back to Jared again.

My fiance ordered my ring from Jared online and it was the wrong size. We came in to get it re-sized and Eric helped us. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all things jewelry. He had us out the door with my now perfectly-fitting ring on finger in 30 minutes, for free. He is a huge asset to the store! I had not been to a Jared before, but now I will definitely come back to Jared for all future jewelry purchases, just for his customer service.

NO STARS but this site wouldnt let me post without selecting a stupid star. I was told my husbands ring I bought from Jareds could be resized. Well it was but appeared liked it was half melted. It wasnt even circular anymore. Then I was told I would have to order straight from the manufacturer in order to get the size I needed. I did. I was told I would be contacted in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks went by, no contact, no ring. I went to the store on 2 separate occasions, never receiving my ring or an explanation. Finally, 5 months later my husband shows up mad as heck, get this, not only did my ring arrive, they failed to contact me when it did, so they SOLD IT!!! I had to reorder YET AGAIN and was told I would get a call in 5 days. No call. Showed up a week later and had to ask for it. I explained how upsetting this was. How unprofessional it was. How this didnt make me feel like the valued customer they claimed we were (repeat customers for a 3rd time in 2 years). All I got were shoulder shrugs. If he or she went to Jared, pray you dont get royally screwed.And anyone who says a negative comment is ridiculous lives in a land with unicorns. I have no other motive than to share my experience as it happened to me.

Rick is a very personable salesman who doesnt just care about making a sale, he cares about you as a person. He helped me find the exact ring that I wanted for my fiancé and was not pushy as other salespeople are towards higher priced jewelry. We had a great experience when we bought my engagement ring here almost 2 years ago. My rating would have been 5 stars. Sadly, our experience getting my husbands wedding band has been the exact opposite. They never ordered the ring in the first place. Even though we selected 2 options. My husband had to go into the store the day of our wedding to get fitted for a ring to use for the ceremony. Weve been married for almost 4 weeks and still no ring. They keep telling me any day now. Im so disappointed in this turn in service. We will never shop here again.

Today is our 20 anniversary we went to look at rings since I wanted an emerald for this anniversary. We got there early in the day and had the pleasure to meet Ben Howard he was so pleasant and willing to share his knowledge about watches with us. This store has gone downhill drastically. We waited over 30 minutes to get my wifes ring inspected and cleaned on a Monday afternoon. And it took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us with about 3 other customers in the store. Very dissatisfied with the service, we have been long time customers at this store and after this experience we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered a wax mold for a wedding set. Told to come in at noon on Sunday Jan 13 to see mold and approve for casting. Store is doing annual inventory during store hours before opening. Not giving warm fuzzies on a purchase already in the works.

If you are not buying just fixing your rings expect to wait a very long time for service and also go somewhere where they will keep records of the things you buy because when you spend over 10,000 on their stuff you expect your jewelry to be on record especially if you have been inspecting it at their store. Patience and persistence on fixing and finding your records is not their priority especially when you have been to this same store to inspect your stuff and all of a sudden they don’t have part of your records! I am very disappointed with this store and cannot say the same for the other Jared stores because they do much better.

My husband has bought me 5 or 6 pieces from jared. He always gets treated very well. But when I go in to have something cleaned or fixed. They are rude, to busy or just cant find it in their records. Which angers my husband because he paid exter so I could. As I told my husband the difference between him and I, is they know he is going to buy something and I probably wont... No smart to treat women that way.

Go to Jared in Southlake, if you wanted to be treated like you are shopping for a used car. They have 15 salespeople on rotation, just waiting to suck you in.Some of their Used car salesmen techniques Sit down right here, Sit down right here. When you sit down, youll notice your chair is 1 foot off the ground, so your looking up at the salesperson.This is called, salesperson dominant position. Then once you get close to buying something, all the sales people stand around staring out of the corner of their eyes, waiting to see if youll bite and if you dont they get pissed in their own little way. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from here and it is everything I could have imagined wanting and at a decent price. I have worn this ring for about a year now but wasnt aware of the importance of getting the ring inspected at least every 6 months. Anyways, something happened to my ring after I had it cleaned in the store (not going to go into details but it was not their fault) and the warranty my fiancé purchased had specified that the warranty would only be effective if my ring was inspected within 6 months of my incident (in BOLD print). I was completely devastated and panicked when I realized that my warranty was likely voided since I never had it inspected it since he purchased the ring. I called Jared the next day and talked to the manager and explained my situation and how I failed to read the details of the warranty. The manager (Brittany, at the Southlake Location) was nothing but kind to me and told me to bring it in and she would make sure my ring would be fixed for no charge. When I went up to the store, Brittany was so kind to me and never made me feel bad or dumb for not knowing about inspecting my ring. She answered all of the questions I had about warranty, insurance, and beyond. She was patient with me, resolved the issue, and informed me of what to do in the future to ensure I would be covered under the warranty. I had cried all morning for no reason! I will forever be a customer of Jared and I appreciate their amazing customer service. Long story short, I definitely learned my lesson about having my ring inspected periodically in case something is to ever go wrong. ***Please note, I was able to have this resolved because my ring was in their care within 24 hours prior (even though it wasnt something they did to cause the problem), they were fair given the specific circumstances.***

Bought an engagement ring from here from Gary. Two days later went back to have it resizes and brought a watch with me to have two links taken out. Gary told me it will be $60 to take out the links. Anybody else would do that for free without buying a ring.

Felt like I was walking into a car dealership.. way to pushy on getting financing with them without even looking at a ring. The salesman made me feel like the specifics on the diamond I wanted to purchase were not up to par for their company. Terrible customer service. Only go here if you want to feel undervalued.

Ill start off by saying I have bought many things from this location. Wedding rings/jewlery/watches, ect.... the people always seem to be really nice but the service and repair department is a straight joke!!! Ive brought my wifes rings in for inspection and cleaning in the past and have got them back with dirt and grime still all over them, they didnt even bother to separate the rings to clean between them. Thats just one issue, the bigger issue is with a Tissot watch I bough from them. The first time i brought it in was because a link fell out, they told me they had to send it out to tissot. A few weeks later I got a email saying its ready for pickup, when I arrived it wasnt there. They told me it would be a few more weeks! A few weeks later they called me and when I went to pick it up they said they didnt even send it out, they just fixed it in house!!!! And to make matters worse it was still all dirty, never got cleaned!!! Less than a month later another link was loose and starting to fall out! I brought the watch back in and dropped it off, a few weeks later they called and said its ready, upon arrival they handed me the watch and the link was missing! THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING!! i had to leave it there yet again today, who knows how many more weeks it will take and if they will even fix it or not!! I also brought it in for some scratches, i was told any time it gets scratched i can bring it in and they will buff them out and its covered under my 3 year warranty I paid for!! They called me to tell me its ready for pick up and when I arrived the lady pulled it out of the bag and said look how beautiful and all the scratches were still there!!! So i left it again and a week later i picked it up and it was very poorly buffed!! You could see all the sanding lines, it went from looking like stanless steel to looking like brushed metal!!! Depending on how they fix this situations I will decide if I will keep buying from them or if I will have to go elsewhere from now on. Soooooo frustrated!!!!

Seems like they have new staff that doesn’t know what’s going on. Brought jewelry in for cleaning and inspection, they did a subpar job on cleaning it and fixing my necklace. Not even three days later I had to take my necklace to another location to get it fixed again.

I will only go to this location in the D/FW area. I had a horrible customer service / quality of service experience at the Hurst location a few months ago. I took my watch in to have the battery replaced and they said it would take approximately 3-5 weeks to get it back as they had to send it off.I called after four weeks to see what the status was and was told I could come pick it up and that it had been done for a few days. No one ever called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up, i noticed that one of the pins that held the band together was bent. I pointed this out to the associate, who asked her assistant manager to come speak with me.The assistant manager said that it was due to my wear and tear and started to walk away. I let her know that it wasnt bent when I left the watch with them and expected it to be fixed. She reluctantly agreed to send it in to Tag Heuer to have it fixed. When I called a few weeks later to check the status - was again told it had been back a few days and could come pick it up.This past weekend, the pin that was originally bent, broke off! I dont think it was ever sent to Tag Heuer to be fixed.I decided to go back to the Southlake location as I had received impeccable customer service when I had a ring re-sized. Courtney Francis at the Southlake location could not have been more kind, courteous and sincere and has said she will research the situation and have my watch fixed. I will only got to the Southlake location going forward.

DO NOT take your jewlery here for repair!! I wanted to give 0 stars, but this app wouldnt let me. I dropped my husbands Movado watch off for repair two weeks before Christmas. He got it from my Mom who died from cancer several years ago, so its literally invaluable. Got a call saying it was ready the first Friday of the New Year. My husband & I go pick it up and they couldnt find it. They searched the store for 30 mins and did not find it. Apology after apology, but no watch. Then the guy checks the system to see that it was still out for estimates and it would be another week. The following week I get another call saying it was ready. I swing by the store again & still no watch. I stood there for 40 minutes while they searched the store for my watch. They finally find it and promise it will be ready in a week. Against my better judgement, I agree. Two weeks go by and no one calls. I just called and the guy tells me he cant find my husbands watch!!! What the hell! I demanded to speak to the manager and then the guys says hell have him call me back in 15 mins. Well 40 mins go by & I finally call them and speak to the manager Reggie who tells me the watch is ready. No apologies, no compensation for the inconvenience, nothing. Worst customer service & even worse organizational system for the repair shop. NO ONE knew what was going on at any given moment and now Im praying now the watch repair actually holds up.
