I have several pieces from here and love them all! Everything from my wedding ring to an anklet (and everything in between!), off the shelf to custom made. They are the BEST! My most recent piece is a gorgeous tennis bracelet that my husband give me when we had our daughter. Stunning! Southlake Jewelers will always be our jeweler. They not only do amazing work, they have superb customer service and treat everyone like family!

Jewelry is not my thing so I knew I needed help. A friend referred me to Southlake Jewelers, and Im so grateful. I had a heirloom stone that was rather large (>3ct Marquis), and had a hard time choosing a setting. I had a one picked out at another store, but I decided to shop around a bit. The staff at Southlake Jewelers was like, We can custom build that better, and make the stone look better. And they did. And they were almost $1000 less than other store. Highly recommend for high end stuff. They know what they are talking about. Thank you for everything.

I love Southlake Jewelers and use them for everything! I had a custom ring created, gotten appraisals, rings sized, watch batteries replaced, etc. Very friendly staff that makes you feel like family. I can’t say enough great things about this place!!

Poor service and bad quality handling my watch. I brought my watch in for a Battery replacement, man behind counter took my Bulova watch and returned 10 minutes later and said battery had gone bad and leaked destroying watch movement. He said he could replace movement for $85. He returned the watch with a deep scratch on back case when I asked why this happened he just responded that it happens sometime (Obviously mishandled my watch). I took watch to another jeweler at the Vista Ridge Mall, he cleaned watch, replaced battery and watch works great. Goodbye Southlake Jewelers..

High prices and rude service. I wanted a watch battery replaced and the young man, tall with a beard, told me it would be $35. I thought that was high but he said because it was an expensive watch, it was more careful treatment. The watch was only worth about $200-250, but I said ok. It took him all of 5 minutes to replace the battery and bring the watch out to me with new scratches, plus completely covered in greasy fingerprints. Then I asked him if they could give me just a general idea of the quality of the rubies on my bracelet, not a price, and he told me flat out no. He said Id need to purchase a full estimate. Ive never been to a jewelry store where the person behind the counter wasnt even willing to pull out a loop and take 30 seconds to look at a few stones. Some of the other staff here did seem nicer. But when they allow a very rude employee to assist customers and even scratch a piece of jewelry, it makes for an extremely unpleasant experience.

Too often, we only hear about negative experiences that people have with businesses. Southlake Jewelers not only met my expectations......they exceeded my expectations. I took my wedding ring into their store a couple of months ago to get a prong replaced, prongs retipped and an appraisal. They had my ring ready for me to pick up in only a couple of days. However, last week I noticed that one of the prongs needed re tipped/repaired again. UGH!!!! I took my ring back to Southlake Jewelers, explained that I had just had this repair made a couple of months earlier. The jeweler immediately told me, no problem, they guarantee their repairs and are more than happy to repair my ring for no expense. WHAT??? I didnt have to go through a big drill on questions of what I did with my ring? That it could somehow be my fault? Or that I would have to pay out of pocket again? WOW!!!! They didnt ask any questions and immediately offered to make my ring perfect again!!!! The next day, I realized that I still needed to send my appraisal to my insurance company to have it scheduled on my policy and I had put it somewhere safe, so safe, that I couldnt remember where I put it. UGH!!!! So, I called them and explained that I couldnt locate my appraisal, that I would be picking up my ring in a couple of days from the repair and was wondering how much it would cost to have a duplicate appraisal printed up since I couldnt locate my original. They told me that they would be more than happy to reprint the appraisal at no cost. WHAT??? No cost???? Every other place that I have ever done business wants to charge you for every little thing that comes up. I went to Southlake Jewelers to pick up my ring today. It looks amazing!!! They had my appraisal reprinted and ready for me. They took care of my repair and the reprinting of my appraisal completely free of charge. I am 100% happy with the outstanding customer service that I received and Southlake Jewelers will be the ONLY jewelry company that I will ever do business with again. It is so refreshing to find a business that has their honesty, integrity and that stands behind their service and repairs like they do.

Brought in two watches to be resized and two that needed battery changes. Swift, friendly service and very fair prices for the work performed. I will definitely be back with future watch service needs.

Broke the nose piece on my glasses and needed them for the next day for an important work event. Southkake Jewelers fixed the nose piece with a specialized laser solder and my glasses were fixed within 24 hours. 6 months later my glasses are still as good as new!

We researched the area to find the best repair jeweler in the area. I was really worried that they would damage my very rare Safire ring, however after looking at the reviews I decided to take my vintage ring it repaired and i fell in love with this store! Everyone is so knowledgeable, and educated in gems. After having the ring repaired it ended up being too big at times, they gave me a solution for free and told me to wait because in the summer i may find it is too small.In addition to being the best place to have your jewelry repaired they have the most amazing unique jewelry, so much so i have a wish list they maintain. Cant say enough good things about this store! Thank you for taking care of my ring, it is beautiful and now it doesnt have to sit in a drawer!

My wife and I just moved here from California and were looking for a local jeweler to fix my Movado watch. Jennifer greeted us at the door and took my watch to the back to be repaired. We were so pleased with the professional friendly service from Jennifer and Chris. No pressure, just showing us different options and ideas. By far one of the best experiences we have ever had with a local jeweler. By the way, they called us the same day and said the ring was ready. Very fast service.

I grew up in Southlake (parents still live in town), but now move around the country, as were a Navy family. No matter where we live in the country, I take my ring (and husbands watches) back to Southlake Jewlers for insurance appraisal update(s), maintenance, and repairs. Im the 3rd generation to have the diamond in my wedding ring, so we only trust Southlake Jewelers with the stone. My husband had the ring made at his family jewelers in El Paso, but the craftsmanship of the prongs were less than ideal. Southlake Jewelrs were able to re-craft the ring and make it more secure. The wedding ring has yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold...all of which ALWAYS looks amazing after the tune ups we get and after the reconstruction. I cant recommend them more

Brought in a ring to be resized, after bringing it back I was told they dont separate the wedding band from the engagement ring, But the alignment is off .... Disappointed.
