Ive been going there for many years amongst 3 vehicles and have been nothing but satisfied with their customer service, availability of parts, quality of parts, and pricing. Allow me to begin by saying that I am not a car guy, I am intimidated at car places sometimes, and my lack of experience has gotten me taken advantage of sometimes. Never once felt this way at Phils. If I call and explain my situation and what I need, they will listen, treat me well, and when appropriate offer me good cost effective solutions to my problem which had not occurred to me. In my dealings I have truly felt that my continued business is more important to them than just making a quick sale. I feel comfortable there, I trust them, and they have had what I needed, and gotten me out of quite a few jams. 100% recommend!

I cannot recommend Phils Auto Parts enough. We blew our engine in Ellensburg WA. They were competitive and willing to ship out a replacement engine. The shipper, not Phils, the shipper messed up our order and Grant went out of his way to fix the shippers mistake ensuring our engine would work great!!!!The engine drives like its brand new. Saved our 97 Dodge Diesel 5.9. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service and an adorable dog! I purchased a 2013 kia soul fuel tank. Aftet some very bad encounters with junk yards and salvage companies over the last four days this place was a god send! They beat every price i encountered and they didnt even know it! One of my favorite yards period . Anyone there is more then capable of finding the right parts the first time . More often then not the part requested is in stock or they will find one for you . The prices are always the cheapest, which is amazing because the quality is there .

I needed a sway bar for a 99 Chevy pickup I got it that day but I didnt remove the one off my truck a week or two later found out that I had the wrong one. This place told me over the phone they had the part that i needed and was in very good condition and I drove 45 mins to PHILS AUTO PARTS and i get there and look at the part and i was not satisfied i was very upset that i came all the way there and i asked them if they could cut me a break and they looked at me like i was talking to myself then they told me the part is not for sale no more and threw me my money back. I will never do business with them again if that was my business i would help you out the best i can if there was a big misunderstanding.

Call and ask for some interior plastic trim parts, they say they don’t sell miscellaneous parts they have them but they don’t sell them and they’re not willing to go look at them and or pull them. So apparently they don’t like money smh. Oh and I’m not allowed to go out there myself.
