I always love my nails but the wait is soooooo long and pricey but its worth it. My nails last a long time especially with all this hand washing we are doing. Nails by Michelle and Kim

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to walk in on Friday afternoon without an appointment. The lady who did my pedicure was professional and I felt pampered and relaxed. It was my 2nd visit and I will definitely be back.

Michelle is lovely, if you are looking for good customer service and a satisfied experience; don’t hesitate to book with her. Otherwise, this place is not worth your money. You can schedule an appointment ahead of time, still be asked to wait 30 min to an hour, and even then you may not get the person you scheduled with. Extremely rushed, not very patient or kind, pretty much only concerned with how much you are paying them. Quite frankly they’re also over priced. The nail tech Bin is extremely unprofessional and untimely, and on top of everything else; not even the slightest bit apologetic. They also have a problem with you bringing your child, which is ironic considering most women who come in are mothers. Tried this place 4 times, not a good experience at all; unless Michelle is available.

Dont bother to schedule an appointment you wont get the person that you scheduled your appointment with unless you want to wait for a another person thats already being done by that person. also I find this place to be very unprofessional at times, I had asked to change my color and acknowledge that I would pay for it because I didnt like the original that she did and was told that if I change my mind again that I was not welcome to back there I told her I was sorry but I was willing to pay for it and she said she doesnt like the fact that I was indecisive it was a real turn-off and it made me feel awkward cuz it caught me off guard that, that was her reaction intern I feel like it was just she wanted me out of the seat to get to the next person....

Be prepared to walk them though a pedicure only to find out they don get the dead skin off. So basically theyre just washing your feet and polishing your toes. Not worth $2 never the less the $25.00 they charge. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Whew! Where do I start! Don’t bother making an appointment! The person you had the appointment won’t service you and they will get to you late. Pedicures are TRASH! They don’t scrub the bottom of your feet. If you have calluses, don’t bother. Nails are very pretty but so expensive. They charge for everything!!!! They don’t follow directions either. I allowed asked for an Ombré set with purple and got white. The man tried to convince me the pic was white but it was lavender. They are rough on your nails as well and cut your real nails down to put on a full set. While I was considering going back for NAILS ONLY, considering these facts, I will take my money elsewhere.

Only go here if you have no other choice. I got a full set with designs and my nail tech matched the photo I showed her pretty well. 5 days later I noticed cracks in the sides of my nails. After 9 days one broke. For $70 it wasn’t worth it at all. So only come here if you’re desperate and you don’t care if your full set will last more than a week.

Seven did my nails. They are very pretty, however Seven argued with me during my nail appointment because I asked him for more glitter. I would return because I like the quality of my nails, but won’t be back due to how I was treated.

Very nice staff, they werent expensive, and they did a great job on my pedicure and manicure. I felt obligated to leave a tip.

Thats probably my last time going there. Service is getting worst. It used to be the only place I would get my manicure and pedicures... its just not the same. And with the pandemic, theyre not practicing social distancing, way too many people in at one time. Smh very disappointing.

They Lost a regular client due to owner, picking what clients he want to service. The others he send to his wife Michelle.this was seen as poor judgement. U take whose next waiting. Disappointed in this action. Taking business funds elsewhere. Service was shellac fill in.

Worst manicure ever. My nail polish fell off with in three days. Other than air polishes are old, dry and have to be thinned.

Saw T&H salon as I was driving by. Stopped in on a whim. Had a great experience. Love my manicure. I’ll be back for sure.

They do ok work but the guy at the first desk have the worst attitude ever. Today I got there when they first open up and he had me waiting 20 min because he was in the back eating. I understand you have to eat by all mean I want you to eat but they had just open up at 10. He’s so unprofessional. When I get to work I have to start working I can’t stop to eat until it’s break time. I was getting my nails done and fighting flies and nets

My appointment was at 10am. I waited for 45mins for someone to start my Nails. They aren’t considerate of customers time.I showed them what I wanted and no one could do it since Michelle the woman I had my appointment wasn’t there.Waste of an appointment

I like that they had a great selection of nail technics, and good quality nail polish selection. But what I didnt like was the pedicure chairs thats the only reason why they didnt receive a 5 star

Walked in and walked out shortly after. Dingy, poorly hygienic practices observed, staff not very friendly. Yuck. Found a much nicer, friendlier and professional place a couple of blocks down the road.

Ever since they were under new management its been horrible. The salon smells bad, the staff is not friendly, and they are very slow. The last time I went there I spent over 2 hours there and when I left the shalaic on my nails werent dry and the all my nails got messed up as soon as I got home. They also dont practice good hygiene. I would not recommend going there unless you want to spend hours for bad quality.

My experience here was horrible!!!! The nail techs here cut many of my fingers when filing and I experienced the worst pedicure of my life, it did not look professional at all.
