Beware!! DO NOT fix your car at EASTERN AUTOThey are unprofessional. They kept my car in the shop for 2 months. They charged a premium and didn’t even fix my car. When I called to address the issues, the gentleman would not hear me out and kept arguing with me. He hung up on me and I called back and he would not come to the phone. Another gentleman came to the phone and said drop it off and we will look at it. I don’t have another 2 months to have them mess around and not fix it again. Please beware!!!

SUPER expensive but they do great and fast work. They dont try to sell you on extras and they are very honest. They even have a complimentary car to take you where you need to go until your car is ready (for same day service).

They replaced my sons transmission fluid, about 3 weeks later the line blew apart. Of course they didnt take ownership. He took it back the guy couldnt articulate to my son why the labor on his car would take 5 hours. Dont waste your time poor customer service ...RUDE!!! . I told my son to take the car to a professional mechanic. BEWARE if a shop looks like a used car lot from the outside.

I have taken my 1998 BMW M3 to Eastern Auto for all my car service. When I got into an accident and damaged my front end they were able to fix and match the color so well I couldnt tell it had ever been hit. They were also able to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Eastern Auto also installed all my aftermarket parts from my stereo to my rear spoiler. I was very happy with all he work they have done for me and have not had a single problem. I would highly recommend Eastern Auto for anyone who needs repairs or modifications for there high end rides.

Eastern Auto is the only collision shop I trust with my vehicles. It doesnt matter if you have a Rolls-Royce or a Chrysler 300 these guys can handle any job. Only trusted Indy shop in all of metro Detroit in my opinion, they always keep up to date with the latest electronics for all the glitchy entertainment media centers for all makes and models. Body work is amazing always ask eastern auto to quote you before you leave your car at your local dealership, they won’t give you the rates and service like a personal independent shop. They are real car people, they are always down to be a friend!

Awesome work. I have a BMW X5 and I go to these guys anytime I have an issue. I use to go to a different shop and they had me coming in and out with the same problem, not to mention, having to leave my car for days.This is by far the best european auto repair shop in the area. I live around 18 miles from here but I still make the drive anytime I have an issue. At eastern auto the turnover time is great because they get right on top of it. Also its done right. They use quality parts and from personal experience, you wont come in for the same problem. Havent had a problem with my windows ever since I went here.

I got in a fender bender in my Jeep and my insurance recommended me to go to eastern auto. Turnaround time was great, they kept me updated throughout the process, and most importantly my car looks better than before.

I was traveling down the highway to my daughters soccer game when my Mercedes Benz R class was shaking violently. I googled the closest shop by me, which turned out to be Eastern Auto and headed straight there. Upon arrival the shop was very busy and I was hesitant I would be late but a gentleman named Vinny got my car right in. It turns out half the bolts holding my wheel on were missing! Not only did they fix my wheel free of charge, they filled up my washer fluid too!Highly recommend this shop.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Solely went to get my car diagnosed and there were parts missing when I came to pick it up. The parts that were missing were in my back seat. When I went to talk to the owner, he told me that I would have to wait 1-3 hours for a mechanic to come and put them back under my hood. When I told him that parts was missing and I didn’t have time to wait for a mechanic, he became upset and outrage that I requested to put my parts back immediately. He threw my card back at me and told me to stop talking to him. His name was Nebal. They were also over priced on the listing of the work that could’ve been done! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!

I was traveling in the area for business, when my 6-series BMW developed a terrible misfire. I was very reluctant to take it to an unfamiliar shop, especially being from out of town. However, the guys at Eastern Auto were very friendly and professional. They were able to look at the car immediately (a couple of other shops told me I would need an appointment), diagnosed it accurately, and returned it the same afternoon. And on top of all that, the price was even LOWER than I expected!I highly recommend them - and Im hard to please :-)

I brought my bmw 745 to eastern auto for a tune up. The price was almost half the price the dealer quoted me. the service was spectacular and fast. While waiting for my car they dropped me at the golf course and picked me up when my car was done. Also my car was a mess wwhen i brought it and it came back spotless. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this repair shop for all your european car repairs

Brought in an older BMW for service and the first time it was done properly. Then I had some extensive work performed a year later on the same car and the rear end that was put on was not designed for the BMW I have (RPMs were way too high). They denied this. Years later I brought in a CLS 500 just for brakes. Someone somehow ended up removing a pin out of the caliper and tried to say that I needed a new one. I told him I didnt care what it took, but they had better get my caliper back on the right way. It took them 2 days to do this (???), and when I came back to get my car, they said I needed rotors as well. Mind you, the rotors were less than 6 months old. While I was waiting on my car to be fixed, (one of) the son(s) of Nabil was answering the phones when customers called. Then shortly he would call customers up and tell them that the problem was fixed but would also tell them that something else was wrong and needed to be fixed. THIS WAS EVERY CUSTOMER HE CALLED. Now I see how I got hustled. I simply will not go to them again and will advise anyone that I care about to refrain from getting repairs performed by them. It seems these days that honest mechanics are hard to find, especially after they initially do good work and then turn around and began hustling you with the age old bait and switch tactic.

I have been going to this shop to repair my cars since year 2000! they are doing great job!

There is no parking. My car was misdiagnosed. I had to spend extra money and I left with additional problems.

I had a leaky pan on my wifes X6 after replacing it twice elsewhere I had gone to eastern to see if they can fix my problem and they did, it was leaking from a different spot and not the pan, the truck has been great ever since, thanks for the help and I would bring my cars there from now on.
