I got a puncture in my tire and other Firestone stores in the Southaven area didn’t have technicians or couldn’t work me in. I got a hold of Terrell at his store and he told me to come in and he would take of me. In fact, he fixed the tire himself. Firestone is lucky to have such a conscientious employee like Terrell.

My vehicle was there half the day and was told to pick up. Once I was able to get the keys and pay for services the employee informed me they did not replace the battery. They werent able to start the vehicle. The employee said it was the security system making the vehicle not start. I went out to the vehicle and jump started it with my truck and it started. We drove the car home removed the battery, went to Autozone and purchased a new battery. The vehicle started right up. In my opinion Firestone didnt do anything to assist me

Scheduled an appointment late Sunday morning for the 4 PM time frame. Drove all the way to the Southhaven location, only to find the store was completely closed despite the signs on the door saying they were open on Sunday. Despite the fact customer service booking me the appointment for Sunday. And finally, despite the fact I called corporate and they assured me that they are open on Sunday.Very frustrated!!!

I do not dislike Firestone, but this store could have done things differently.I bought new Bridgestone tires from Firestone in 2018. Recently, I had a tire that kept going flat, like every day. So, I called up Firestone because I bought the tires from them. I made an appointment at the location at Towne Center in Southaven. I drop off the car and get a call about 30 minutes later saying I need new tires. I couldnt get new tires at the time, so I said, please patch the tire that keeps going flat. He basically hung up on me. Then, I go to pick the car up. No one told me what was wrong with the tire or what they had done to repair it. The whole attitude and vibe of the place was how overwhelmed they all were and disgruntled. I had a lifetime tire alignment and tire rotation all included with the purchase of my tires in 2018. They knew I had only run 45000 miles on these tires that were under warranty for 70,000 miles, and they knew that I needed to show proof of rotation every 5,000 miles, and they knew I hadnt rotated the tires on schedule, but when I said I couldnt get new tires right at this moment, they didnt suggest to perform a rotation and/or an alignment. If they had, I would have purchased four new tires within the month.They lost my business. I just ordered them from Discount Tire Direct. Cheap. Delivered straight to your door. Warranties.AND, they didnt even patch the tire. My tire was flat the next morning. So, 🥴

Sent my 20 year old son to this location to get his oil changed they changed oil . The guy at the counter told him that he needed to put air in his tires . Thought that was part of their inspection and that added air if needed. Will never do business with them again!!!

The 2 hour tire rotation.At this particular location their are about 10 service bays. Upon arrival when I checked my vehicle in I was advised it would be up to a 3 hour wait for a tire rotation.It only took 2 hours. Im guessing I should be happy I recieved my vehicle 1 hour earlier than promised.With the labor rate at $126.00 per hour in my opinion each service bay should have an assigned technician because no one should have to wait 2 hours or longer for a simple tire rotation.As a consumer I feel as this major national corporation does not value the time of stakeholders by continuing to raise labor rates decreasing staff and expect customers to be happy about having exceedingly long waits for simple services.

Dropped vehicle of for A/C work Fri evening supposed to call me Saturday didnt, so I called them Sunday only to find out they forgot to tell me the only AC Tech wasnt there this weekend 😑. Not the first time. Usually any time Im in for repairs its minimum total $500 😆. Oh well as long as its fixed I guess.

Normally this place is great. And i would normally not leave a bad review but I feel this is a health hazzard. I took my car in for an oil change, thinking it would be the normal hour and a half time frame since I wasnt told differently.After 2 hours of my car not moving, I ask and find out 3 people have left to get tested for Covid-19. He was nice and got me worked in and when im leaving I ask what is your sanitation protocol? He responds oh we wear gloves. I asked but yall wipe the inside of my car down right? The answer is no. This is especially alarming since they just had 3 people leave to be tested.I asked for and was given paper towels and cleaner and went out and wiped my car down myself. So remember that if you are going in for service. And @Firestone yall need to do better!

Disappointed in my visit here. While on a road trip I ran over something that punctured my tire. I quickly looked up tire shops and Firestone was my only option at 6:40pm. I’ve had issues in the past with Firestone overcharging me, so was not happy, but left with no other option.I arrive 5 minutes before they close. I’m relieved to have made it without needing a tow truck. I go in and am hopeful they can at least take a look at it. Perhaps they’ll even be able to change it for me and get me back on the road. Nope!! They tell me to come back tomorrow. They’re closed.Come back tomorrow?! Not that doable with a flat tire. I understand I was asking for a lot. In order for them to change it they would’ve had to stay past closing time. I understand perhaps company policy prohibits that. What bothered me was the complete lack of compassion. Instead I was treated like a fly buzzing around that they wanted to get rid of.So to end this review, I slept in my car that night, stranded in their parking lot, 1400 miles from my home. Single female. Is the area safe? I had no way of knowing. They changed the tire the next morning, showed no compassion mixed with some rudeness, took 2 hours to do, and I will NEVER EVER do business with Firestone again. I’ll drive on the rim and let sparks fly before I step back into a Firestone. Close the door, lose the key. I’m done.

I was told I would have a 2 hour wait for a brake and rotor change. I stated I would be leaving to go shop in the near by area and would be back within the 2 hours. I arrived back in an hour and a half. My vehicle had not moved. I waited another hour and half before they even pulled it in to the shop. Multiple people walk in for oil changes and get seen within 20-30 mins. I understand that oil changes are quick and easy but I should not have waited for a total of 5 hours. I also noticed that other customers that left their vehicle were not seen for hours. One in particular stated that they dropped it off for an oil change at 8a.m and by 3pm they were there waiting. 30 mins after they came in they finally pulled their car in.

Arrived for 8am appt and told it would be several hours for oil change and tire rotation. Left and was called at 11:30 and told I needed alignment. I agreed to lifetime alignment and told it would be an hour. My appt pick up time was 12:30. I arrived an hour later and they were just finishing the tire rotation. J in was tools it would be another hour. Front desk guy told me he told alignment guy I had time constraint and needed it done. He told him to get back up front where her belongs. Front desk employee told me that alignment guys name is Zack!!! Well I told them I couldn’t wait I would just let my tires get destroyed a little more until I could get an alignment. After I paid and left I realized they charged me for a lifetime alignment. So glad I get to go back and deal with this BS again and again!!!!!

Whats the point of an appointment if they cant and wont honor it. 1500 appt for an alignment and balance...which ive paid for the lifetime alignment/balance on both my trucks. arrive at 1430 and they tell me it will be at least 1800(close at 1900) before they get it in and most likely carry over until the next day. this is completely unacceptable. appointments should take priority over walk ins. they do at my shop and every where else. too bad i cant get a refund since they cant provide the service i prepaid for in a timely manner.

Jeremy and the mechanic who did the troubleshooting/repair did a great job helping me out. Jeremy asked the relevant questions to get more details on the issue I was having with my truck to narrow down the possible problem. After the mechanic did the troubleshooting the communication with me was excellent to confirm what the repair was, as well as let me know what other maintenance should be considered (without any pressure to try to sell the recommended preventative service). Work was done on time at the quoted price and the repair was definitely done well. Will go back here for future car care needs.

After having a blowout I came to the nearest and most familiar Firestone to my home. I asked buy a tire to replace the blowout and to replace the donut spare. I spoke with the manager on duty and explain that to him and left my car with them. When I returned they had completely rotated my tires and place the donut (spare tire) back on the car. I explain that’s not the service I asked for. The exchange led to me being threaten and my car being towed. I therefore called the police. Appalling and a complete disregard for a customer to try and manipulate me into spending more money. I will be cutting all ties to continue any business with Firestone

This morning as I called to discuss a vehicle that I had dropped off. I spoke to an employee named “Sharon.” Sharon was extremely rude, I asked her if there was anyone else I could speak too. She responded with “No boy don’t play with my intelligence” I said mam I just need to speak to someone else and she proceeded to hang up. I hope this call has been recorded as I am a long time customer of Firestone and have never been treated in this manner. This should be addressed immediately. They have very good techs there, But not real mechanics. If you have to have something major done, this IS NOT the place. Ive never had a problem at all on tires and swapping out sensors. But I was talked into a 1000 dollar over haul, and when the car did not make it home from work the next day, I called and was told that they did not guarantee the work and that it was an old car. What???? It is a 16 year old car. But it ran great for 3 yrs. It went in for a tune up.Everything else up to this time has been 5 star rating. But this was too much for them to pull off. Plus the tech busted out my grill with his knee and tried to hide it. I didnt discover it until I drove across the street to the restaurant. All in all they can care for your car really well, they just cant do major surgery.

Ive used Firestone for years and Ive given them numerous chances but Ive left the location furious after each encounter with them so I recommend that you stay away. We only have one car so Im forced to wait each time and it takes at least 2 hours for an oil change each time even if I schedule an appointment. Today was the final straw though. I scheduled an appointment at 2 and borrowed a car so we could drop the car off due to COVID-19 and when we arrived I was told my car would not be ready until some time the next day and that there were 10 cars in front of me. The website allowed for appointments between the hours of 10-2 and they closed at 4 but I was told the car would need to be there by 1 for a same day oil change. Why would I be allowed to schedule an appointment for 2 Sunday if I wont have my car back until some time Monday? At my previous visit I paid for an oil change and tire rotation but a week later I noticed our tire pressure was low and we had no washer fluid. They also did not provide a sticker on the windshield showing what milage my next oil change was due for so I wonder if I even recieved an oil change that day. The day I bought my tires from them I had to flag an employee down because my car had been untouched in their garage for nearly an hour and it appeared neither my car nor anyone else had an employee servicing it. Their tires and services are decently priced but the service is amongst the worst that I have personally ever expected from a business. Your car is one of a thousand to them and this industry relies on trust and integrity because most of us know nothing about cars and rely on them to take care of us when we pay for it but Firestone seems to disregard our desire for them to care for our personal property in a timely manner.

Simple tire balance and rotation.... sorry sir couldn’t get the center hub off because a screw is stripped.... so I ask, well, what are you going to do? A- I don’t know.... this has never happened. What the heck? It is an easy problem to fix. Then a wheel stud broke off... they had to go out and get a wheel stud. Why wouldn’t a tire shop have wheel studs? this is after already waiting for more than 2 hours ... hmm just put my stuff back on my truck and let me get out of here. Gees

Had brakes done about 7 months ago at the Stateline location. The store manager tells me I needs new brakes and that the wrong brakes were put on my car by the other location. Was told I needed to go back to the other location to fix it. Why would I need brakes again that fast. I’ll tell you why because they want to make money off of people who are not knowledgeable about cars. His attitude about the situation was very nonchalant and arrogant. This is a corporate shop with a surly crew that doesnt really want to work there. Stay away. If the job is at all tricky theyll recommend the most expensive option using dealership replacement parts rather than fixing the parts you already have or getting replacements from a junkyard. They do it to cover their own butts in case something goes wrong and because the mechanics are not very talented to start with. I was treated rudely by the staff who was more interested in doing simple jobs on new cars at high prices. I had a breakdown on the highway and got towed to this shop because it was the only place open on Sunday. They left me waiting 2 1/2 hours without giving me any news about my car until finally one of the young mechanics came over and said they cannot do anything for another day. Then I spent the night in a hotel and they didnt bother to contact me in the morning to give me an update on my repair. Finally I found out they planned to make me wait 3-4 days in a hotel to order a new parts from Europe so I fired them and had my car towed to a nearby shop where they fixed it on the spot for under $100 using my original parts. I strongly recommend against using this shop. They are mediocre at best and there are some great places nearby. Simply read the google reviews.

I went in for an oil change and my tires rotated. Came home and checked my tires, I had them marked, my tires had not been rotated, even though my receipt said they did. I called the store and Bobby answered and acted like it was no big deal and just said bring it back the next day. I recommend people marking their tires, or you will never know if they rotate them or not! Not cool!!

Had tires rotated about 4 weeks ago. Today when I tried to remove the tires to replace brake pads I like to have never got the lug nuts off. I know that Firestone uses air wrench to install the lugs, but they are supposed to be torqued to a specified lbs. If I had a flat on the side of the road, I would never been able to remove the tire. This is unacceptable and you should think about this before using this Firestone store.

He past 3 times that i have been to this Firestone, the service has been terrible. They have no interest in speed and only want you to drop off and leave your vehicle so they can do the service at their leisure. If you cant leave your vehicle you will always wait at least 2 hours. Today i had enough and refused to wait when told that it would take 2 hours to check a tire for a nail. Every firestone service center has a repair bay dedicated to tire repair and fixing flats. I should have gone to the firestone service center in Collierville. The Collierville facility knows ow to treat customers and how to prioritize their work.maybe Southaven needs a better manager, just saying.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I came into this location at 8am on a Friday and they were busy, so I was told the only way I could get my tire checked, fixed, or replaced was to schedule an appointment for 5pm which I did. I came back at 4:42pm and checked in. My car was not pulled into bay until 6:45pm. At 7:20 a guy comes and tells me they couldnt fix my tire and its too late to get another one because they are closing. Why did I make an appointment and why did I spend over two hours there? And they put the bad tire back on without putting the spare on which lead to me having a blow out and going to discount tire the next morning to replace. This place is terrible!!!!

All the sour comments made me worry about my experience here. First alignment experience took right at an hour. No issues. No hard sells on things needing replaced which was a big worry as I am doing most all of the maintenance myself. Replaced a tie rod end and installed a mild spacer lift and needed another alignment before new tires will be installed. Since I bought lifetime alignment I just called ahead and got the Ok that they were not busy and headed that way. Was in and out in 30 min. Alignment was fine so that was good and the service was adequate. No hard sells again. Very pleased.

Huge shoutout to the guys who work at this Firestone. I was in Southaven on a work trip when I bottomed out my car leaving my hotel to grab dinner. Well sure enough I got out and looked and my cars inner fender well broke off the clips in several places was dragging on the ground making an embarrasing noise. So, I booked an appointment online for the next day to get it fixed. I brought my car in the next day 30 minutes past my time I scheduled it for and within 20 minutes they fixed it for free! I asked them how much they wanted for the fix and they said not to worry about it. I was truly thankful.

This review applies to Firestone in Southaven on Towne Center Loop. Be careful to question their prices. I was replacing a Firestone tire that has a warranty. Firestone gave me new tire but did not pro-rated (i.e. credited me) for the old tire. Great customer service would have recognized that they needed to pro-rate the tire and given to best price and not the price that would profit them the most money.

I’ve had good experiences in the past with Firestone’s however not at this location. The first time I needed new tires and used their online service to get a quote. The quote was for around $500. However when I got the bill it was over $700! I had a friend look at the invoice and saw that they had overcharged me in unnecessary warranties. Thinking maybe it was just a bad day I decided to go back. This time I dropped by car off for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be ready by lunch time. They called me at noon to say it was just about ready. I came to pick it up at 3pm and it still wasn’t done! They made me wait an additional 30 minutes.Do not go to this firestone location. Horrible service and they hide fees in your bill.

This location needs to be reported to the BBB they lied to my mother in law said her tires were 2/32nd all around but they would help us out and only replace to for 380.88 technichian calls later on says the tires that we were gonna replace are at 4 almost 5/32nd and on the front one is on the high side of three but one is at 2. They will lie and con and funny thing is dude tried to argue with me over a discount they have posted in window that was not expired but he said they werent offering it

I have been a customer of Firestone Southaven Towne Center for over 10 years. Lee Rhoden, Zack Enough and Brandon (Mechanic) are all about how Customer Service should be. They are very skilled and I would say Brandon is a very good mechanic and troubleshooter. Firestone Corporate needs to work to keep this team at Southaven. I know other people who have their vehicles serviced there and I cant speak for all but the overwhelming consensus is these guys are great!

Came in for tires, great service!Came back in for oil change, now Im missing the splash guard that I just purchased and had replaced 3 months ago when they infirmed me I was missing it from my tire change. Guess its back to KIA to buy another one again. I called them back to see if they left it on the floor, tech (Zack?) states he didnt have to remove anything to get to the oil pan. Then sales guy tries to tell me its just clips, its actual bolts that hold it, I know because I had to purchase a kit for it to be put on. After spending $60 or $70 on the splash guards. Ive swerved from anything on the road, finding it very hard to believe its missing. Ill stick with Gateway on Hwy 51.

Dont deserve a single star. These places are just out for your money and could care less about the work they put into your car. They broke a lug nut (whatever holds my tire to my car, the screw part) right off of my car and never told me about it. I found out about it once I drove for over 6 hours. They also told me I needed new brakes BADLY. Went home and looked at my brakes and they were 100% ok. They are just money hungry and dont care about their services and I AM TIRED OF IT

This place is ridiculous, been here 45 minutes, car still in parking lot. Came in to get a tire plugged, guy at counter said it would be a while. Meanwhile been watching him and two other guys laugh and tell jokes the whole time. They have not touched one car the whole time Ive been here. Coming from someone who handles customer service everyday this place is a complete joke. Will not be back, been to firestone in germantown many times, and its a real firestone. This looks like people just playing in a garage. Bought all of our tires from firestone, and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. This place needs a manager, not someone here for a good time
