Excellent service!This is a drive-thru facility; so, no need to leave your vehicle, not even for payment. Before you pull into the service area, they run you through a test of your signals and lights to make sure everything is working properly. In the actual service area itself, theres a monitor where you can view the whole oil change process as well as your service time.If needed, theyll also change out your oil filter (about $25) and wiper blades ($14.99). Both are optional, of course. The oil change itself was $40. Fairly reasonable. However, cost obviously varies depending upon what you want (they offer some coupons online so check before you go!)Once everything is done, the technician will show your dipstick, and youll be good to go!I highly recommend this place. I was very satisfied with my experience! :)

Excellent experience overall.Very professional staff and I found them very polite and friendly. The person taking my info helped me choosing the best coupon (in between groupon and valvoline coupon) and guided me through various oil types they had to offer. This was unique experience as generally I have seen others not being so helpful.I went here on a Sunday and opening time was 10 am. There was one car in front of me and it took around 15-18 min for that car to get done.At my turn, they initially checked all lights for my car and then a guy started filling air pressure in all tires. During oil change, they also checked all the fluids and topped off the windshield washer fluid.Overall I found this oil change experience quicker and better than others and I would highly recommend this location. Be sure to check groupon or something else as they always have some discounts ongoing.Overall it took me 40 mins (20 min waiting + 20 min time for oil change).

They were very busy but the wait was worth it. Im glad to be able to sit in my car and never leave it. The attendant came and asked what service I was getting. The team worked together to get everything done. My lights were checked while waiting in line. The team did a good job of addressing my needs and offering other services. They left the decision up to me. They allowed me to use my coupon for 10% off. That helped to save me money! I will be going back. This is my go to place to have my oil changed!

They got me in immediately, I never had to exit my vehicle. They had me done and out of there in 20 minutes tops and even enjoyed a conversation with the man that rang me up. Definitely recommend them if you just need a quick, reliable oil change.

Highly recommend! Fast easy service as a mom with two small children and so hard to take care of normal car routine maintenance but with them its so easy to just pull in, they handle everything! Nice, friendly, great service, very pleased!

Ive come here to get my oil changed a few times. Theyve always been quick, thorough, and professional. And its pretty easy to get a coupon!Its also a great place to come get an oil change if you have to bring the kids because you dont even have to get out of the car! Just bring something for them to do if there end up being cars in front of you.

Ive been using Valvoline for 10 years! I absolutely love every location Ive ever been to. Every employee Ive ever encountered has always been super nice, sociable, and knowledgeable. I love that I can be in and out of there in about 30 minutes once I get in the bay.

Ridiculous! 2 separate visits to this location - both times over tightened the oil filter requiring extra time & effort for another oil change place to remove it. Once at Jiffy Lube - Once at Firestone. Both garages destroyed the filter to remove it.Will not return for fear they will damage my company truck. Definitely wont take a personal vehicle there.

Yesterday (6/19/20) I took my wife’s Ford Mustang in for some regular maintenance (oil&oil filter change, air up tires, check fluids, change air filter, change windshield wiper blades). They got all of that done and I then drove the car back home and parked it for the evening. This morning (6/20/20) My wife gets ready to leave for her job at The Med in Memphis and realizes she has a flat tire. So I changed the tire out for the spare and called valvoline. The manager said he would watch the video of the work that was done then call me back. He called me back and said that everything seemed right the new guy at their shop did. Manager stated that the front drivers side and rear passenger side had a loose valve stem cap but nothing else was wrong with any other tire. Well the flat tire was the drivers side rear and there was no valve stem cap on it.... so the manager asked I take it up for him to reinspect it. I get there, wait in line patiently and he takes a look at it. HE COULDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRE. The manager said all he could do is give me a $15 discount off of our next oil change. He also said if I wanted to have them put the tire on and take the spare off he would charge me for it. Ridiculous to treat HEALTHCARE workers like this during a pandemic.

I always get good service here. I had my oil changed today and the manager told me they do not take used car batteries. So they change batteries I know cause they have a display. So are you telling me they make you take your old batterie with you. Just thought it was odd never have I had this problem before. Usually oil change location like Jiffy Lube prefer you leave your used batteries or oil with them. Being better for the environment and all.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They are also pretty quick here for an oil change. I would also recommend seeing if there are any current Groupon deals because Valvoline seems to have regular deals in Groupon.

Very busy today. Very professional when I got my turn.

I just returned home from my visit and compelled to do a review. Usually very professional and efficient but today was the exception. All bays were empty and no other customers were on site. A small group of employees were gathered in one of the service bays talking and not acknowledging my presence. Finally asked to pull into bay. Employee named Krystal was very nice but not very knowledgeable. No other fluid levels were checked, other than oil and they were all low. (I checked when I got home.) Krystal spilled oil on the engine causing it to smoke like crazy on ride home. Had to ask to check all my lights and that wasn’t even done properly. No one knew how to reset my oil alert, no one. Didn’t hear the usual calling out loud of what everyone was doing and no one even asked for my keys. Krystal and the guy under my truck we’re the only one assisting while the others were having an intense conversation. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit. Been coming here for last several oil changes. Reconsidering coming here again. Poor management in my opinion.

Was here last week to have my rear differential fluid changed out and to have my front serpentine belt replaced. I am here today and have been waiting here for over two hours while they give me excuses as to why they cant get this belt. The belt was installed incorrectly and came completely apart losing three ribs off the serpentine. Still waiting and getting angrier by the minute.

Very professional crew that all work as one well oiled machine and they arent pushy or over bearing with trying to up sell, if you need something replaced they ask once after showing you its condition and a single yes or no is all thats necessary.

I got caught in a classic bait and switch. I told them had oil change 19.99 coupon and of course they waited until they had drained my oil to tell me that coupon price wasn’t available with my vehicle and it would be 79.99. I will go to the Landers dealership a block away next time for 59.95 including tire rotation.

Scam alert. They tried to sell me everything. I have a fairly new serpitine belt and they tried to sell me that. They said I had massive oil and tranny leaks yet I have no spots in my driveway. They told the person next to me the same stories. They said my rear differential was leaking. A place that I got new tires at 8 years ago told me the same thing. Look up scam alerts for valvilije. Its all there. I went to this place for years and I will now never go back.
