The operating system on my used computer was not working. They came out to fix but took to shop in 2019. Installed Windows and MalwareBytes. For whatever reason, I could never access my Malwarebytes account but renewed. There was an email address in there, they say not left by them, but I renewed anyway. Bought new copy and it was still there. Wanted it out so I could use on phone. Big issue with that, so far unresolved by anybody. Windows was not an activated version but still works fine, probably taken from case so not blaming them for either problem, but did happen anyway. Somewhat combative in trying to get help from them.

I was out looking for a PSU unit to finish building my brothers PC for the weekend. We tried Office Depot, Bestbuy, ect. No luck. Taking to google Tech Anywhere computer came up. We decided to give them a call and the people responded with courtesy. That made us willing to try them out. I was a bit skeptical of approaching a business ran in a home environment being an Army Vet with PTSD so I called to make sure we were at the right place. I needed a power cord for my Toshiba lap top computer and i googled local repair shops close and these guys came up so i called them up and they said to come on over and they would probably be able to match one up for me.I walked in and the tech looked at my cord and took out his knife and trimmed some of the plastic casing off from around the metal plug then plugged it in and it was fixed. No Charge. I was impressed and these guys honesty was refreshing to say the least i would give them 10 stars if i could, Call these guys first if you have computer problems. I loved the office setup they had as well, very professional.

Took my HP Pro book in for a interior cracked screen. Rusty quoted me a price over the phone beforehand, but while he was repairing it he noticed the hard drive had been damaged due to me powering it on & off. No extra charge for the additional work. On top of that, in the process if dropping it off & waiting to get it off I misplaced my power cord. He offered to send me with a new one, for no charge, until I found mine. Recently had to come here to replace a liquid cooling unit, and Mr. Rusty Allen not only found out the real problem with my computer (the idiot who put the original unit in put the fan on backwards) but installed the new one perfectly and now my computer runs better than new. My grandsons computer was making a terrible noise when it was turned on and would shut off without any warning. I contacted TechANYWHERE and they said I could bring it in that day, and I didnt need to bring in any cables with me. I arrived about an hour before closing and they took his computer in the back right away. We found out the fan that was installed in the computer had failed, and they replaced it with a larger fan that would help to prevent overheating. They also let it run for awhile to make sure everything was working properly. The problem has been taken care of, and the price was very reasonable. When its time to have it cleaned, or if any other problems arise, we will definitely bring it back there. I would definitely recommend TechANYWHERE. Friendly and courteous staff, quality work, and very reasonable pricing. Five stars and then some!
