Took my playstation in to replace the HDMI on the motherboard and 20 minutes later it was done. Very efficient. I will definitely use them again.

My brother took my xbox here over a month ago . Went to get it today so excited 106 dollars to repair only to come home and nothing change they only tested one game which they downloaded and didnt even test the games that did crash and stuff

I usually don’t leave reviews on anything but Worst of the worst / One half the phone in their are blacklisted so go the the website Stolenphonechecker and put in the IMEI # if you buy a phone from them ( it kept locking my SIM card ) and I all they did to fix this is give a $50 credit to the store an a screen protector ( I guess that’s them tell me not to leave a review ) just be careful

The only place we go for phones. Great service. Honest. Reliable. I was with sprint contract for years, and i must say ... I wish I had gone to boost service alot sooner. No contract. I know what iam paying for. I like that. No hidden fees. Regardless of services combining or not... I think contracts are killing peoples pockets. Iam thankful for this company specifically because they are genuinely nice and people oriented. Thank you!

Did a wonderful job on putting on my screen protector and new phone case.

Went here on a Saturday to get my broken glass cover replaced. I dropped a weight on it while I was at the gym. First and only time I ever have cracked my glass case in the decade I’ve had an iPhone. 4 days after he repaired it a little crack has started to form in the top of my phone and is now slowly getting larger. Plus there are times now when I touch my iphone and nothing happens. I called him and he said I must’ve have dropped it and he can’t do anything to help. Also I have an otter box. He got me for 150$ Don’t go here.

When he first gave it back to me it was scratched and the screen wasn’t even working. Second time, it looked fine and worked, so I was satisfied and went off to college. On my way there, my phone screen stopped working AGAIN!! Now I am left with no phone and no convenient way to talk to anyone! DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES!!! IT IS A SCAM!

Do NOT do business with these scammers. I took my iPhone 6 there 3 years ago to get it unlocked and it somehow went missing and supposedly there was no way they could locate it without a ticket that they never gave me & the technician was very rude. In other words, they stole my phones. These guys are scammers.

Brought in my Samsung Galaxy that wouldnt take a charge. They replaced the charging board at a much more affordable price than buying a new phone would be. Unfortunately,it worked for about a month. Brought it back and they replaced the charging board again at no charge to me. Service was quick, less than a day I had my working phone back. My experience with ABC wireless was excellent. I brought my iPhone 6 Plus into the store because I had cracked my screen pretty bad and they fixed it fast without any problems! They are very friendly, kind, & very helpful. Very negotiable with the prices as well. I had a wonderful experience, most defiantly will be back!

The staff is nice. Wouldnt want that to be confused. And they sought to help my issue, but it never fully was serviced. Brought in a phone for screen repair. In the process somehow my battery was either damaged or installed incorrectly. Would not hold a charge. Brought it back on 3 different occasions to no avail. Bought a pair of iphone lighting headphones. The product is only good for listening. None of the features work. But like I said the staff was nice and ultimately tried to help. Just didnt fulfill. Wouldnt purchase anything in regards to repair or electrical. Cases only.

I brought an Xbox one into the store and they charged 170$ to fix and when i got it back it made a scratching sound like a grinding noise and the console wont turn off weeks later BOOM my xbox wont take disc these are scammers

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We brought in a phone for screen repair. Prior to taking the phone in, WE HAD NO ISSUES. After receiving the phone back, the same day we had problems with the phone turning on and off, Siri kept saying things without being prompt, the connect to iTunes commmad kept popping up. We took it back the same day. After picking it up a second time, the same problems still occurred (even while in the store, before leaving). We were instructed to leave the phone for additional work. After we received the phone back a second time, it would not hold a charge. After a few days, the phone died completely and would not turn on. We contacted the store and was told to bring it back in. They had the phone for 3 days (with no communication on their part—which they assured us that they will call, text or email). On the 3rd day, we contacted the company. We were told that the “motherboard” was not working. They offered to sell us another phone, even though we were out of 100+, getting it repaired. AGAIN, prior to taking the phone to this company, we had no issues. Please seek other assistance. Not this company.

The people in this store were a great help to me today. My phone was not working today. I went to two different stores and they said it was my screen. I showed my phone to the guys at this store and they fixed it in less than 10 minuets.

These people are horrible they took advantage of my boyfriend. My boyfriend took his phone to get a charging port fixed in his phone and when we got the phone back these people messed his screen up. Now me and my boyfriend knew the screen was working fine before we brought the phone to these people and they refuse to give us a refund. And they basically tells us that theres nothing they can do about the phone I will be contacting the BBB an report this so-called business. DONT TRUST THESE HACKS WITH YOUR PHONE AT ALL!!!!!!!!

I damaged my charge port in my Alcatel idol. I was faced with sending it off or getting it fixed. The problem was out of the 4 or 5 stores I called and went in couldnt fix it or didnt do work on my type of phone. This was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had as a consumer. These people not only LIED to me, they destroyed my iPhone 5s while replacing the screen! FIRST, The gentleman tells me that the products(screens, parts, pieces, etc.) are all Apple brand, not third party. Which was a LIE. After having my screen replaced, I kept having issues which I chalked up to the new update; I took the phone to Apple and found out ABC Wireless not only did they not use Apple parts, they also didnt put it completely back together. They left two connectors unconnected and didnt secure the home button. When I confronted the owner about it, he refused to give me a refund and told me because I didnt sign anything then I didnt actually have a 30 day warranty! So, now Im out $123 to get my screen replace and a brand new iPhone 5s!! Do NOT be scammed by these horrid people.
