Ive always enjoyed my experience at Mortons, now Floyds for many years. Theyre always pleasant abd very honest and fair in a dishonest type of business. I was also pleased to see that an old friend, Dale, was working there and he had done mechanic work for me in the past and is a good mechanic.

The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating. I happened to be returning my Uhaul after-hours and they happened to be on site, and proceeded to do all the check-in for me, saving me quite a bit of time and hassle. And the truck I rented even came with a lock attached to the rear door! Truly wonderful experience, highly recommend.

They are so good my grandmother used them for years before she passed away and she loves them and has told me in the past if something goes wrong take it to Morton’s my moms car just broke down today so I will taking it to Morton’s for them to repair it I know they will be able to repair it and get it back in a timely matter . Very friendly staff and they do awesome work .

This is the best mechanic shop in Tennessee!!! Literally, Ive been with him for years, hes very honest, does excellent work, if something not fixed after you leave his shop, take it back and he will personally look at it himself and and make sure its corrected. If something cost you a lot of money to get it fixed, I promise you, it will probably cost you more somewhere else. He has saved me a lot of money when others tried to take advantage of me. Now were talking about a professional job not something a jackleg mechanic would charge!!!

Replaced water pump and thermostat within a couple of hours. Didnt address the electrical issue with cooling fan.
