There was prompt acknowledgement that I had arrived and prompt service. Mr. Kenny was quite nice. He did not attempt to sell unnecessary items or services which was a relief. The prices were fair. Tried to go back to Kar Guard in Southaven after a great experience 8 years ago with my mom’s truck. Their exhaust guy wasn’t in last week (7/27/2020) because he was at another location helping out. So I call back 8/03/2020 to find he still isn’t there! The manager said he would be able to do the job if it were easy but didn’t sound like he had confidence to do so. He also told us that his exhaust guy Was helping out another location because that guy had a heart attack. I understand helping out when emergencies come up but let me ask a HUGE question...Who is supposed to take care of the exhaust work in Southaven???? Thoroughly disappointed!

I am so grateful for the guys at Kar-Guard. I have always received exceptional service over the years. Kenny and his team are extremely knowledgeable and they are very good at what they do. They have always been able to get my vehicle running in tip top shape for a reasonable price. I appreciate the fact that they are honest and do not try to take advantage of you. I don’t know why this place has good reviews and people mentioning they do good exhaust work . Kenny who sounded rude told me I needed a kit for any floor master that goes on a Camaro . That was not true went to Memphis and got some floormasters on and no kit was required hmmmmmm stay away Kenny you need training sir lol

These guys are amazing and professional the owner is amazing in professional and kind they helped me out with my catalytic converter issue and then a few days later I just dropped my car off on them because my spark plugs were put in wrong and they were kind enough to correct that issue with me no questions asked very kind very professional

I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. Then when I showed up and told them what I needed it the answer was not today.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The guy at the counter has NO peole skills, very cold and flat!! On top of that, i paid $75 to have my car checked, and when i asked him could it be another issue They told me about a while back, i was asdured that it was not, that if i fixed what They said, my car would run fine. Well i did that and my car Still runs the same!! They issue i asked him about, the one tjat was Not the issue, is Exactly what the issue is!! A complete waste of my 5 hrs waiting there and my money!!!

We just had our car repaired today at Kar-Guard in Southaven, Mississippi today (on Hwy 51). The service was great! The price was fair! We saved more than half off what the dealer quoted us for an exhaust system repair! (and with an oil change, tire rotation and blicker-light-bulb replacement included!).
