Everyone was great! We all know car shopping goes, so I was bracing for impact when I filled out the online form for the dealership to contact me. But want a pleasant surprise! Everyone I worked with was easy going, very friendly and very helpful and got me exactly the car I was looking for, to a T. They didn’t try to pawn me off on something else. I had a very positive experience. I’m new to the KIA line, and wow, do they have some top shelf cars. It wasn’t even the car I starting looking for, but I started exploring the KIA line. And after reading and researching a lot of reviews, I knew this was SUV I wanted. The great service from the dealership was the icing on the cake.

Very friendly staff. I started out by leasing a Vehicle back in 2018. They were very helpful and informative and didn’t hide any numbers. Now 3 years later I purchased the same vehicle that I had been leasing. The process was quick and efficient. They were upfront and transparent with the numbers and were great at answering any questions my wife and I had. I definitely will be coming back in the future when it’s time for a new vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership does not care about any customers. All they care is to sell you a vehicle at list price plus all theother fees. There service department could not even tell how my new KiaNiro Hybrid / Plug-in Hybrid works. Especially, they could not explain to mehow I charge my new vehicles hybrid battery. If you want a excellent vehicleI would go to Murdock Hyundai.

The Seiner Kia in South Jordan, Utah was an excellent experience... Special recognition goes to Zach Anderson (sales person) and Mark Andrews (Finance). I had done my research online, told Zach what I was looking for, and he worked details and got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I requested. Zach is the type of sales person we can all respect, not hovering over you, not trying to push additional options or upgrades, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles; easy to work with. Same goes for Mark in finance, not pushy, presents you options, and lets you make the decisions that are best for you. Overall the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had!

Final update:We went in and didnt leave until we were able to sit down with the GM. This was what it took and our trade in was paid off 120 days later. It was a lot of work and they eventually took care of it. He was really nice but we had to keep asking for updates.UPDATE:It has been 98 days and 30 days since my last update. Our previous trade in still has not been paid off. This place is awful.UPDATE: Got our plates and got a hold of an amazing sales representative named Cameron and he is going to be taking care of everything. Will update review once everything has been put through.We bought a brand new 50k car on May 8th and we are still working with them trying to1. Get our plates. We have been told they were mailed, and then that our sales rep would deliver them. Still no plates.2. Get our trade in paid. We have been told we will get calls back but havent.They messed up our payoff quote from our previous lender which is frustrating because I asked the sales rep if it could change because theyre a Dealership. The sales rep told me definitely not. I know car salesmen are known to be slimy and not always the best, but I have purchased 4 different cars from dealerships in my life and I have never encountered a place quite like this! Our initial experience was great, but picking up the pieces has been a nightmare. Id recommend staying away from the sales rep Drew R as he did hide things in our contract but that was our fault for not reading it carefully enough at signing..

Super solid dealership. William helped me get into the car I had talked about owning for years. He was super solid with communication and even communicated well after hours and on his off days. I had a few things I requested to be taken care of and they were very open to getting those things done for me. Cameron, the used cars manager, was super open to show me what they did to benefit and build value in the car, and made sure I was taken care of. I also spoke with Ryan, the GM, and he was super cool and positive about me getting the car Ive dreamed of as well. I initially took my car to Doug Smith in American Fork for the recalls on my Forte. After they had my car for 1 month, not even look at it, and having crashed my car, I went to pick up my car and called Jerry Seiner South Jordan. They immediately set me an appointment for the recalls on my car and were very honest about the time it would take. Though they told me it might take 3-4 hours; I was in and out of there in under 2. I stopped by yesterday and today to help a friend, who unfortunately contracted Covid, get a new tire. Everyone I interacted with was professional. I like the location. The facility is well organized and clean. They seem to take proper measures to protect employees and customers during this Covid pandemic. Service was timely.

We ordered the wildly popular Kia Telluride and just got it three days ago. Our experience was wonderful with our salesman, Derek. He was responsive and timely and answered all of our questions. The signing process was easy and I was done in under an hour.

I have never had a bad experience here. I bought my car last year and the process was quick and easy. I now also bring my car here for maintenance and have a great experience every-time. The only issue i have had is they forgot to order some parts but as soon as they realized their mistake the parts were quickly ordered and the work was done the next day. I will definitely continue to bring my car here and plan on purchasing my next car here also.

We really enjoyed our experience purchasing at Jerry Seiner Kia. Ivan was incredibly helpful every step of the way. As we were purchasing an older used vehicle, we wanted to be sure to get a second opinion on the vehicles condition. We were allowed to take the car overnight so our mechanic could look it over before we took the plunge. Wade also worked some magic to get us a great interest rate on our loan.Wed absolutely go back, and were thrilled with our new car.

I purchased a car almost two months ago and it has not been a good experience. From the beginning we went to finalize our loan at the bank and they didn’t give us a proper bill of sale and we waited at the bank for over 45 min trying to get them to fax the bank the correct papers. We kept calling our salesman William, and he was with another customer and wouldn’t answer our phone calls while we were trying to get them a check for the car. Now here we are two months later and my temp tag is expiring and I still have not received my plates or registration. Seems like they could care less about helping or trying to communicate properly.

I had my husband take my car in for the regular service check. It turns out that there was an issue with the Transmission Control Module. This is a known issue. We received a letter in the mail regarding this a few days after we dropped off my car. The letter said that Kia would update the software and replace the Intelligent Variable Transmission. Thats great. But they had my car for A MONTH! What?? Seriously? A month? I guess they were waiting for parts to come in. But here is the thing, if there is a known issue, why didnt they already have the parts? Ready for people to come get it fixed? When we called to get an estimated date, they said they were still working on the car and that they didnt know when the part would come in. If you dont have the parts, why dont you expedite the parts in? Yes, they replaced everything for free. Yes they gave us a rental car. That is why they are getting 3 stars. But a MONTH is ridiculous.

My salesman Link was SO AWESOME!! I flew in from out of town to purchase my Forte and he offered to pick me up from the Airport and saved me the Uber drive expense. What great personal service!!

Every time I have gone there, I have had an appointment and it has mostly been for recalls. Today is the third time in 6 weeks that I have gone there and they couldnt do the recall. The first time, the computers at Kia were down so they couldnt do recalls. No call to tell me or anything. This was after my husband and I both drove there so he could pick me up. The second time, two weeks later, the computers were still down at Kia so they couldnt do the recalls. This third time, I specifically asked when I set up the appointment to make sure if they would be able to do the recall when I went. I was assured that everything was in order to have the recall done. When I got there in the morning, with my husband again there to pick me up, they told me they didnt have a master mechanic there who would be able to do the recall work, so I would have to bring it back another time. Every time I go to this dealership there is something that makes me have to go two or three times to get the work done. Another time for a different recall, they didnt have the part that day so I had to bring the car back another time. Two times before that when I had warranty work that was supposed to be done, they didnt have the part for the warranty work. It is a little understandable one time, but to reschedule the warranty work and then not have it available again is ridiculous. Another two times in taking my car in because the lights wouldnt stay on at night which is a little dangerous so I couldnt drive anywhere at night, there was no master mechanic to look at it, they said. I always ask if the mechanics are going to be there now and if they have the parts, but there is always something else or the mechanic was sick or something. I have never had worse service anywhere. I wish there were somewhere else I could go to get the work done on my Kia Soul. Every time I get a recall notice my heart sinks because I know I am going to have to deal with them again.

We fell in love with and ordered a Telluride. While the wait time to have it actually delivered is frustrating, our salesman Jon was so helpful. He returned all texts with answers to questions very quickly. There was no pressure on what to buy or to actually make a purchase. We grew weary of waiting for the telluride. On our way to buy a different car, at a different dealership, we stopped in for a test drive to just make sure. We were nudged to have a look at the Sorento. We ended up liking it, and with no pressure on us, we ended up purchasing it.. We have driven many cars and been to many dealerships in our search for the right car. The attitude and helpfulness at Jerry Seiner made a big difference in our decision to move forward on our purchase.

I was looking for a new car and trading my old one in. I have purchased cars from both Ken Garff and Larry Miller. Both were absolute horror to work with. Always trying to tell me how honest and upfront they were to win my business. At the end of sitting down with both and not being able to agree on numbers I decided to come to Jerry Seiner Kia. I told them I wanted a new Soul. They quickly game me a test drive and then soon after the final numbers. The number they gave me included title, tax, everything. So I didn’t have to guess what my price would be when signing. Who does that?! There was no back and fourth our guy helping us was Derek Roy and he was amazing. Treated me well gave me some pointers after I bought it to teach me the stuff I didn’t know. He took the time to hear me out and really paid attention. The manager we worked with was also very kind. I don’t remember his name but he was at the front desk and greeted me very kindly. And they gave me 9500 for my trade in when the others would only give 8k. They got me in a brand new car with 15 miles! I will forever be going to this location for all my cars in the future.

Ordered a Kia Telluride with James Templin at this dealership. I live in St. George, which is 3 1/2 hours away, so it was all done over phone. The experience was great, James walked me through the process, give me a very accurate time frame and was accessible the whole time.During the five month wait (thanks Covid), James kept me informed, let me know I was still on his radar.When the car arrived, and I arrived at the dealership, All the paperwork was in order, and ready to go. We test drove the car, and I was in with the finance guy for about 20 minutes. I went in to the show room and I had a salesman try to help but had 3 other customers. After being there 30 min and talking with him for maybe 5 minutes. I got irritated and went to leave. And Drew just started talking to me. He told me he was about to go home too but I should look at the Carnival. I now own that Carnival. So Drew sold me a car just for being a good dude.

When I finally was transferred to KIA service department, everything was amazing!Whoever is Monatone Mary on the phones dragged out a simple call into 5 minutes of silence and utter confusion. I specifically said, I have a recall letter on my vehicle. She tried to schedule me an oil change, and wanted to schedule me out 6 weeks. I told her again this is a recall that my car can catch on fire. Then at that moment I was transferred to Kia.So make sure you are taking to Kia and not whoever this dealer had intercepting calls. That person is not listening.
