We went online last night and got a great offer for my car. I went in this morning with the offer expecting them to drop their offer after they inspected my car. They stood by their offer and had a great experience selling the car to them hassle free. I hate we had to sell this Charger, was a fantastic car for the time we owned it.
I really enjoy CarMax and will continue to use them time and time again, as well re-fer people to the establishment. Honest people who lesson, care and understand. They want to work with you and will find ways to make things happen without feeling Pressure like other dealerships.With CarMax.. I was able to get a fun toy that has been wanted for a while.
Low pressure, very transparent, easy to work with. If youre in the market for a car, it is well worth your while to stop in your local CarMax to work with them. They are friendly and the sales staff works on a flat commission, so they dont try and pressure you into buying a car you cant afford. You tell them what you want to spend and they see if they have a car in their inventory that matches your needs. I highly recommend.
Would 100% recommend selling at Carmax.I was looking to sell a vehicle I had leased and saw the commercial for CarMax. Went in after filling out the online sales form and they verified the online offer in about 30 minutes.I checked two other dealerships and CarMax offered the most competitive amount so I came back two days later and they honored the original offer. No new questions or anything. They also handled the leasing company and cut me a check on the a spot. I was there for less than an hour.1.5 hours total time . A fair offer. No run around. Good customer service. Couldnt recommend them enough.
Bruce was great to work with. He approached us when he noticed us waiting and asked if we needed help. We told him we looked online and found a Palisade that would have to be shipped and just wanted to run a couple of financing options by him. He was happy to help and made the entire process easy and efficient.Weve purchased over a dozen vehicles since being married and this was THE BEST purchasing experience weve ever had, period! The quote I received online was $6500 but once on site it appraised for $3000. We ended up taking the offer anyway but felt bait and switched. Process also took a very long time. About an hour to appraise and then about 3 hours to finish the deal.
DO NOT WORK WITH ALI!!!I ordered in a 2015 Camaro ZL1 from Boise. I went to pick up the car for a 24 hour test drive. I was met by Ali. He took me back and started the process. He asked me about financing and I told him I would not go through them because their interest rates were too high. He then seemed frustrated and walked away. Then Caleb came in and I asked if it was something personal. Caleb told me it was that he could not finish the process without the financing. I told him it was weird that he could do the entire process but not without a part of it.Caleb was great. Had me sign one paper and initial two others. He got me going and I took the car for 24 hours. I returned the next day to drop off the car and was met by Ali. He never asked me if I liked or what I thought of the car. It’s like he had no interest in selling the car at all. He started the process of receiving the vehicle. He came back to me and said I did not sign one of the papers, I told him I did and I was not going to sign it again. He walked away and as he did I swear he mumbled “F-YOU” under his breath, but I can’t confirm that as it was difficult to hear him with his mask on. He came back to me a second time telling me there was no signed paper. Again I told him I signed that and he needs to find it. He then finally found it.He then brought up the fact the fuel tank was not full. I told him no one informed me that it was a stipulation of the 24 hour test drive and I was willing to pay for whatever gas I used. He then told me to go fill it up. I said no, I was willing to pay for the fuel but at this point I was not liking the way I was being treated. He then said I will see if my manager will just over look it. I had just sold my house and was looking to put $50K to $70K down and finance the rest to continue to build my credit.When he came back I asked to look at another car. He was willing to show me. But when I asked about another 24 hour test drive he said no way. He said that it was an anomaly that I would do that again. I asked him to please explain. He said Because of me not filling up the last vehicle his managers would not be willing to do another, without even talking to them. I told him I was willing to make that right but if he didn’t want my business I will take it elsewhere. Don’t offer a service if you are not willing to follow it. I have purchased my last four vehicles from Carmax. After this experience it is likely I never will again. His lack of communication and his demeanor towards me was unacceptable, unprofessional and downright uncalled for. If you do decide with Carmax DO NOT WORK WITH ALI!!!
Found a BMW in Parker Colorado and had it shipped to Sandy Utah. The vehicle was in excellent condition and a very fast process from in and out. Great customer service and love the 90 day warranty. Clean service history.Very happy with the purchase and everything works as it should considering its a 2014. Highly recommended and no pressure to buy after it had arrived.
My experience with Carmax was an absolute mess and I would not recommend them to anyone. I had a car shipped from CT to UT and the arrival day passed without any word or update so I drove by the SLC location and saw my car sitting in the customer parking lot. I assumed they would call me shortly to let me know it arrived but didn’t hear anything for 4 days. After trying to get ahold of someone for an hour on the phone, I was told that I was wrong and the car never arrived. After being accused of lying and that it wasn’t in their parking lot, someone finally looked and there it was. They told me that the shipper dropped it off without their knowledge and no one knew, even though it was in direct eyeshot from the Carmax front door. Then they called to let me know they had no idea where the keys were and had no time frame for when anything would be solved. I tried to be understanding but every time I called after that, I got put on hold for 30 minutes and was forgotten about or I was told to call back later. When my car was finally ready, I got there and the stripping on top of the car was falling off and the inside of the car was disgusting. The seats were covered in a grimy film, there was food stains on the handles, a bunch of gunk in between the seats, and scuff marks everywhere. They clearly didn’t bother to check the inside of the car before they called me. I brought it up to them and was told that they don’t detail but I guess they also don’t do any cleaning whatsoever? They claim they have this huge inspection process but I guess that doesn’t involve the inside of the car or the top of it. There was also scuff marks on the outside and chips everywhere (which they tried to fill in with a white that doesn’t match at all) that was never mentioned prior which is infuriating. They simply do not care and lack any form of communication. I dread any further interactions with Carmax.

I put my info. into the computer, after which they gave me a quote online. When I went there, they gave me the amount of money that they quoted. I loved that there was no negotiation regarding money. They were quick and professional, and they handled all of the paperwork. I have already recommended Carmax to people!! Next time I need to sell my car, Carmax will DEFINITELY be the place where I sell it.
Nice car dealership. Not your everyday pushy salespeople. Clean location. Good selection of vehicles. One thing I like about Car Max is they will disclose you if the vehicle has been a rent-a-car, personal trade in or a lease returns. Car Max does do a multi inspection of the vehicle so you know your getting a good vehicle. They do have a great warranty plan as well. If you find a car you like an neighboring state Car Max, they will bring it to Utah for low price (starting at $99). So shop with confidence.
I got an offer online, then made an appt to sell my car. Once I got there and checked in, it was a breeze. They just happened to be busy at that time, but it all went smooth especially for first time dealing with CarMax.
Carmax was awesome to sell my vehicle to. They offered close to $2000 more than the nearest competitor and the total process took no more than 15 minutes from start to finish. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to sell a vehicle in todays climate.

I scheduled the appointment to sell my truck to CarMax. At the time I was told to expect 60-90 minutes. The entire transaction took about 70 minutes; I waited in the airconditioned waiting room; then after the truck was inspected spent about 5 minutes filling out the final paperwork. And the price paid was exactly what the website suggested.I would certainly use CarMax again in the future
I paid $299 to have a 2019 Ford Explorer transferred from the Las Vegas dealership. They called to do the usual routine, and asked me if I had any questions about the vehicle. I inquired about any damage to the interior or exterior prior to paying the shipping fee. I was told the car was in near perfect condition except for a small ding in the passenger side door that could only be seen upon very close inspection. I said okay and went on with the transfer.When the car arrived, there was obvious damage to the arm rest in the front of the car. The leather was torn and the cushion underneath was exposed. Additionally, the rear bumper still had masking tape on it from being repainted and there was broken window glass in the third row cup holder. The paint on the rear bumper had a bubble in it, and on top of it all one of the panels of the rear side door had been popped out for unknown reasons. I pointed this all out to the sales person and she said she would refund the transfer fee. She voluntarily said she would put in repair orders for all the issues. I was satisfied with that and went on to buy the car. Two weeks went by and I still had not received the refund for the transfer fee. We got back into contact with the salesperson and she said she would re-submit the refund request. We asked for a confirmation number for that but were told that information was not available. The refund came through the week after that.During the sale we requested a specific type of license plate and that they be sent to our house. We paid for this to be done. The day before the temporary registration expired we called and they said the plates were in and we could come pick them up. We had to drive to the dealership to get them, and they very reluctantly refunded the postage to have them sent to our house. The final cherry on top was the wrong plates were ordered. This whole process was a hassle and I wouldn’t choose to go through it again.

I have quite the story to tell- I am going to shorten some of it so I can talk about the more recent experience I had last night.In short, I originally bought a Nissan, the transmission failed, so I returned it and got a 2016 Hyundai Elantra, The 2016 Hyundai needed the engine replaced, so I brought it back to Carmax and they got that taken care of, when I got the car back the same issues persisted one week later, so I decided to return and purchase a different vehicle.Now here’s the fun part 🤩I went to carmax to find a replacement vehicle and worked with a very nice man who walked around the lot with me and talked to me about the various cars and helped me find something I loved (red 2017 Hyundai Elantra) I wish I remembered his name because he was so kind and helpful!I came back the next morning right when they opened in hopes that I would be able to get right in and out with no trouble, but after 2 failed cars I didn’t have the right expectations.I got into the building and began working with Tanner, he got my application approved for the vehicle I had been looking at the night before, and I was ready to start the paperwork and go home. I was told by Tanner several times that he was going to get paperwork and he would be sitting up front talking with other sales reps while I just sat there.Finally I got some answers, and the sales manager informed me that the car that I had on hold had been loaned out to a customer who is having work done on their car. I was frustrated but the manager told me to come back when the car was returned around 2 or 3.At 2:30 ish I got a call from Tanner who told me the car had been returned. I got very excited and asked if I could come do my paperwork and be done. Tanner kind of gave me the run around and told me that I could not come until 4:30 (2 hours later) I was frustrated but Tanner told me that’s when the office would be ready for me? I agreed and said I would be there at that time, and told him I did not want to be stuck at the dealership until 9:00 like I had been on all my previous visits. Tanner said it would be no problem.I came back to Carmax at the requested time and asked for Tanner, I was told he would be with me in a few minutes and I was directed to his desk. 15 minutes later, no Tanner and I was very frustrated to the point that I was crying. I just wanted to be done and have a working car that I could take home.THEN DAVID GROWE SAVED ME. GOD BLESS DAVID. He came and saw that I was very upset and brought me over to his desk- he got the return paperwork within minutes and got everything processed very quickly. We had a couple computer issues (what’s new) but David was very patient. He sat at the desk with me the whole time and talked to me about myself and my day, what a wonderful employee!! David got me over to the office to get the final paperwork signed and got the temp tag on my car- even brought my loaner to the garage to get my stuff transferred for me! Once the paperwork was done David stood with me while I waited for my copies and escorted me to my new car.I had a less then great experience with carmax, but I believe that David helped all of that negativity go away with his wonderful attitude and quick work. THANK YOU DAVID!!!

Very transparent. They even had a computer screen facing me so I could see every step of the car buying process. Half way through, my son had an emergency and they totally accommodated me and rushed the remaining process in every way possible. Thank you for a great car buying experience!
First time ever going to CarMax, was the post by a serviceman by the name of David very nice gentleman took his time to walk us through the process making us understand that he was not there to tell us the car but to help us to find the car that we like whether it was with them or not so well be going back to CarMax more than likely to purchase a vehicle at some time thanks guys you made it pretty easy and especially to you David.
Carmax is honestly better than ANY car dealership that you will ever be able to find. They are so friendly and help you with whatever you may need. On point about all of the information they give you. And on top that the warranty that they offer is better than anything you would be able to get any where. I have never felt pressured at this car dealership as well. Thank you to Josh for helping me out with my car journey!

The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting our car appraised. The wait times were a little long but the process was really easy which made up for it.
The car buying experience was nice enough but the service afterwards wasn’t all that great. The license were supposed to be mailed to us since we live an hour away and this was verified several times. I called a month after we bought the car to check on the license plates and they weren’t in yet (that was fine and I verified that they would call when the plates were in). We never received said call or the message that was supposedly left when the plates came in. We had to drive the hour there and back on the day that the temp tag expired because they didn’t do anything they said they would do. Probably won’t be making that drive for the next car.

My son and I drove from South Dakota to get a jeep from the dealership. There was a slight hiccup between their online crew and the in-person salespeople but it all worked out. It was a bit of an issue at first but Lois (our salesman) did a wonderful job assuring he was going to do everything it took to get everything worked out. Louis is a wonderfullll salesman. I admired his communication skills and work ethic. He assured us that no matter the circumstance he was going to get us taken care of and he did that. He even helped entertain my son which was really cool. There were a few other salesmen and managers that helped where they could and made the whole process a lot more comfortable. I LOVE my car and I got a wonderful deal. I would definitely recommend buying at this dealership and going through Lois. Thank you!

This place is a joke! We got an online offer and scheduled the appointment to take our truck in. We drove 3 hours to get to the Carfax location, with no problems. When we got there the truck was running fine and there were no warning lights on. Then the appraiser drives the truck and they come back with an offer $4,000 less than what we were originally offered. Their reasoning was that there was a check engine light on, indicating that our truck needed an injector replaced. We informed them that the light hadn’t been on before and that we wanted to speak to the guy who drove it. The only person we were allowed to speak with was the guy at the front desk, who showed us pictures of what the check engine light code was reading. He wouldn’t give us the name of the person that drove it or let us speak to him. Now we have to spend more than $1,000 to fix what they broke. Needless to say, we’ll be reporting them to the BBB and seeking compensation.
Our purchasing experience at CarMax with their salesperson and support team was very positive. The CarMax model is the way all car selling should be done. It is a different system and better lines up with normal purchasing activities. Not hype, just good sales practice. Access to a huge nation-wide inventory, no cars from disaster events, high standards of condition, absolutely no pressure, no haggling over prices, preset prices represent reasonable book and conditions, no fear for the quality of the product, openly provided detailed car fax history records, returns and warranties, easy financing and a full tank. Our rep even worked extra time to help us finish our purchase. The last time we bought a car, was a nightmare, because other car places do it the old way. And it felt like being a victim. This was not that. I will definitely return to CarMax when I want to do shopping for a car my way! I recommend you start here first.

The offer was great! Almost identical to my online appraisal. But the wait time to sell the car was ridiculous. Sitting in line for 4 hours wasn’t what I had in mind to do on a Saturday. To be fair I guess 3 people called in sick but made for a lousy day.

I never felt like just another random person who bought a car online. I think this experience was one my best in life! This was my first new car ever and they made it easy and fabulous!

We purchased one other car from them, and the experience was great. However, our recent purchase didnt go as well. The salesman was extremely pushy. He demanded that we had to finance with them even though their rate sucked and we already had pre-approval with our bank. He said we could just switch the financing within 3 days. We went with their financing and then got a check from our bank the next day. This added a step, and I had to drive from Ogden to draper again. My husband had to take more time off work. All because he couldnt be patient and let us go to the bank. Then, after signing the documents, we were given someone elses documents and someone was given ours. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Especially after we signed a document saying that would keep our info confidential. There needs to be a quality control process to receiving the correct documents and an actionable goal for improvement. *hint to the manager* I will never buy from CarMax again. EVER.
This location was EXTREMELY busy with a waiting room full of people but the employees were professional, helpful and friendly. The gal that helped me was Wil and she did a great job! I was there a long time but this was expected due to the crazy car market we are experiencing currently. Wil made the entire experience very pleasant.
Very disappointed in the way they do business. I have been waiting 5 months now for my license plates, and my bank has still not received the title... If my loan goes into default for not having the title, I will be getting a lawyer and suing. This is absolutely unacceptable. At this point there is no valid excuse other than complete incompetence. I am also very frustrated that I have to call and contact them every month to tell them my temporary has expired.. I have gone through 4 temporary tags. I can not even begin to express my distaste of having to sit on hold for hours just to be told it will be longer..
Went in to get an appraisal for my car. first some lady sent me to the wrong room where I waited in line for fifteen minutes to be told I was in the wrong place. then I went back to the desk the lady originally sent me away from. from there I waited outside by my car until someone came to appraise it. then I waited inside for half an hour before someone told me what it was worth.after all this wait they offered me 3,500. five minutes ago I sold the car myself for over 9k. I was insulted by how low a price they offered. after waiting around for four times longer than they said I would have to Im glad I didnt let them rip me off.
I was skeptical at first, but after receiving two relatively low offers on my trade I decided to check it out.I received my online offer and was even more skeptical. I thought for sure I’d go in and it would be much less.I made the appointment and within 20 minutes they confirmed the offer online!I went to pickup my new car and came back to finalize the deal which only took about 5 minutes in the office and 15 minutes to wait.I highly highly highly recommend selling to carmax. Offer was MORE than fair and the experience was seamless.

After shopping around at a few places I luckily found car max. I went from a 16% interest rate, $700 a month payment, and pushy sales people at LHM USED CARS to a 6% interest, $450 payment, saved 3k on identical cars with identical miles nearly, and had a pleasant car buying experience with car max. I felt so safe that I bought it online without even test driving it. 3 months later, still happy.
I would never recommend CarMax, not even to my worst enemy! I got an offer for my car online and made an appointment to have it appraised. Went in for the appointment and still had to wait an hour- only to be told the VW is closed on Saturdays and they wouldnt be able to process anything until Monday. The employee told me to call on Monday to make sure that they were working on my car.. seems to me that should be their job-.. to make sure. Came back the following Wednesday after I was told ALL of the paperwork was ready and all I would have to do is sign. After an hour and a half of waiting I was told that I would need my marriage license with my maiden name. The third time I had to go back it took them two hours to help me. Every single employee I talked to told me something different. They were not upfront with the documentation I would need. It took 6 hours of my time, spread across three days. I was told repeatedly Im sorry, were really busy, well, so am I. I had to take time off from a full time job. Honoring an appointment made well in advance is something I dont believe they are capable of. By the time all was said and done I vowed never to do business with them again, I wouldnt have kept going back, but I was too far into the process.I dont take the time to write reviews often, so just know, it must have been horrid.If I could give them 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE experience.
Went in because I needed a car that same day (my car broke down), was told to wait for them to call me on the phone because they were too busy at the moment despite the fact that there were at least 4 salesmen obviously available at the time. But the wait wasnt the problem. I never received a call back and ended up waiting in the parking lot until well beyond close without receiving help. Recommend going elsewhere.

The only thing that keeps it fromBeing a 5 Star Review is that we transferred the car we bought and once you put the transfer request in they tell you when it’s on a truck and that’s all. Would be super nice if they had a tracking service that would allow you to follow the car more closely.
The whole experience was great, the car that I chose was out of state, I was approved already by my bank. Carmax place the order to transfer the car to my city and sent me all paperwork to present to my bank but the time the car made it here which they kept me post on every step; all paperwork was in order. I went in for a test drive and the process was easy and fast. All paperwork was done online and took the car home. They were so friendly over the phone as in person. No pressure, just making sure I had the best car buy experience. Thank you.
Excellent attentive service. Fair pricing and easy transaction for a major purchase. Chris, our sales associate, was great to work with. He took care of us through the whole process from getting the car shipped to our location, arranging for a 24 hour test drive, and through the sales transaction. The 30 day return provision and 90 day warranty are great pluses and take away much of the risk associated with purchasing a previously owned vehicle.

What a nightmare! Quote to purchase my car? Not honored. Carmax’s willingness to correct their error? Non existent. A very “take it or leave it” attitude by the business office. Service department is not great at updating progress of the repairs on my new car. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is the sales people we worked with fought for us.
My husband and I bought are care through carmax a year ago and the car from the very beginning had absolutely nothing but problems. At first I was not worried because we had warranty on the the car. But after dropping the car off at carmax and picking it back up about 4 different times just for it to continue to have the same problems and they kept fixing everything but the problem I finally took it upon myself to take it to a Ford dealership. (something carmax told me they did and Ford couldn’t find the problem either.) Ford however did find the problem but unfortunately didn’t have the part in stock so it sat for a month waiting to get fixed! One of the times carmax had the car they put a new axel on the front end. well after it was making a rattling sound but carmax wanted to charge me to even look at it so I took it to les schwab and the AXEL WASNT EVEN INSTALLED PROPERLY!! I called multiple times with my complaints and tried to get into another car but was transferred to person after person with absolute no help from anyone!! I called the service department and let them know what happened with the axel and all I got was “sorry for the inconvenience.” We got to the point we had to void our warranty just so we could take the car and make sure it was properly fixed!! It’s now been a year and the car is still nothing but trouble. The amount of money I have dumped into this car is ridiculous!! Definitely wouldn’t ever recommend or buy from carmax ever again!
Customer service was great! Though it took much longer than they had said. 20 min to an hour turned into 3hrs 45 minutes. I would still do it all over again, just wish they had more staffing at peak time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got a quote online from them stating they would give us $3,100 for our car that is in average condition. Drove an hour to their location, waited over an hour after our supposed appointment, and then they came back with an offer of $1,500. They are a JOKE. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of my boyfriend and I because we are young and they saw that we drove an hour to their location. They are a SCAM. The switch-and-bait is real with this place. Will never buy or sell from them. Buyer/seller beware.
I love the no pushiness. Nothing is worse than a car sales person who just wants you to buy a high priced car. There was none of that at carmax. Everything was transparent, they make the same commission no matter the cost of the car you buy so they just want to make you happy. Overall it was a positive experience and I would defiantly purchase through carmax again. I also felt we got a very good price for our trade in.

CarMax made the process of buying a car a complete breeze despite the fact the process is typically stressful with or without a pandemic. I was able to go to the Draper location and walk in to a friendly, sanitary, helpful environment. Joslyn was an absolute dream to work with and was very patient with me as i tried multiple vehicles on the lot in freezing cold temperatures. She was never pushy and stayed longer than her scheduled just to research through the nationwide catalog of CarMax vehicles with me. After hours of what I thought would be a simple test-and-go, I left that night a happy woman. All the research paid off and I ended up paying the ridiculously low fee of just $99 to have my dream car shipped from California to Utah ONLY for a test drive with no commitment or requirements whatsoever!! I received prompt emails on the status of the shipment and despite placing the shipment order December 23rd 9pm right before two holidays, the car arrived at the local CarMax on January 5th. Joslyn reached out immediately and we scheduled a test drive later that same night! After a few more hours and staying passed closing time, Joslyn handed me the keys to my beautiful new car that night!! They also allowed me to leave the rental car I was using in their parking lot overnight, safely! My experience with Carnax has been terrible! I saw a car I wanted to look at, on line. I tried to call their local, area code 801 number 6 times over the past 3 days. I selected “speak to an operator” and each time I hung up after being on hold for over 10 minutes! It is almost impossible to speak to a human being at this location. I didn’t want to drive several hours to see a car if it was already sold. Finally, I somehow got sent to a National switchboard and asked to speak to someone at the local dealership. After a 5 minute hold this time, i was connected to the local dealership and was told that yes indeed the car was sold! They missed a sale and I will never do business with CarMax again. What happened to customer service and speaking with an actual person?

Sold my 2020 Navigator here a few weeks ago. Front service was excellent!!! Back department, or cashiers office was atrocious. I waited hours. They need to work on that!

The reason for the 5 Star Rating is because the STAFF was well trained, friendly, courteous and very helpful. I want to give a shout out to Debbie who kept us informed and helped expedite the process and Wil Lastve who was fast and efficient in completing the paperwork! The internet portion of the process was smooth and resulted in a fair buy offer for our car. We made an APPOINTMENT to bring the car in BUT we had to wait for hours before the transaction was completed. The wait times were totally EXCESSIVE. I can tell you the EXCESSIVE WAIT times were the continuous topic of discussion among those patiently waiting to Buy or Sell their vehicles. Surely, CAR-MAX can and should improve their Customers experience.
The appraisal for the vehicle we were selling was way above the Kelly blue book which was awesome, but working with Carmax was terrible. It took three trips to their office and over 5 hours to finally figure it out. Every time you speak with a different employee, you get a new answer and have to complete a different step to finish the process. It felt like everything was a big run-around. Don’t come here unless you plan on speaking to 10 different people to find one answer and wasting hours in the smelly waiting room.
Wont answer phone and keep being put on hold and then they hang up. I went on line to sale a car and still havent heard nothing from them. Very disappointing. Dont waste your time like I did.

The hybrid online/in person car shopping experience is great. We had been shopping for The car for a few months all along monitoring various dealers for exactly what we wanted. The wonderful thing about Carmax was the ability to shop all of their many nation wide lots. We found the car we wanted one state away so we reserved the vehicle and transferred it to our local store. A couple of weeks later they had it ready and called us to come in and check it out. We ended up buying the car that day. With their 24 hour test drive, 30 day return, and 90 day warranty coverage all standard with the purchase they were excellent to purchase a car through. With todays atmosphere the ability to find exactly what you want online, have it shipped in(with no obligation except for shipping fee) goes a long way, especially when looking for that used vehicle of choice.
Great experience. Love the no haggle price and the low pressure. Dave was a great help at sorting out my needs and giving me all the decision tools that I needed to make a good call. This is my second experience with CarMax and first in Utah. Both have been great experiences and I would definitely recommend them for those looking for a well kept used car.

Check the prices when you go here, NADA had a car priced at 5800 clean retail and car max had it price at 10,000 that a bit much for a 90 day warranty. The customer service was nice though, every one was very polite.
Best experience i have had purchasing a vehicle to date, i had some issues with the convertible top on the vehicle and they didnt even hesitate to not only take care of the issues but got me into a loaner vehicle, Sarai and the rest of the service team are amazing. I went into carmax thinking it would be just another dealership and i was completely wrong, thank you carmax!! Big thanks to Mike and Elio for all the help with my purchase too!

If less then one star existed it would be served on a platter to this dealership. They are extremely unfriendly rude and they blatantly ignore you and any questions you have do not bother coming here for anything.

My husband and I have been car shopping for months. and I Mean since like May and we havent been able to find a vehicle/dealer/price that we felt comfortable with. Bobby was our sales guy and he was so friendly and no pressure to buy the car, when they say no haggle, it really is no haggle.
