Mike and the rest of the team are truly “epic.” My wife and rented a 2021 Razr 1000-4 seater for 6 days to participate in the Fall RockyMtn Jamboree. What we liked most about the rental is that we were able to add the machine to our auto insurance policy for the one-week rental period. This gave us peace of mind and eliminated the normal $2,500 security deposit. Unfortunately, my wife and I were diagnosed with COVID two days before our pick-up date and we had to cancel the rental. Mike wished us well and agreed to refund our prepayment, no questions asked.We wholeheartedly recommend Epic Rentals and look forward to the next Rocky Mountain Jamboree!

I had the best experience I have ever had with a rental company. We were down in sand hollow and got a side by side and it made the weekend. Everything went smooth and the rates were half of what everyone else wanted and the machine was brand new. I will definitely be using them again!

I do not recommend this company at all. They refused to refund my brother his deposit of $3000! There was no foul play involved in the rental at all. Please take this as a warning to look elsewhere or you may be the next one warning others.

Had a great experience with Epic Rentals. It was great to have a one stop shop! I wanted to rent a side by side and needed a trailer and larger SUV to pull it, they had all of that stuff and at a great price. In addition to that they have great customer service. My machine had a very minor issue that I let them know of and within an hour they had driven up the canyon to swap out the machine for a different one which wasnt necessary but speaks to their customer service. I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes to rent a car, side by side, trailer, or camper.

Absolutely the best place! First time we rented a Yukon Denali and we were able to get it on short notice and on Fathers Day weekend. Their family run business is like walking into their home and treated like you love their with them! Family oriented, kind, great prices, work hard to make sure your rental experience is the best one. Have rented from them 3 times and have already booked the next weekend! Highly recommended!!

We called a few places to rent a side-by-side, and thankfully ended up here. They were EXCELLENT. We had to change our plans unexpectedly and they were completely accommodating and fair. Their customer service was friendly, and they know the trails, which was extremely helpful as we had no idea where to go. They gave us multiple ideas. We also needed a rig to tow the trailer last minute and they gave us a beautiful SUV for less than any rental company would ever charge.This place is what businesses should be. I wish everyone would run a business like this. Thanks for all you did for us!

Overall, great experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating - when my quad ran out of gas about a mile away from the camp, they rode out with a gas can, filled up my quad enough to bring it back to camp, and left me with the one they rode out on, so I had a full tank and could continue having a great time!

It was our 1st time at the sand dunes my brother really wanted to rent a vehicle to be spending it at the sand dunes before he left on the mission. It was a family trip. We called and we gave the deposit over 1000 dollars. They never gave us the deposit back. When I called they were confusing me with someone else that damage the vehicle. It’s been 3 months and they didn’t give it back. We had to talk to the bank and the bank finally gave us the money.. but come on 3 months really? It was ridiculous. Horrible.

Great experience from start to finish on the rental of two Polaris off road vehicles.. Family owned business, everyone equally as friendly and helpful. Visiting my daughter, traveled from Florida, looked for a fun experience; from the moment I met Zach, to the phone conversations with Felicia and the final pickup by Michelle everything was smooth and efficient. Holy moly! Epic was fantastic to work with! The owner was so sweet and down to earth and answered all my questions. They had a vehicle the right size on their lot. Getting the car was easy. They even drove it to where I needed to pick it up. I’m so very pleased with the service. Reasonable rates too.

I have made arrangements a month before. I received an email with the agreement. Credit card was charged for the agreed amount. Day before the flight I was contacted for the arrival time. On the date of the flight I contacted to confirm the arrival time. We arrived at 9:40am. A nice new Denali was waiting for us with keys inside right outside the gates. We didn’t have to wait. On the day to return the car. I just texted where I left the car at the parking lot. I’m really impressed with the service, condition of the car, money I saved and most importantly the time that I saved.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. I rented through Turo and it was very simple, but the communication on how to pick up the car and how to drop off the car was unclear. With it being my first time renting I would have liked to have more directions given to know exactly what I need to do before I take the car and before I drop it off so I don’t get taken advantage of. But they were very quick at responding when I had to ask questions about how to pick up and drop off, but I felt like they needed to communicate those important steps up front rather than me having to ask what to do. Also I went there to pick up my car during their business hours and nobody was there and they did not communicate how I was supposed to get the car until 5 minutes before my pick up time, which I was already there standing in front of the shop for over an hour. I would have just preferred more communication and clear directions.

This place is the best and cheapest place in town to rent a Polaris side by side machine. Zach is a stud! In less than 24hrs he had a machine ready for me to pick up the following morning and gave me a smoking price for two full days. Cant thank him enough for all his help and making it happen. We had a blast riding it the next two days. You guys rock!

After losing all faith in customer service epic rentals gave it back to me. I was treated with respect and they actually care about my happiness and well being . I have rented multiple vehicles through them now and will never go anywhere else!!

Spent over $1000 on a surf boat. The boat would not fill with water. Employees were rude. Had to rig a rope to wakeboard. Equipment is old... I am from austin TX and rented from epic a couple years ago and it went well but in a couple years this company has gone down hill.

I rented a very nice 2019 Yukon Xl from Epic. The reservation was extremely easy to make and when I arrived for pickup it was about a 10 minute process including going over some of the car features. Rented a Buick Enclave from Epic over the recent MLK weekend. I have to say that renting from this company was super easy and the rental price was quite reasonable. The car itself was immaculate with only 7500 miles and for a family of 5 with AWD it was perfect for our needs. Communication was also very easy via email and text.The only thing to really keep in mind is that if you are setting up an airport drop off and pick up they will use the economy lot for the vehicle transfer so factor in an extra 15-20 minutes with pick up and drop off but you may end up wasting a similar amount of time in a long rental car line so the extra time involved isnt really a big deal. It took 3 weeks, but I finally got my deposit back. Was a little frustrated with the lack of communication during that time. They are new to the glamis seen and I think I got caught up in their growing pains. All in all not too bad. It was at the beginning of the covid situation also.

Epic Rental is a family owned rental business. We rented a 2019 Kia Sedona for our yearly trip to Jackson Hole. The Sedona almost brand new. Epic Rental was so wonderful to work with and they went out of there way to make it a positive experience for me and my family. Epic Rental is also conveniently located just off of I-15 on 10600 south. They have my business for life!!

Rented a car from them on Turo, and after I returned it, they charged me for more miles than I actually drove. I did go over the allowed mileage, but they charged me for more than I actually drove as if there were 0 miles on the car when I picked it up. Also, all the pre-trip photos had disappeared from the trip listing. I asked them politely a couple times to please look into it and verify it - because I know without a doubt there were over 100 miles on the car when I first got it - and both times they said they would check it out and get back to me but they never followed through.Turo auto-charged me for the total mileage overage, and they wont respond to me now that they have their extra money.Renter beware: take your own photos of the odometer before you leave the lot, and dont be swayed by how nice and friendly they are. Nice and friendly does not always equal trustworthy and honest.
