My insurance set me up with Enterprise. West Jordan Enterprise started process off not so well but the South Jordan Enterprise and Nathaniel made everything right. Nathaniel even sent me text to notify him if anything else came up. Great customer service 👏 👌

Received a vehicle that was dented and only had half a tank of gas, even though they’re literally next door to a gas station.I rented from them because my car was rear ended and needed to be repaired, and my insurance company had me rent from them. I paid for damage and accidental coverage, and yet the second week I had the vehicle, that same coverage was doubled in price, which I paid for.Went to pick-up my car from the auto body shop and the auto body shop said they didn’t have any record of me renting a vehicle from Enterprise. The body shop said they’ll talk to Enterprise and return the vehicle for me, so I’m glad the body shop took care of that for me.Well, get a phone call and they wanted to charge me for the dent that was already on the vehicle. I had to tell the representative that your employee took a picture and put on record that the dent was already. Then, the representative tried explaining the final charges, which they weren’t explaining well at all. I ended up talking to the manager and the manager told me they were charging a late fee for returning the vehicle a day late.Enterprise didn’t communicate with me when the vehicle was suppose to return and I didn’t my vehicle back until a day later. I guess somehow it’s my fault, even though there was no communication from Enterprise of when the vehicle needed to be returned.Oh, and it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my security deposit back too. Great service guys!!Don’t waste your time with this location!

My visit to the shop was to get a rental car assigned by Farmers insurance. The entire process was done within 15 min. Nathaniel was super helpful. So overall, quick service and helpful staff.

It was a pleasure working with Nathaniel and Wayne and Sarah. All very personable and willing to help. The van we rented was very clean and a pleasure to drive while we waited for our van to be repaired.

I received a notification requesting that I give this review. Happy to! This is by far the most disappointing Enterprise Rent-A-Car I’ve ever encountered. How can you not have a car for me when I arrive with a Reservation? It hasn’t happened only once, it has happened every single time I’ve used this particular location. I’m done. I will not return, and I will do everything I can to use another provider. Their car selection is poor at best, and in the 3-4 times I’ve been able to secure a car (with a Reservation, mind you), the cars are always dirty. The total lack of customer service is baffling. Management is of no help whatsoever. The Branch Manager only wanted to argue the “reasons” why I didn’t have a car. Don’t argue with me, just provide me with the services I’ve allocated and paid for. Time to go back to school for some training and learn what customer service is all about.

We rented from the Enterprise Rent A Car center in South Jordan. When we got there they had realized they sent the wrong car for us but they were already working on resolving that for us. When the vehicle we wanted arrived they let us know that we could bring the car back empty to help make up for the mistake. They were very apologetic and tried to do what they could to make it right. We will absolutely be renting from them again.

These guys are so awesome! They bend over backwards to make sure your experience is the best ever. Even during these covid times they do the best they can and leave you with a smile.

A little disappointed.Service was great, car not so much.- car was not very clean. Inside windshield film was so bad we had to buy supplies on our drive.heavy vibration in front end, seems like there are some annoying and possibly dangerous mechanicals. Higher mileage car, 40k plus miles. Rentals usually are newer, so mechanicals less of an issue.We understand covid and the availability of newer cars, however on our drive we took yesterday we now get warnings that the brakes are unstable. Were both old, and drive very gently so that is just weird.#templemastery

Online scheduling was great, dealing in person was great. Very nice suv. My only issue was trying to get ahold of anyone via telephone. (Covid related Im sure) Had some issues to address adding drivers, and possible oil change and every location I tried to stop at on my journey was closed and no mater what number I called it was always busy, and could not reach anyone. Yes I would rent another car given the hassle free set up and well maintained vehicle I recieved.

Enterprise has been our rental car choice for over 5 years now. We always used to choose the very lowest price offered and usually got what we paid for. After an Enterprise competitor left us stranded in Hawaii, Enterprise saved us and gave us the best customer service experience ever! We have used them exclusively since then have always been treated so well. The South Jordan, Utah location is fast friendly and always takes great care of us. I highly recommend them.

I rented a car from them for a weekend road trip and after my previous experience with a different company, it was night and day. I was extremely disappointed with the company from the time before but they were the cheapest, so you get what you pay for and you live and you learn. The car from the previous company was of an older model and had a very distinct in smell in the fact that it was like nothing I had smelled before but during the weekend when you did, you knew it was the car. Enterprise was a complete turnaround from that. The car was of a model of newer years and was extremely clean. Not only was the car a big upgrade, but the service. These guys are as good as it gets when it comes to customer service in any industry. They walked around and checked the car with me before my trip and the next day, they reached out to me personally via text to make sure everything was okay and to have their information incase I needed anything later. I compared prices before choosing them and they had some of the lowest daily rates among the big reputable brands. Choosing these guys should be a no brainer. Thank you to Enterprise.

I always receive nothing less than excellence from enterprise. The South Jordan office are great to deal with. Just rented a Malibu and it ended up having battery problems when I got to my destination. They traded me into another car with out problems. The Newport Oregon branch were great to deal with. When I returned the car in South Jordan, Annie, the enterprise rep was not only empathetic with my Situation but ask me how enterprise could make things right with me and make me happy. That is so rare in the rental car industry. Enterprise is always competitive with pricing. Bit if they are more, i will pay it because I know I will always have excellent service with enterprise.

These guys are so easy to work with. I recently got a minivan to take the family through Yellowstone. The reservation was simple online and easy to understand. We got the bumper to bumper warranty because of videos online weve seen and dont regret that part one bit. When i went to pull away from the lot the tire light and the oil light came on, but when I asked them about it they assured me the oil was changed the day before and the tires were checked there on the spot, it was a cold morning so the sensor acted funny, but the psi gage said we were all good. Thanks enterprise for making my vacation so much fun to have the extended family in the same car.

Upon arrival the only vehicle available to me was a full sized suv which was too big for my trip as I knew it would be difficult to park in the parking garages and such. Surprisingly, it got much better mpg than expected. Secondly, why was the tank only filled a quarter of the way when there is a maverk gas station just next door? I expect the rental vehicles to have a full tank so to not waste my time getting on the road.

I dont normally do reviews, not because I dont care to but because I have not had customer service that stands out enough for me to want to. However, the customer service I received at this location was outstanding, I am lost for words to be honest which is rare for me. The customer service I received from the guys turned my day around and I left feeling happy and taken care of, they went above and beyond regarding my situation when they really didnt have to. It truly is a breathe of fresh air to know that companies like Enterprise still put their customers first and will go the extra mile to turn someones day around!! We rented a minivan for a family trip. The vehicle was spotless and the tank was full. They rental process was very simple and the staff member I worked with was very nice. He got us on our way quickly. We had no issues with the rental. It performed very well. I also found the return process to be very simple. They made me feel like I was family and treated me very well. I will definately rent from Enterprise again.

Basically a bag of rocks working behind the desk would be more helpful. Avoid this location at all cost. Apparently the corporate office and the local offices dont communicate well- but one thing is for sure, you dont win people over asking how you can help then gathering all the information and asking uuuuuugh, how can I help a second time is not being prepared and ready to rent one of numerous vehicles available today. If you made it through this review- surprise! Not numerous vehicles and offered the exact car I called and said wouldnt work for us. Borrowing your little brothers beater car would be easier and breaking down on the side of the road would be less irritating than renting from this place.

Needed to rent a car last minute and was able to quickly reserve it online and go pick it up. With the Covid issues, they met me just outside the door and handled everything on a tablet. The car they rented me was great, in perfect condition and very clean. The rates were great. I interacted with three employees during the reservation, pick up and drop off, and each of them was professional, friendly and quick to get me on my way. My husband has been renting work trucks from them for years, and theyre our go-to company for personal rentals, too. Weve always had a great experience with them.

We reserved a luxury car and got a Mercedes suv the car had issues staying locked in maual and due to an arm injury i had a hard time changing gears. the car needed cleaning and said it needed service the whole time .the person who helped at this location was very helpful and did refund some of our money that was nice but the car ended our vacation early. I would give them another chance

South Jordan Utah Enterprise staff is awesome. When I arrived at the destination (excellent location, close to my home), I was immediately greeted at the door and taken to my rental. The process was quick and excellent service. I was in and out within 20 minutes!! I rented the Nissan Sentra; it was a great rental and the vehicle met all my needs. My vehicle was in the shop for repair, and wasn’t ready on time so I had to keep the rental for another day. I called the office and extended without any problem. TheVehicle was excellent on gas also. When I returned the vehicle it was quick and fast and was out of the lot in 10 minutes!! Everyone needing a rental car in Utah should rent from South Jordan Enterprise; excellent staff, location and great customer service!

While my experience has generally been positive in the past, the last vehicle I rented from Enterprise was not clean. There was dirt and footprints along the back seat, a sticky substance spilled across the back seats, and chocolate melted into the cup holders. The vehicle also smelled like smoke, which caused the most concern. I will say that the service at pick up and drop off was excellent and while I did not mind cleaning the inside, I would expect more during COVID-19.

I needed a last minute rental to drive 2 states over and they were fantastic, and they made it easy to extend my rental a few more days when I needed it. They are quick and great customer service.

Rented a Chevy Malibu through Costco. Picked up the car which had less than a quarter tank of gas. This car smelled so bad inside I could nearly stand to drive it. Smelled like mildew. Later that day I got pulled over because the license plate were expired by 3 months. What a joke of an operation. Rent somewhere else folks. This location really stinks.

The service was good but there were problems with the car. The rotors on the brakes were warped so when I would brake I would get a a violent shimmy in the steering wheel from side to side which was worse at higher speeds. The dome light would not turn off so we had to jam carboard strips around the edge of the on /off button to hold it in a position that would keep the light shut off otherwise the battery would have been drained overnight. I would still rent from them again because they have the best prices on rentals.

Reserved a luxury vehicle and when i got there they gave me a beat up Malibu. Iunderstand its based on availability but they should have contacted me to let me knowAhead of time to look elsewhere. On top of that I got charged for gas, when I dropped it offthe same way I picked it up, they did remove the charge. Overall it was not the bestExperience..

Very efficient and quick service. Car was clean and in great mechanical shape at pickup. Friendly and competent staff- and a lot less hassle than airport rentals. Only issue was a minor one- the sat radio didnt activate immediately so I just had to make a quick call to ask them to refresh the signal. The minor problem was handled very quickly and with the credit that was given for my small inconvenience (which I didnt ask for or expect), it was more than resolved for me. Great place to do business- I highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work!

This has become our new rental place! I originally had a reservation at another Enterprise location, but due to heavy holiday traffic, arrived at 12:10pm instead of 12pm to pick up our car on a Saturday. They had closed at 12pm, and everyone was gone! I freaked out and called the South Jordan location to see if they could help, and they honored our reservation from the previous location, and were happy to help get us into a car. Their customer service was impeccable, and we will definitely be using this rental location from now on. Thank you!

The customer service at this location was fine. But I was disappointed with the Premium SUV that we rented. It was dirty and the exterior was pretty beat up. I just expected more from a premium suv rental I guess.

Negatives, got a flat tire on the trip their roadside assistance wanted to send me over an hour out of our way so I paid out of pocket to go to a tire shop right near our location and no response from my salesman when I notified him.

Im from logan and I can say the loan branch I have another opinion of, but here at this one where I dropped off the vehicle, Colton was awesome and took care of an issue where logan wouldve tried charging us for a windshield. However Colton could see it for what it was, and alleviated any stress of being pursued for damages we didnt cause.

We recently rented a Tahoe from Enterprise and loved it. They took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. We were gone for a week and never had any problems. Enterprise even text me just to check on how we were doing. We have used Enterprise several times and they have never let us down.

Always great service, but last weekend was the top! We love the speed and friendliness of Enterprise, but on Fathers Day weekend, I got the prime deal. We were taking a one day road trip, and first got a call that the car was in the night before, and we could pick it up early if we wanted to. That was nice, because we were able to leave two hours earlier. Then we walk in, and I joke that Id rather get the convertible Mustang out front than the Corolla we were due to rent. Without missing a beat, the manager tells me that for $10 more, I can have that sweet Mustang. :-)Not only did I get to drive the road trip in style, but getting the car early meant that we could take the kids out for a ride to dinner... It was a great experience, and I really appreciated getting to drive something that Id always wanted to drive.

The transmission went out on my car and I needed to rent a car last minute. I called the South Jordan location, which is closest to my home, and Colton took it from there. The service was amazing, and within a couple of hours I was driving a beautiful Altima. I had the car for 10 days while my car was being worked on, and the return process was so quick and easy also. Both Colton and Nathaniel provided great service and made a very nerve-wracking situation much easier to deal with. They treated me like family, and I will definitely recommend this Enterprise to anyone who needs to rent a vehicle. I couldnt have had a better experience.

No only was the truck I rented dirty, but it broke down on me today. Theyre not open and the 800 line isnt answering (been waiting over 30 minutes at this point). Now not only am I stranded with a broken rental car, there is no way for me to get a new one until Monday (its Saturday today). So Ill have to tow it myself, and be SOL until office hours are open.BE WARNED! There is no way to get ahold of enterprise outside of their business hours, so rent with caution!!Also, this problem was by no means my fault. It seems to have an electrical issue. Its had problems since day one of my rental.

I was late for a meeting and still had to pick up my rental. It took less than five minutes. Super easy. Staff were professional and the car was clean.

I called Nathaniel at the South Jordan office to ask if they had any cheaper cars because my insurance coverage ended for my rental so I was just curious if they had anything cheaper than what I was already paying, I have had the car for about three weeks and have been making my payments through Jana. What Nathaniel stated on the phone, no you are past due you need to make your payment now or have your car to me by noon and I said I was not going to make a payment with him for two reasons one I needed to transfer money two Jana told me she would be calling me around 3 o’clock to collect the Payment for today... I tried explaining this to him but he wouldn’t hear a word I had to say, he was extremely rude and said I cannot have attitude with him because I am driving HIS vehicle and if I’m going to have attitude I need to return HIS vehicle to him.... let’s be clear on a couple things one, you do not speak to a paying customer that way, Two do not treat me like I am some criminal when I’ve been clearly and evidently making my payments on the rental out of my own pocket, three it is not your vehicle Nathaniel it is Enterprises vehicle. I will never use Enterprise strictly because the manager thinks it’s OK to disrespect a paying customer who just totaled her vehicle hence me having a rental. I have already called their corporate office to complain and I am currently waiting to hear back from them they were super empathetic and apologized for his actions but what kind of company has somebody who takes out his personal life on a paying customer as a Manager?

Was getting a rental for my car to go to the body shop after an accident. Was told that all I needed was my drivers license and my debit card. After my car was dropped off at the body shop and I had been picked up and driven to the enterprise location I was told that they do not take debit cards from my bank simply because I use an online bank. Had to go back to the body shop and retrieve my car because of the lack of honesty from this company. Will never use enterprise for any reason simply because they lie to you to get you there and end up wasting your time as a result of the lies. Now I have to wait even longer to get my car fixed because of their lack of honesty and integrity.

They have started harassing us for money they claim we owe which we do not after our car got hit by someone and their insurance paid for a rental while they paid for our car to be fixed. They are horrible. The classic sharks that are the worst of big business conglomerates that are dishonest and nickel and dime people. Avoid!!And FYI Enterprise folks who reply to this: screw you. I won’t be looking at this or replying. Your employer is disgusting, get some self respect and move on from this awful company.

I have never had a better experience with a rental car company than I did with Enterprise in South Jordan. I had one of their cars for a month after i was in an accident and they took such good care of me and was understanding to the situation. They helped me with a low rate and the best coverage once my insurance stopped paying for it. they even checked up on me to make sure the car wasnt giving me any problems. Their Customer Service is outstanding. Next time i am in need of a rental car, i will for sure be returning to this location! Thank you Enterprise in South Jordan, you helped me more than you know and it is greatly appreciated.

Ive rented from this location for several years. I really loved working with Edmund and was pretty bummed when he left last year. The service has been standard since then. However, I had a great experience with Carla last week! When I arrived at the rental location, the car available for us was smaller than the examples noted in my reservation confirmation. I knew our family couldnt comfortably travel to California in that car. Carla eagerly found a larger car for me at a nearby location. I was quickly able to drive to the other location to pick up that car. The Nissan Altima we got was upgraded and provided such a pleasant experience for our family vacation. I really appreciate Carlas willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you!

Horrible, we had flat tire south of Mesquite, NV and after several hours in 113 deg temp they asked us to drive on flat tire to mesquete and after we drove to mesquete they asked us to drive to ST. George Ut another 30 miles, absolutley no vested interest to help customers with broken car I

Completely incompetent staff. Didnt have my car ready for me even though my rental was booked 4 days in advance. Had to wait for them to clean my rental. Then they were apparently too dumb to correctly use my accrued points and I was wrongfully charged. Then no one could fix their mistake. I wont use these morons again.

The driver that picked me up and dropped me off were two different ones. Both were professional, friendly and kind. They demonstrated real concern for my ordeal. I was pleased when I asked for a smaller SUV they were extremely helpful and provided what I needed. They were super! I would recommend them and use them.

Great customer service. I dont remember the employees name that dropped the car off to me. But he was really helpful and knowledgeable in the rental agreement. The car was very clean and ran great.

Good, friendly guys. Brett was good enough to show me the ropes because it was my first time driving in the US. The GPS they gave me didnt work and they were fine about refunding that aspect. I also had an exploded tyre that damaged the bumper a bit. Id paid for damage waiver so there was no bother. The car was good, seats were a bit sweat stained and the air con smelt but I guess thats hard to help when so many use the car. Seat covers might help though.

Needed a car in a hurry. I was in and out very fast. To be honest it was almsot a bit weird how fast I was in and out. Within five minutes I was driving away which seemed weird but hey Im OK with it. Also I didnt know till after, but you can use your Costco membership and get a discount.

Ive rented from this particular Enterprise for years and have always absolutely loved them. This most recent experience changed my mind completely and I will rent elsewhere from now on. The customer service was absolutely terrible and we were accused of damage that we most definitely did not do. They rented us a minivan that had no AC (in fact, it would only blow hot air, full force) and we were forced to park the vehicle at our condo in Orange, Ca and use local shuttles to get around because the temps were in the 90s the entire time and the van was too hot for my family with no AC. There were several other issues, but this review doesnt allow me the space to elaborate. Long story short, we were treated very poorly, and as if we were an inconvenience to them. The entire experience was awful and I am so disappointed in Enterprise. My husband and I have been customers for nearly 15 years and this one experience alone was bad enough to change our minds. I would not recommend this company to anyone after our experience. I would not want anybody to ever have to go through what we did. It nearly ruined our family vacation and we were treated like we were complete idiots. Its worth it to pay more at a company like Hertz and know that you are going to be taken care of.

I thought Enterprise did a great job. Picked me up from the auto body shop. Gave me the option to text updates to communicate with them. They also dropped me off to pick up my car. I was impressed and will definitely be renting from them again.

I like working with Enterprise. They are my first choice when renting cars. Their cars are always nice and clean. People are friendly. One issue -- a person from the Enterprise office called me while I was in a business meeting. I thought there was a problem, so I took the call. He called just to make sure everything was alright with the car. Nice enough, but not during a business meeting. I would prefer not to have the call.

This location is a complete joke! I had a reservation for 12:30 and had even called an hour prior to confirm the reservation and it wasnt ready when I arrived. They had to call another store to see if they even had a car available. I couldnt be more upset with the level of service I received today from Enterprise. Ive been using Enterprise for years now and honestly when I visit Salt Lake City again I will consider other branches or rental agencies.

I rent from this location often because of my travel obligations with work. The service has always been professional, the staff are awesome, and Im always greeted with smiling faces.Ive been present when theyve been accommodating last-minute rentals, and they serve these customers with the utmost respect and genuine kindness. Check-in and returning the vehicle were super smooth! My only complaints are with the car… It had been smoking profusely and was out of alignment. But the customer service was great!

The weekend rates were very responsible. The service was outstanding! On the day I was to return the car, I asked if I could keep it one more day, they were accommodating and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes!

It started out a little rough-I was told to come pick a car up at 2:00. I walked from my home which is a short distance from their location. I got there and ask which car I was getting and the woman that I spoke to in the morning said I didnt make an appointment! I was a tad rattled but eventually got a car. The process had some bumps from start to end but Adam helped me a great deal. I never felt like I was keeping him or wasting his time. He worked until I was pleased. Thanks Adam!

I have rented cars from enterprise for 15 years. We have always had a great experience with them until the last two times we rented. I had my toddlers in their car seats and rented a compact car with their weekend rate. They have ALWAYS given us unlimited miles but wouldnt do that this time. Only 100 miles/day. I asked them how much it would be if I wanted to keep the car for two more days after the weekend deal. They told me it would be $25.99 for 100 mies/day or $35.99 for unlimited miles. I went online to their website and rented an intermediate car for $18.99/day with unlimited miles. Then I went back and returned the compact car at the end of the weekend. They let me close one rental and open another one, transfer my babies and both their child seats and all of our things by myself (walking back and forth across the parking lot) and then were very strict on the return time even though it took me an extra good 1/2 an hour to transfer the boys and get settled. So I negotiated a 1/2 an hour return time for returning the first car with extra gas in the tank. (Yes, they were young men and I am a woman in my 40s. Just a side note about their customer service attitude). Brilliant business sense too, as you can see. LOLOL Aside from that, the cars are smoke free and clean. Cant complain about that!

They are cheap enough if youre on a budget. But the employees seem disinterested and there isnt a lot of variety for vehicle options.

I had great customer service here. Tyler Firth was amazing in helping me and making the process easy. His service makes me want to always come to Enterprise for my car services.

Not happy that they tried to push a Suburban on on me rather than the car that I ordered. They did not have a car there for me, and I ended up with an SUV that I got after waiting 45 minutes extra for it to be washed and prepped. It also only had a quarter tank of gas, so I had to pretty much fill it up immediately. Not what I expect from Enterprise.

Had an excellent experience today that deserves praise. I was in a bit of a rush to get picked up from Abra body shop, get a rental car and get to work for an early appointment. Tyler picked me up within 10 mins of calling them. He got me to enterprise and I left in a vehicle that I was happy with(I was picky) and I was on my way in another 13minutes. I got to work 30 minutes early for my appointment. Thank you Tyler and team over at Enterprise South Jordan!

Update: The manager reached out to to correct the situation. He said we could reach out with any concern we have anytime.We picked up a rental car from the South Jordan location this morning. While moving the seats forward to fit a box in the back we discovered an open can of beer underneath the seat.

Very friendly and personal service. Very accommodating as well. I will be using them again and again

The first car we had, the windshield wipers were garbage and the breaks were bad. We notified them and they replaced the car with a car that didnt have any issues. The guy who helped us was really nice and helpful.

I liked the experience of renting from them....the only reason I did not give them the 5 stars is because I felt I was not explained the insurance charges that well. I went on my trip with an amount to pay in my head and when I came back the bill was higher. Simply...it needed to be explained better.
