Ventris has helped the company I work for deal with our insurance needs for a couple years now and have been excellent to work with. They understand our needs and are always willing to help research employee needs or answer their questions. If I have an issue or problem they respond within 24 hours...sometimes it only takes a few minutes to get a response. I dont have to worry about any of the legal aspects of having insurance benefits for my company because they handle everything for me.
