We really loved living at Four Seasons. We never had any issues with anything. The only flaw I would say was the parking, but other than that the staff was super friendly, ESPECIALLY Dakota. She was amazing, always super responsive, and willing to help with any issues we had. She also always made sure that we were happy with our stay there. The maintenance team was amazing as well and also very responsive. I would highly recommend living here to anyone!Another thing was that when we requested an earlier move out date, Dakota was very efficient in helping us find someone else to take over our lease. The move out cost was not bad at all!

I love our apartment and this location, and staff is wonderful. That being said, the parking situation is absolutely terrible. It’s really frustrating to know that if I come home after 11 pm, I will have zero chances of finding a parking space. Used to not be so bad several months ago, and even up until the last two months I would at least be able to find a spot at the front of the complex near visitor parking. However, for the past month or so, on occasion I have come home late and found there not to be a SINGLE space open (including visitor and accessibility spaces). I love living here, but I do wish there were assigned parking spaces or something.

Overall I like this location. My husband and I lived at this Apartment for 3 years, every time when we need to fix something they show up fast and they will try to fix it right the way or they will make sure it will get fixed, the reason why I like this location because it close to everything. And my neighbors were nice but sometimes they were loud. The one thing I dont like is they charge us $700 when we moved out but we did live in there for 3 years but $700 tho!(3rd floor is the best)

My husband and I loved our experience here! The maintenance team was very responsive the few times we had an issue and was typically able to fix whatever it was that same day. When we had to move before our contract period was up, they worked with us and made our early departure simple and easy. We also got most of our deposit back. Dakota was a pleasure to work with! Also, the apartment was very well designed. Theres a lot of cabinet space and we LOVED having an outdoor closet as well as a utility closet with the washing machine, dryer, and water heater. We lived in a one-bedroom.

I just moved in here and I love it. The location is great and the price per square foot was the best I could find. No media packages or hidden fees. That was the main reason I chose to move in. Now I have several reasons to stay. The front desk people are extremely nice, understandin and fast. I asked for the matinence people to come adjust my sink handle & do a few other minor things today and they literally got here in 1 hour and were gone in 10 minutes. Everything works perfect. Apartment walls are quiet. I havent heard one person so far. Parking is good. Location is great. If youre looking in Salt Lake County, I would highly recommend this. South Jordan is the one town with lower crime and to get to live here + have it be cheaper than everywhere else with a great apartment thats big & updated is special. I dont write reviews, but Im impressed. I love it! 10/10 find. Glad I signed that lease.

Moved in at the end of August and am loving my two bedroom two bath apartment. Huge amount of space and the kitchen is immense. Dakota and JD are a joy to work with and I couldnt be happier with our decision to live here. The doggy stations throughout the community are conveniently placed and seem to always be by a dumpster so it never feels like a burden to walk my dogs. The playground and pool are located in a location I feel is safe for my family to use and the theater room is by far the coolest amenity that I dont think Ive seen anywhere else. If youre shopping around for apartments this is a must see. It is absolutely my top pick for the South Jordan area.

I moved into the house in May 2018. I rented your property for 2 during that time, the interior was never repainted. As such, the cost of repainting is your responsibility. I was told by Dakota / Barret when you guys give the apartment to a new tenant its repainted. I renewed the lease twice, why was the interior never repainted. Even after requesting a repaint, my request was not done. Normal wear and tear on the interior paint of a house are to be expected. The fading and soiling of the paint are due to normal wear and tear. I want to know why you guys discriminate between existing tenants vs the new one?

I only have one other apartment living experience to compare this place t, but so far its better than the other situation in every way. The price is reasonable. The kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space. The ceilings are high. There are plenty of windows. There are actually places to park. The staff is communicative and friendly. Joel Rashid, especially, has been a great help in getting everything in place to move in and even checked in on us after we were settled. Hes been warm and helpful from day one. I would feel comfortable going to him should any issues arise in the future and trust our concerns would be heard. Overall, pretty happy to call this place home while were here.ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AFTER MOVE-OUT:Our stay lasted about 6 months (left after home purchase), and now that were all moved out I can say I still stand by everything I said on my initial review above. Dakota was especially helpful with our lease termination arrangements and the breakdown of move-out costs was fair and transparent. 10/10 would recommend Four Seasons.

I cannot overstate how much I have enjoyed living at Four Seasons. Compared to the quality of service and management that I have experienced at other complexes, your staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the residents and makes living here a true pleasure. Im grateful to all of the staff at the leasing office for working with me and my girlfriend after a bad experience with a former roommate. Pro: The actual apartments are good sized.Cons: The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors close their doors. The grounds are filthy because no one cleans up after their pets. Children are everywhere and no one watches their kids even though thats a rule of the apartments. The management doesnt take paying rent seriously. People could go months with being late on their rent and no one would ever get penalized. One of our neighbors even had an eviction notice on their door due to not paying rent (after multiple months of not paying rent on time) but somehow they still lived there when we moved out. This is also the same neighbor we had been verbally threatened by and harassed constantly because he didnt like the sound of our dog playing in our apartment. (We could hear he and his wife yell and scream at each other at 2 in the morning and we never once complained to him). We let management know about this and nothing was done. They do nothing about troublesome tenants and want nothing to do with problems when theyre brought to them.Upon move out, management told us that we would receive pictures on the day of our move out of all the damage they were going to charge us for. Two weeks later we hadnt received an itemized list of the charges, hadnt received the pictures, but we did receive a letter from their in house debt collectors telling us we owe them $1300. It wasnt until we called them out on it that they claimed it was a mistake and that we were being overcharged. We eventually got a list of what we were being charged for and they lowered it to $1000 which is still ridiculously overcharged. They charged us almost $600 for the carpet to be replaced which is just insane as that should be part of move out anyway. We paid the $1000 dollars just so we could finally be done with them.Lastly, it is right by the train tracks and the train shakes your whole apartment when it goes by.I am so glad to be out and done with this apartment complex. I would not recommend.

There are many things I could comment on, in regards to the overall maintenance of the facility. Im just going to focus on the exterior painting crew. They smoke & drink on the job! That could have been a contributing factor in the debacle by the pool. Obviously, the rules we as tenants are asked to adhere to dont apply to the paint crew. They leave empty paint buckets, lids, food wrappers, beer bottles, cigarette butts & packs everywhere. I would appreciate it when they plastic wrap my car they would remove all the masking tape. There is tape & paper wrap everywhere. Its like they dont even have a manager on-site to keep them in line. Residence who violate the pet waste and the smoking policies are not the responsibility of the tenants to police, nor is the overall security of the property. Ive watched your maintenance crew drive by people smoking & didnt say a word. Lets face it, once the office closes the place is on autopilot. Example: My neighbor above me was smoking on their deck every day. At one point there were over 50 cigarette butts in the flowerbed outside my deck. I reported it to the office, & they suggested I get photos of them smoking & of the butts in the flowerbed. Once I did, they would issue them a 3 day vacate notice based on MY evidence. Putting someone out on the street is not something I want on my head. Nor do I want the possible retaliation to spill over to me or my children. I was told by the maintenance manager that one of his workers would clean up the butts. This never happened, I picked the butts up myself. I also confronted the residence myself.

There definitely could have been much better snow removal (my wife slipped several times in the winter). The customer service was short with us and didn’t take the time to hear our concerns. There’s been no reconciliation for all of the amenities being taken away, and no added support with the COVID-19 outbreak. The maintenance crew could have been doing a lot to help the tenants while not doing service requests and taking care of the amenities. Speaking of maintenance, an added level of professionalism and respect would go a long way. The different ways of paying rent during the outbreak were also not helpful at all. I’m fortunate to be able to pay rent on time, but if I didn’t have the funds because of a job loss or layoff, then paying once a week or once every two weeks definitely would be of NO worth to me. If there’s no money coming in, then what does it matter how often I can pay rent in a month? A rent deferment plan would have been much more useful, like the governor suggested. Again, I can pay rent with no issues, but don’t think there is fairness for those who can’t pay for this temporary period. Lastly, while being home all day everyday now, the apartment we have is just so small for our family to all work from home. I called the office to see if we could move into a larger townhome because of the circumstances, and not be penalized with our contract. They said that we have no options whatsoever and basically said tough luck. Needless to say, we will be getting out of the four seasons as soon as our contract ends in August. We will probably have to move sooner because we are all going insane in our little apartment, and have to pay the last couple months of rent. I understand that there is the contract, but the lack of understanding and leniency during these times is unacceptable. It is not ”business as usual” during these times, and to act as if is just plain unprofessional. In conclusion, none of these items brought up are acceptable for an apartment resort, or for the premium price we pay.

Moved out and paying for it!! Dont be sold by any specials waiving deposits because it will come back to bite you. The purpose of a deposit is to soften the financial burden to the tenant at move out. It is very apparent that these guys would rather entice renters in with specials than care about any financial burden they sock to you at the end. Since my deposit was waived as a special I was charged exorbitant move out costs when I left. Read the other reviews on here and take heed. They will also tell you they have no control over these charges which is BS. Ive worked in the apartment management business for many years and know very well how much leeway the property has with their budget and how BONUSES are paid to managers, according to dollars in the account at the end of the month. Merry Christmas on me.Months ago I was frustrated and had left a review on here that explained my frustration. After that, everytime I called the office for something they sweetly reminded me to take down my review, to which I obeyed so that I could receive the services I was paying highly for in rent and utilities.I had hoped that when I moved out that none of these negative experiences you read about would be mine, but unfortunately they are. I have been socked with ridiculous charges that I was told they could not budge on.I know there will be a response from management trying to excuse their charges on here. I did what they recommend to everyone else on here..I went in and spoke to them and tried to work it out. I lost that one. Yes, they removed a couple small charges off my bill (light bulbs and paint), but the charges Im left with are extremely excessive and there is no way Im going to ever recommend anyone live in a place that will do this to you when you move out. No move in gift (which most places have the courtesy of giving), and a fat going away bill. I teach financial coaching and this is one of my first recommendations to stay away from! Big mistake.

Four Seasons is a great community in an even better location. With access right off !-15 I can get to work in five minutes. Plus I basically live at the wal mart down the street. Theyre newer apartments and out of all the apartments I’ve lived in these ones by far have the biggest kitchens. You can really get your Rachel Rae on in there. Living on the third floor with the vaulted ceilings you sometimes forget youre even in an apartment. Unless you are playing some “Just Dance” then your neighbor might remind you! Every time that I’ve made maintenance requests, it has been taken care of the same day. Forks and garbage disposals clearly don’t mix ell together. Whenever I go into the office, the managers are there to help me with any problem I have and maybe crack a joke or two. They aren’t always funny, but they always think that they are! They make you feel invited and comfortable. Seriously this has been my favorite apartment that I have lived in. I have recommended It to multiple friends, and now to the entire google community.

We live on the third floor and so we do hear and feel the trains, but you quickly get used to them and tune them out. They have never woken me up.Love the pool, gym, and the staff. Maintenance is usually done very quickly.I will say that I wish we had covered and/or assigned parking. Its usually not a problem, but its awful to get into a scolding hot car or shovel three feet of snow when you are running late. Ive asked why there isnt covered and no answer was given. Seems like something simple that would make the tenants EXTREMELY happy.**UPDATED 09/08/14: I dont know what has happened with the office manager in the last year, but it is not a positive change. Almost every selling point they gave us when we moved in has been taken away. They no longer accept packages at the front office, so good luck taking your chances of your package still being at your door. They used to brag about having the longest pool season, but it opens Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day just like everyone else. We are on the top floor and our vent started dripping water during a rainstorm. When I called the office to report it, I left a message. Four days later, no one had called me back! When I called and asked for the manager, she was snippy and cut me off. The maintenance crew is great, but this office manager was nothing but rude. I wish I could leave a lower rating than a 1 star, but unfortunately that wasnt an option. Four Seasons at Southtowne is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at and management is terrible. There was a leak in the apartment above us, causing them to put a hole in my bedroom wall leading outside, that was left that open for 2 weeks with no update from the complex. We were never late on rent, and when we moved out they took a check that was written to our utilities company, and applied it to a carpet cleaning fee without telling us. Management then sent that utility bill to collections on April 14th, and didnt contact us about paying it until the end of April. They then claimed to have talked to us multiple times but could not verify which phone number they called, or the persons name they spoke to. The manager refused to admit their mistake, and I ended up having to go to their corporate company to speak to someone who would actually take responsibility. The train goes by constantly, and the walls are so thin that it will keep you up at night. They allow huge dogs all over the property, including upper level apartments causing loud noises when you live on the bottom floor. Renters are consistently smoking, regardless of the no smoking policy. There is absolutely no lighting in the parking lot, and the office quit receiving packages midway through my lease, causing us to have a package stolen off our front porch. I will never recommend this complex to anyone, their level of professionalism is non existent.

So when we first moved it we loved it and everything was great. Once they changed the staff and managers we just have had problem after problem. We had already renewed our lease and we got 400 off to resign( which made it the same price as when we signed the first time) after being under contract for 28 days I got a job promotion making me move out of the state. thinking we could have just found someone to take out lease I was set. Once I went to find out exactly what I needed to do I found out not only could I NOT sale our contract, but i could back out because it was 28 days into our contract. So now we have to pay 1500$ just to get out of that contract and we have to give a 60 day notice to our get out as well. Got the money together and 2 months later find out we have to pay the 450 off they gave us for resigning. making it a total of 3,410 payable to four seasons just to get out of a contract. No only do I feel like they are shady. The staff was rude and unwilling to help in anyway. I have never heard if an apartment complex making you jump through so many hoops to get out of a contract. The maintenance guys are very nice and prompt with fixing any issues Ive had. The office staff are always great and I love that they have the option to auto draft rent each month. The only issue I have is for the amount of rent I pay each month, I would expect that they would be capable of holding the delivery of packages at the office. They stopped doing that this year and told us to have packages shipped to work, friends place or pick it up at a fedex or ups location. I would suggest you dont move in here. They are terrible. We did a 300 dollar deposit when we moved in, and now that it is time for us to move out they are telling us that we did a non-refundalbel deposit and that it doesnt actually go towards anything. Which when we moved in, they told us that it would go towards the cleaning costs and whatever else was needed when we moved out. Plus, the violated the lease agreement. In the lease, you agree not to park any trailers in the parking spots, for parking is bad enough as it is, and if you do park them there, they will be towed. Well, there were 3 trailers that we complained about that had been there for months, and when we complained about it the management said they would take care of it right away. Nope, they never did. We have emails, and dates of phone calls all recorded. You can bet we will be taking them to court for lying to us, and violating the lease. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I cannot even start to explain how happy I am living here! I have this need to visit the front office all the time just because of their sunny desposition. The crew here makes not an apt. complex but a home. If I ever have a problem it not only corrected quickly and professionally but with a smile and friendly conversation! I just want to give the complex a shout out of how great they are! (also my neighbors are great too!!!)

We lived here for a couple months this year. We would not choose this place again. My biggest beef with this place is how move out went. Originally, the maintenance guy thought we were moving IN. He says this place looks great, looks like they did an awesome job cleaning it, I dont see any issues - nothing to write on your papers. Then he asks for our move-in papers and I tell him we are moving OUT. Oh, I thought you were moving in he said. At that point, things changed Oh, this carpet doesnt look so great, it is vacuumed, but we are going to have to professionally clean it. Theres going to be a charge for that. The experience made me feel like the fees were a scam as I do not think the carpets were professionally cleaned before we moved in (indents in the carpet from previous tenants bed were still very evident which wouldnt have been the case if the carpets had been professionally cleaned). We left the carpet much cleaner than we found it.The outside of the units look a lot nicer than they actually are on the inside. The no smoking policy apparently doesnt apply to balconies or the parking lot, which was annoying. Noise from neighbors was worse than average for an apartment at this price point due to paper thin walls. Also, the water/sewer/trash charges are outrageous. We used about 1000 gallons per month and the total bill was close to $100/month. Maybe a South Jordan thing in general, but be prepared to get reamed on the bill. On that note, the tap water tasted horrible. With that, Im glad we are done with the place.

I wish I could give Four Seasons 4 stars because I really like the apartment itself. The buildings are really nice and have great features (high ceilings, nice appliances, and good square footage). But a lot of the employees and the policies (ie: must give 60 days notice for leaving but we wont point it out in your contract or remind you thats coming up) are just obnoxious, unorganized, and unprofessional. Any policies they have (like no smoking on the premises) are not enforced and parking lot lighting is non-existent and frankly just dangerous.

Few of the charges are not reasonable. They have charged 75$ for blinks get stuck and unable to open full. This is not valid reason for charges. I request them can i stop by and review . The apartment people give me a word they already fixed it. it means there is no problem to fix they are giving fake reason for the charges.

I have lived in several apartments and have loved all of them. They have all been Wasatch properties, So i figured that four seasons would be held to the same standard.Boy was I wrong.I have never dealt with such inconsistent management or staff in my entire life. There were SEVERAL times that we were given inaccurate information. One instance, for some reason when we called to give our account number for rent,(since our internet portal doesnt work and we have called 20 times to have it fixed and it never gets fixed) they put it in or wrote it down wrong, and a few days went by and we noticed the money had not yet been transferred out of our account and so we called to follow up on this and they said everything was paid on their end. So we called the bank and they said that they didnt see any pending transactions. So we waited a few more days and got a text saying we didnt pay rent and that we now had to pay a fee.So we went to the front office and the girl said she would waive the fee (as she rolled her eyes right in front of me). Despite the terrible customer service, we were grateful. A few hours later we received another text saying we didnt pay rent. So we called and were told now, that we had to pay the fee. Legitly three hours later.Well, that was enough to set the tone for us.Recently we found out that we have to move out of state so we called the office to see what the process was.I was informed that we could do a lease transfer as long as we found someone. So I spent weeks finding someone and called to inform the office today that I have found someone and was told they dont do lease transfers. Can you imagine my reaction? I am very upset! It is worth it to me to pay the fee to get out of this place and just be done with this place. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.Super disappointed especially because it is a Wasatch Property and I thought they would be held to a higher standard then that.I think its funny that 90 percent of these complaints below are about management. You think they would get the hint.

Ive lived here for almost a year, and I can say that my experience has been amazing. The very professional staff bends over backwards to help in any way that they can. My move in was perfect, nothing in the apartment has had issues. Ive lived in a half dozen other complexes around Salt Lake and Utah County, this is the best one Ive been in without a doubt. To all the people complaining about Conservice: I will admit I got a little sticker shock, even though I understood and read the lease. Other places may not directly pass the cost of water, sewer, trash, common electric/gas usage, etc onto tenants... but where do you think those places cover that cost? Inflated rent!Overall: the price, amenities, friendly office staff, clean and well maintained grounds, nightly security patrols, and VERY quick access to I-15 sold and solidified my lease resign 5 months ago - and I dont see myself leaving Four Season until I say goodbye to Utah.Keep up the great work guys!

Right next to the freight train tracks... They try to hide that fact. Your apartment WILL shake nightly. Rental rates are high but the rates are high everywhere. The office management here is almost comically poor. Cassidy, the office manager (youll get to know her really well if you are unfortunate enough to rent here) goes of her way to make resident lives difficult. We had roommates and she started charging us $50 change fees because of the burden of changing the lease signatures every 9 or 12 months. They have onerous paperwork requirements and I was unable to make it to the office to sign the paperwork when we were changing room mates and was told by a guy in the office that I would need to make sacrifices to jump through their arbitrary hoop. The only way we got things done administratively was to call the regional manager who was actually a very capable person. I dont know why Cassidy still has a job but itd be a public service to fire her.

They didnt tell me where it is or what slot it is, and since they are closed on Sunday I have to wait till tomorrow to find my mail slot. Other than that its pretty great here. Idk why people are bitching about the train I barely hear it. Its not as loud as people claim it is. I love how spacious this place is. Do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else first. If you choose to live here, be prepared to fight for a parking spot anywhere near your building, especially when it snows (they have no idea how to properly remove snow). Also, heaven forbid you are on the lower floor, as you will hear EVERY noise your upstairs neighbors make, every footstep, every door that closes, and worst of all, you will be awoken EVERY morning due to the horrendous sound the pipes make when water runs through them. Every time a toilet flushes or the people above you shower, you will wish you never moved in. It will drive you mentally insane and the office/maintenance wont do anything about it except offer to move you to a different unit, which will probably still have the same issues. They do nothing about people who smoke constantly and throw their butts everywhere, and nothing to regulate all of the dog poop that is scattered throughout the grass like landmines. I cannot wait til my lease is up, and if you do decide to live here, I wish you the best of luck!

These people running Four Seasons at Southtowne are RIDICULOUS!! they hire and fire so many people that theres a person on their first day every time you go in or someone that was transferred from another one of their complexes, they arent trained at every complex so they tell you what they know from the other one WHICH IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and hey guess what you now owe them more money! then when you ask them to show it to you in their contract they have no idea where the paperwork is its just whats in the computer. their utilities are absurdly high I am paying more here than my parents HOME in West Jordan. they never record anything and can never find the papers you need to see or have them explain why you all of the sudden owe them more money. (theyll have to email them to you when they find them) the heated jacuzzi is closed all winter (with deadbolts). and I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH ABOUT HOW POOR THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE, seriously every single one Ive had the pleasure of dealing with has been an absolute peach. when they say theres security that roams around 24 hours a day is a lie, I looked for them and could not find one. also they shake uncontrollably from the railroad 500 FT away, even if they say they dont they do. (that wasnt that bad but they still lied) another perk they get you on is that their maintenance crew is always there within a half an hour or 45 minutes, yeah multiple times they were called to come fix lights and it took them an average of 3 days and multiple phone calls. one call came around noon the others were between 2-6 with none being later in the evening. they claim they will always be there even if the office is closed yet no one ever shows up! Seriously I would go as far as to say DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENTS THAT ARE RUN BY THE SAME COMPANY AS THIS ONE!! you will absolutely regret itEdit: we have called and called and every person we talk to is short and rude. none of them can tell me why I am being charged what I am and they just send it to collections without even notifying us. they even changed mamagement recently and try to tell you its better, well, its definitely not they are the same as all the others.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and rent is decent enough considering the amenities and size of the apartments. The apartments themselves are fairly roomy, the kitchen is fabulous, bathrooms have plenty of space (and the water pressure is fantastic), the storage closet on the patio is a good size, and the washers and dryers in the unit work well. Cassidy and Jody have been exceptionally kind and very patient whenever problems come up. All issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintenance staff are quick to respond, but consistently unpleasant (needing assistance seems to be a huge inconvenience for them) to interact with. What people say about the parking here is true - its TERRIBLE, especially if you work late night shifts. All the spots within a reasonable distance of your apartment are almost guaranteed to be taken by 9-10pm.Its definitely noticeable when a train passes by, but after a couple of weeks it blends into the background and becomes a nonissue. The new little playground by the pool is cute, and kids look like theyre having a lot of fun when I drive by it.Some of the other residents are...well, there are some incredibly rude/crass/openly judgmental people living here. Its aggravating. Ill leave it at that.My apartment was broken into once, despite all doors being locked, and whoever it was seemed to have spent a good amount of time figuring out my schedule because I left at 5pm that day and came back at 7pm to find my front door wide open and several thousand dollars worth of belongings gone. It was never resolved. In a nutshell? Give it a shot. No place is perfect, but Four Seasons tries. Youll run into problems no matter where you go. This is a comfortable place to deal with them.

Ive lived here for 4 years, first under Neumont University and then when I graduated, I moved out and into another apartment in the same building. The train does pass by very frequently, and as another reviewer posted, the horn used to wake me up in the middle of the night. I did live on the 3rd floor, and my whole apartment would shake pretty badly. I now live on the 2nd floor, and it does still shake, but not nearly as much. After about a year of living here, I noticed that the outside of the apartment buildings were basically falling apart, but that appears to have been taken care of. There are a lot of birds and they do poop all over the sidewalks and the stairs, so the outside appearance isnt the best, but it doesnt really bother me. Overall, its a nice place to call home.

If youre looking for a nice place to stay, great amenities and awesome club house......this is the place. However if youre looking for an affordable, convenient, flexible location......THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! I just moved out 2 weeks ago and received my move out bill....they charged me for moving out 3 days after my lease was up, so I HAD TO PAY an extra 100bucks for days that i wasnt even living there! They all saw me leave and hand in my keys the day before my last day on the lease. I called and emailed them as soon as I saw this final bill and no one has yet to respond. So basically $100 went to them, they prolly split it up among themselves. Anyways, utilities are super high, water is like almost 100 bucks per month and I lived alone. They just put in speed bumps so that ruined everything. My biggest complaint is how they deliberately took 100bucks from me knowing good n well I moved out the day before my lease was up!! How can they do that??!!! 3 unaccounted days they just decided to charge me for!! I even signed a piece of paper saying I was moving out the 1st of sept, and I actually ended up moving out the 31st of aug! Unbelievable, DONT MOVE HERE......save yourself the hassle and live elsewhere, its not worth $1000+ a month!!!

Reading these reviews have me seriously nervous and terrified for moving out but I am when my lease is up Ive waived my white flag and Im done, which is heart breaking I love my neighbors and my apartment itself(to an extent). These apartments are terrible. We first moved in the month of march in 2015. At first it was amazing everything was taken care of, management was so nice and helpful and it was a great experience. Then as time went on more and more that tone change. Management now is ridiculous. All of the negative grips are true. Parking is ridiculous, there were multiple trailers over the years that were complained about multiple time that management just wouldnt do a thing about. I live on the back east side by the train tracks, with those they really arent bad. Ya house shakes like maybe 1-2 a day and its not that bad of a noise however on this side there was a couple month time span of police out side due to theft or break in almost every day. Management didnt care one bit. You would call and complain and state the fences on the east side are torn and open and basically non exsistant and they would give you a basic well we cant do anything attitude, or its definitely gonna get fixed thank you for telling us then nothing done ever. My car got broken into IN MY GARAGE and I called to report it and I got a basic we dont care call police. I spoke with a security officer who voiced his own safety concerns and stated they are trying to get more visits to not avail All of that is so maddening!! They dont tell you that there apartments rented out to rehab facilities( I found out from a tentant in one) which they probably dont have to tell you it just would be nice to especially when your south Jordan apartment starts feeling like west valley to know those sorts of things. Ive lost my sense of safe and security in these apartments. My house has been 82 degrees for 2 weeks. Getting hold of management is a joke. Calling the call center is a waste of time. Trying to get wasatch main number to complain. Impossible. Talking to anyone helpful is not happening. Management is all about reactiveness non of what they do is proactive. They care about nothing but the dollar received. I feel the only reason these apartments are worth what you pay is the location past that none of this is worth the price and pain and agony they put you through.

Just moved out last month, horrible experience. not to mention bug problems during the summer, even though we did live on the first floor it was expected but in this situation it was really bad probably due to the fact that the weatherstrips for the patio door and the main door had cracks in them. Also the carpet was disgusting when we first moved in, very thin walls, obnoxious neighbors who were not respecting anyone around them (slamming doors throughout the night, vomiting right outside their door and not cleaning up, throwing cigarette buds everywhere) made multiple complaints and management did nothing. I would not advise anyone to rent here EVER. Oh and on top of that they also sent us a bill after we moved out claiming we owe 268 dollars for month to month fees which they did not say anything about when we went and turned our keys in I made multiple phone calls to them to verify the total amount that we would be charged at the end of our lease agreement and they send me a bill in the mail. total crap AGAIN DO NOT RENT HERE!

I have lived here for 2 years. We have tolerated the train. The college kids, the smoking the feral cats and people knocking on our door because my husband is law enforcement and they see him come and go in his uniform. We pay more in utilities here than in a 4 bedroom home in Herriman. Our rent was increased over $150 and we just got notice less than 44 days before the end of our lease. When we went to talk to the manager Cass was extremely rude when we asked to speak to her. The first thing out of her mouth was, I dont have much time do you live here? Then she all of a sudden knew how much our rent increased and what apartment number when we were in. When we asked about the end of our lease she immediately started getting defensive and loud saying we are not required to give you more than 30 days notice of a rent increase. I could not even get information about how to handle the end of our lease that is up in 40 odd days and they want 60 days notice. I had no plans on moving. I just refuse to be treated so poorly by a manager. The previous owners before Wasatch (Alliance was the tops) Kym the previous manager was great. Cass and your current staff is rude and unprofessional. We have had feral cats being fed by tenants and cat faeces under the stairwells. Cigarette butts covering grass and sidewalks from months with nothing being done. In the last 3 months squads of South Jordan police called and been on location for many incidents. Not just a few at a time both incidents had 5 or more officers responding. I have had to hear current staff bad mouth the old staff saying they were too soft and thats why they are not here. I was more than happy to give you 60 days notice today. You give me no reason to renew my lease and your manager and staff is as unprofessional and rude as they come. Listing in multiple website for this property show photos mixed in with few real photos and that is bait and switch. Just stay away.

I moved from sterling village to 4 seasons which is across from each other and it has been the worst choice I have ever made. The lady that had helped me originally showed me the 1 bedroom 1 bath and said it would be 870$ which was a lie bc clearly on the brochure it said 890$ so right off the top they have shady workers that will try to mislead you to get you to live there. I cleared that up when I talked to the manager or whoever the person was that helped me. You really dont know who the manager is bc none of the workers are professional. Didnt matter bc my only interest was to get the apartment for the price we agreed on. The lady also lied about me having a rack in my laudry room. I called in and asked why i didnt have the rack they said that it didnt come with one. I mean not a big deal but again the small lies they say to manipulate you and spark your interest. The lady also said my lease would be 6 months and then at the very end when my deposit had been put down and I was ready to sign she try to be sligh and say oh we only have 9 month leases for our 1 bed 1 bath again lying. I confronted her and reminded her about the 6 month lease she said I could do. Then she automatically remembered and started to position herself out of the lie. Again I really didnt care what lease they put on as long as they could be honest I can deal with the time. Bc in all fairness I understand they also need to get paid for whatever they do. At the end we agreed on a 7 month lease. My rent was what I wanted it to be. Apart from my rent they have a conservice bill which they never tell you about. So on top of paying your bill rocky mount and questar bill plan on paying.. double for your water, gas and electricity for common area charges. so anticipate about 100$ on top of your questar and rocky mountain. About midway through my lease they sent out a mass flyer saying that everyones lease would raise 14$ bc the trash was getting too full. I think it was around december which I laughed about considering that its christmas and the trash will be full bc all the gifts and boxes.. you would think they would consider the holiday seasons right? wrong, they still find ways to charge you with out breaching your contract they just do it through conservice which isnt considered breaching bc its a fluctuating utility bill. Complete Joke right? The jokes go on... they also sent out flyers mid january to rat on your neighbors bc of the dog pooh that was getting out of hand which it was but what apartment place doesnt? Thats what maintenance is there for and what we pay extra for in our rent to keep our living area clean. but no over here in 4 seasons they encouraged us to rat out our neighbors and be rewarded if we did. Super UNPROFESSIONAL of 4 seasons to ever ask that. On top of paying high utility bills they hardly ever shovel the snow. Thank goodness we havent had a real winter or else we all would have been screwed in the parking lot. Just with the little snow we had this year I sometimes struggled to get my car out the parking lot. Noise through the walls are horrible our neighbors have a party every weekend and its non stop music and partying i have complained to the security a couple of times and still nothing changes so i just completely given up on asking. Do Not live here!! read my review! be aware! There are more issues I have not even touched on.

I have lived here for 5 months now. I really like it here. The apartments are vert nice and spacious. The kitchen is large and the patio is a good size. The maintance here are quick and they respond to requests usually the same day. The 24hr gym is also a really good perk to the apartment. There are some issuea to consider. The train passes right by the apartments and can be pretty loud. I live on the first floor and it really isnt much of an issue. Firends who live on the third floor often complain that the train is very loud and the apartment shakes. Again, being on thw first floor i dont have that issue. This is a very nice apartment. Obviously not a permanent place but a great temp home.---------So I am writing an update. I have lived at four seasons for about 7 months now and there is one very important thing you all should know if you are looking into this place. They have changed the train passing protocol. What I mean is this. The train no longer sounds their horn when they pass. The reason they were always sounding there really loud horn is because about 2 blocks away is an intersection where cars can drive over the train tracks. Now they have made it into a no horn passing. I have to say, it changes everything. I dont even notice they trains anymore. Its great.
