Our home is 90 years old with radiator heat. The boiler system had been jerry-rigged to fix problems in the past and was dangerous. The housing was still in the old coal furnace housing! This wasnt an easy job and it certainly wasnt a run of the mill job! It took a company who was serious about meeting challenges and giving excellent customer service, at which JNJ Heating excelled. Two people looked over the current system, took a great deal of time asking about our needs, answered all my questions clearly, and then sent me a quote describing all the work they would do. I communicated several times after that as new questions occurred to me, and again I received clear, quick, thorough answers. I contracted with JNJ to do the actual work, and under Marks excellent leadership they got the old boiler out, cleaned up the area, and installed a new system. Throughout this time Mark and his crew were very professional, answering more of my questions!, explaining the new system, and being very considerate. I would recommend JNJ highly to anyone needing help with their heading and air conditioning needs.

Had our system installed about two months ago and noticed over the weekend something that we felt was done incorrectly. Placed the call and had a tech out here on the same day! Pete was extremely knowledgeable and understanding! Explained why it was done this way and corrected to the way we wanted! Very professional and personable!

I checked with JNJ sometime in the last two days because my AC went out. When I checked this morning - first day after the holiday - someone was assigned to come out between 9 and 11. Codi Campbell was the service provider. He has come to our home before. He was excellent. I am always glad when he comes.... for he does a thorough and excellent job.I checked in with the office this afternoon because I am unclear about my contract with JNJ. I was told that someone will call. That will be great.

We had our furnace and AC installed a month ago, we started to have issues with our thermostat. It’s was Saturday at 6pm, made the call to JNJ. They advised a tech would call and within 10 mins I received a call! Tech, Cody, was professional and prompt, and willing to fix it right away! From the estimate to the install to having Cody come out on a Saturday night, our experience has been amazing! Highly recommend!

We had several a/c companies tell us they could not replace our 40 year old air handler. Casey researched the problem and located a company that had a replacement air handler. Mark and his crew did a great job installing the unit, while dealing with some unforseen issues. Also they were courteous and very careful by wearing their masks.

I was amazed at how quickly JNJ responded. My daughter has really bad allergies and she was having difficulty breathing. Someone mentioned to get the air ducts cleaned. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did. I was shocked at the amount of dust we had in our ducts and it makes me sick to think that my family was breathing that in. Here’s the great part, since the work was done, my daughter has not had any issues. What a find this was! I had a gotten a rough estimate from another very well known heating company, but a neighbor told me about JNJ. Casey was amazing in working out what system would work for me, but best part was he didn’t try and sell me something greater than what I needed or than what I wanted. I told him what I was thinking and he gave me 3 options: good better best. Simple and quick decision to make. And price was $1500–$3000 cheaper than that other company.And my AC was the old Freon and about 17 years old, so bundled in a new AC.Installed it today, Justin and Mike were prompt and courteous and worked their butts off - 6 hours straight no breaks! And explained everything afterwards.I think this is a great company with a great owner, which means great employees. And not out to gouge you! Highly recommend!

On June 10th of this year, Codi, an HVAC technician from JNJ Heating and Cooling came out to our house for maintenance on our AC and furnace. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and kept us informed of his findings and progress throughout the whole process. He took pictures and videos of everything he worked on and the problem(s) he did find were fixed to our satisfaction both quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend this local company.

When we needed them in a hurry, JNJ was there for us. Our system went out a few days ago during one of the storms. Another company came out to assess the situation & said we needed a new system. We understood, but it’s hot & wanted to know the timing! They couldn’t even tell us when we would get the quote. 😫 In the meantime we called JNJ, the owner was out at our house within 2 hours. Quoted immediately, and had his team deliver 3 window units FREE of charge to use until installation!!! They had the financing done that day and installation 2 days later. The price ended up being $2,000 less than the original companies quote, which was sent AFTER JNJ’s installation was already complete. Let’s just say JNJ and their team saved a marriage today! I highly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs.

Codi showed up on-time to inspect my furnace. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the furnace, A/C and humidifier. He explained the recommended service intervals and options available for each.I signed up for the annual inspection program and discounted premium service for both the furnace and A/C, and I think its a good deal.Id recommend JNJ and Codi to anyone.

Company responded to problem same day I called, worked hard all afternoon. Codi returned next day to complete the work, (on his day off!), and worked hard for hours to finish the job, very determined, efficient and polite, I would be proud to have Codi as an employee. My mother just got her air conditioning replaced and is extremely satisfied with everything from the receptionist to Casey who came out to do the estimate to Mark (and another employee whom I forgot the name of, I’m sorry!!). They were quick, knowledgeable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The one thing I appreciated was they didn’t try to up sell me, which a lot of companies don’t do. The estimate was exactly what she paid, no extras here and there.

As a new customer I had an issue of no heat with my furnace after hours in the winter. I spoke with a technician over the phone who was very helpful and determined together it would best to have someone come out in the morning on Saturday. Pete came early in the am and diagnosed the problem. He was impressively knowledgable and was obviously working in my best interest and not just to charge me fees. We were back with heat in no time, I am very glad I called them, they will now be my go-to for HVAC.

I contacted Jason at JNJ Heating & Air Conditioning regarding issues that we were having on regulating our air and heat since we finished our basement. Jason came out and explained that we had to many vents for the basement that were not allowing the air/heat to get the main floor and upstairs. He suggested closing some of the with a foam insert (not sure of the technical term) which would force the air/heat to go the upper floors. The technician came out to our home (on time) and was professional, courtesy and respected our home. The air/heat are now consistent temperature for all 3 floors. The one thing that I found extremely professional about Jason is that he came out a few days after the work was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. To me, that is a first class company that believes in customer service.During Jasons visit. we discussed the vents for bathrooms. He quoted a fair price for the replacement which we plan to install at the first of the year.I would highly recommend JNJ Heating & Air Conditioning because everyone that I have spoken to in the office or the technicians are professional, knowledgeable and care about what your issues may be plus they respond quickly to you.

Fast response, despite a heat wave. Clint, the technician, was polite and professional. He got the old AC unit running very quickly, but also gave valuable advice about our future options (given rising refrigerant prices.) He also took the time to check out several other parts that might be an issue. I appreciated the thoroughness, and his focus on making the wisest, most cost-effective decisions.

Our JNJ Service Specialist, Alan Ahlgard, came out today to perform an annual maintenance inspection of our furnace and air conditioner. He detected a small gas leak in the furnace and he fixed it. He then cleaned & inspected our air conditioner. I liked his work ethic & professionalism ! I highly recommend JNJ Heating to anyone !

Had my furnace installed last October and the service provided by Jason was great. His main goal is to ensure the satisfaction of his customers. I cannot believe we now have air conditioning in our lovely old 1886 Victorian home!! Its too good to be true. Our experience with JNJ has been wonderful.Im a business owner myself, and I could tell immediately that JNJ is run by someone who really cares. I had a number of different HVAC companies come see our project, and Jason and his team were the most professional (they recommended a high velocity system - spacepak - because it was minimally invasive with our old plaster walls), the most patient with my questions, the most can do in their attitude, the most courteous toward my family, the most reasonable and precise in their pricing, the most trustworthy, and the most friendly to work with. If you get a chance to meet Jason, the business owner, youll know why. These traits are all reflections of who he is.I rarely recommend contractors to other friends, because its unfortunately so rare to find someone that wont disappoint you. But I would wholeheartedly recommend Jason and his team to anyone.

I had JNJ come out to fix my A/C unit that had a blown capacitor and the service techs were very friendly and clearly communicated the issue they found. They also recommended surge protectors and were not pushy in trying to up sell anything, but wanted to inform us of the best options to protect our investment. I signed up to have them service my units twice a year and the tech (Clint) recently performed a check on my A/C & furnace. Again, he wasnt pushy trying to upsell but clearly communicated everything he found and informed me of my options should I want to do any preventative maintenance. Overall Im very pleased with the service I have received from the various technicians and also the office support staff. Keep up the good work!

Codi did a thorough job on our AC service today. He explained AGAIN how to change the electronic filter and even wrote down all of the steps. I feel confident that I can do it on my own, which is important since the filter needs to be changed quarterly. He also explained a pressure issue related to our ductwork in a way that finally makes sense. I will be happy to have him come for our service needs in the future.

JNJ Heating and cooling were amazing. They were extremely efficient prompt and on time. Jason and his team were incredible. From the first initial meeting to the job being finalized. The team worked extremely hard and no time wss wasted.Everything looks and works perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used JNJ for over 10 years. Jason and his excellent team of experts have done many things for us. We use them for our regular clean and checks, they have replaced parts on both our furnace and air conditioner, and most recently they installed a new hot water heater. All the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Jason even came to our house one cold winter on Christmas Day when our heat stopped working! Their prices are very fair and their customer service is second to none. We highly recommend JNJ!

It makes a big difference when you use a reputable company that doesn’t try to rip you off. The service technician JNJ sent out was a true professional, his name was Steve Cirrincione, he patiently diagnosed a screw up another company did and thoroughly cleaned the furnace, in this brutally cold weather we are now confident our system was properly inspected and working correctly. Thanks JNJ and thanks Steve for recognizing how important good customer service is and I will recommend you to anyone who needs a REAL heating an Ac company that understands what a good reputation means to them and their customers... Highly recommended!!!

I have nothing but praise for Steve Cirrincione who came to fix my furnace. He was professional, kind and most of all honest! He relieved my stress because he knew what he was doing and earned my trust. Hes in a class above most technicians ! I would highly recommend him.
