Line moves quickly, good variety of stamps, cards, bubble mailers, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Extra business hours helpful. Covid protocols in place appreciated.
The lady on telephone is the most professional and friendly person I have ever talk to about my package l put the wrong zip code. She is truly a caring person. I am in Germany and she has given me hope that my package will be taken care of. Thanks a million, Pete .
I tried to call my local office for a quick question about packing. Their phone labyrinth could not answer my question nor gave me an option to talk to someone. Once again our tax dollars hard at work.
THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND DID NOTHING TO FIND IT OR AT LEAST EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO IT...TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Unfortunately, at least four packages are sitting waiting for processing (over 10 days). When you pay nearly $300 in shipping, you expect the service to be a little faster. Even worse when USPS Priority is normally 3-4 days (only a fraction longer due to COVID-19). Please look for the 4x tires/rims from Tire Rack and get them moving. Thanks.

Incredible customer service! I shipped packages for my mother that were unable to be delivered to the destination and called and spoke with the manager. She was very professional and helpful and solved the issue. Very pleased with this level of customer service, especially in this day and age of subpar service.

The people who work here are courteous, helpful, and personable. I have sent everything from bulk mail to heavy packages of liquid shipping over seas and I even applied for my passport at this location. No matter what department or service Ive used, the staff here works efficiently and patiently.
Great service! I wasnt sure if a valuable package had been delivered to my business, so I gave them a call and they spent several minutes hunting it down. Very friendly and helpful!
It was my first time sending a package so I had no idea what to do, the ladies at the desk were really helpful and quite nice. The office also offers a lot of services at a good price, I would definitely go there the next time I need to send something!

Not actually trained to deal with passport renewal. Expect to do everything yourself. Go to Mishawaka instead. They are great at helping with passports

On 7-18-20, A package coming from Florida to South Bend traveled to Indianapolis, then to Maryland, and then back to Indianapolis, and finally to South Bend. What is that all about?Now instead of being delivered today as it stated, it wont be here until Monday now. I sure cant blame the Frontline workers as I believe they work hard and realize upper management is in a world of hurt and will be to blame for the demise of the postal service if it finally crumbles apart. So sad.
This Post Office does not mind helping you with anything. They have the information you need to know.
Had to drop to one star. Service is awful! Too many different carriers on one route. So theres never an understanding, of whats suppose to be delivered, and what not to deliver at home address.
