For the first time, I really wish I could give a company 0 stars!! We live about 20 miles from this facility. Every single package I have had go through this facility, has been late. Every. Single. One. Once the package hits the South Bend facility, it sits there for anywhere from 3 days to a week or more before it gets delivered. This last package I even paid for faster shipping and it’s still been sitting there for 4 days. I can’t count the number of times I have called FedEx to complain or try to see what the problem is and it’s ridiculous excuses every single time. Their answer this time? It’s a large facility and they handle a lot of packages. Goodness I hope so…it’s a shipping company for goodness sake! They literally have one job. Deliver packages on time. Maybe they need to spend some time learning how UPS runs things. They can at least deliver a package when promised. It’s obvious from the multitude of similar complaints and a lack of response or action from FedEx that they do not care about this problem or their customers at all. I will no longer be ordering from any company who uses FedEx to ship my orders.
This facility would be run better by monkeys. There is absolutely no excuse for the late/undelivered packages, no follow through, and poor tracking of items. Floor workers dont care about you, management doesnt care about you, upper management doesnt care about you. Customer service might care but their assistance is about as effective as their delivery service. This facility and the people who run it are an absolute cancer if youd like to receive what you paid for GO TO ANYONE ELSE BUT FEDEX.UPS isnt struggling, the USPS isnt struggling. They take packages and they actually deliver them, WITHIN a reasonable time frame to boot. Being short staffed is not an excuse when competition is operating with the same workforce conditions. Go kick a useless exec and get the funds to maybe one day act as a company that doesnt embody failure.30 days past expected delivery date, Im still waiting for a mattress I would have loved to have started to sleep on but I guess ill wait some more
I regularly place orders with Home Chef and Hello Fresh. These orders are packed so they can withstand a few days of delivery, but not weeks. For some reason, if I schedule my delivery to arrive Monday, FedEx will refuse to deliver. They constantly delay the shipments or leave them on the truck overnight. These packages are fresh food items that have to be delivered in 3-4 days max and stored somewhere climate controlled, not overnight on a truck in 90°F weather so the food is ruined. Ive called numerous times only to be told they dont know why the package wasnt delivered. Hello Fresh even went as far as purchasing guaranteed delivery and they still cant get the package here on time. Every time this happens, the box is lost for 3-5 days then shows up completely damaged and all food ruined. These are $100-$200 orders they are damaging every time and they could care less.I recently changed my delivery day to Sunday and now the packages are showing up on Saturday. Seems to me that FedEx does not deliver certain items in my area Sunday through Tuesday. I can only seem to get deliveries Wednesday through Saturday. Their site clearly states they deliver 7 days a week, but thats obviously not true. Of course this week I stupidly changed my grocery delivery to Monday and of course it hasnt arrived. Im sure it will show up Wednesday or Thursday, but by then will be completely ruined. Just another week of wasted money on groceries I cant use because of FedExs absolute incompetence.Update: FedEx admitted to ruining my last order so Hello Fresh sent a replacement. That box is now missing and FedEx cant seem to locate it. Hello Fresh was kind enough to switch me to UDS. Havent had an issue since. This isnt the only area Ive had issues with FedEx. This happened in Illinois too. Clearly FedEx is incapable and Ill be making sure to use a different service going forward.

This is by far the worst FedEx in the country. My packages were late, incorrect and REEK of cigarette smoke. And that was after their GPS went down causing delays for days. If FedEx had any sense they would fire everyone and start over at this shipping center. As you can tell from the rest of the comments, they just dont care. South Bend deserves better.
My package has been sitting in a fed ex carrier facility in southbend Indiana since the 25th of August. Its now the 1st of September so a week later and all I keep seeing in tracking is potential delay . Chat on amazon with the robot and it says package still with the shipper. No help whatsoever.
My product sat at this store for 5 days and counting. It only needed to go to Mishawaka. I could walk this product to Mishawaka in less time! Dont use fed ex.
Worst ever. Cant contact southbend? How am i supposed to get my tires theyve been holding for 3weeks now. There has been 5 damn fed ex trucks thru here. I will never order from a company that ships fed ex again! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER
Absolutely horrible service. Always a issue with this location. Was supposed to receive package yesterday. The driver didn’t deliver. Was put back on the truck for today. Wasn’t delivered. Called Fed ex corp, they got in contact with the SB location. The excuse was they are behind. Yea I don’t believe that. I seen a fed ex truck go by my house Thursday afternoon. I hate when I order something offline and see that it is being sent via Fed Ex because I know this will be a problem. This location needs some serious reconstruction of management or workers.
Never using FedEx ever again. I ordered something shipped June 25 arrived in South Bend July 1st it is now July 19th still in South Bend 🤔
I have been waiting on a very expensive guitar to arrive, its now 6 days late with no available delivery update. I will never use FEDEX again. I will pay extra for UPS. #BoycottFEDEX .
Cant depend on day of delivery. Text says Wednesday, then reschedule to Thursday then reschedule to Friday and finally get my sorta live tree.

My tires have been sitting in transit for 4 days the 3rd customer service rep I talked to in the past 3 days just informed me theyre still sitting on a truck somewhere ! Had I been given this info days ago Id have canceled the order and shipped them prime considering the other set I ordered 2 days ago is already here! Never again using Fedex !

Costumer phone service is complete waste of time!! You can’t get through the robot to speak to a live person on the phone. The manager that works here doesn’t care if a package is stolen or delivered to the wrong address and isn’t take any precautions to help solve the problem.. The employees as well are very rude and not helpful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!
Needed a FedEx envelope after the counter closed (not the first time but its usually a FedEx pack that I need), but before the 9pm pickup time of the on site express drop box. The drop boxes have a compartment for supplies, but the one at the main location have been empty or out of the supplies I needed the last 3 times i used this drop box. Luckily this time a FedEx employee, not a driver, was able to get me the express shipping envelope I needed.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a package and it’s supposed to come through fedex. I called because they keep trying to deliver it to a south bend location even though my address is clearly not a south bend one. They denied that and eventually told me I was correct but I can’t do anything about it. So i will not be able to receive my package.

My shipment has been at the nearest facility for 5 days and isnt being delivered. I was supposed to get it 4 days ago, was told the address was wrong, though it isnt, and now it just says scheduled delivery pending. I want my package.
I wish zero stars was an option. I ordered a drone ($2k value) with 2 day delivery on Wednesday October 4, 2017 to Winona Lake, IB. That Friday, the package was taken back to S. Bend at 4:28pm saying recipient moved, when in fact a new parking lot had cut off access to my building from the main road, which would require the driver to go through Grace College campus. The driver did NOT call the cell number I provided. So within 20 minutes, I called customer support and had detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to get to my building.Sunday October 8 2017, I receive a teaching update that my package will be delivered the next day by end of day. Monday October 9th covers and goes, no delivery, no call.I call customer support again, they literally tell me they dont know why it wasnt delivered (our school and business were open) and that it would be delivered Tuesday, October 10 2017.At 8:03 pm (WAY AFTER CLOSE OF BUSINESS) the driver logs that they cant find the street address and AGAIN returns the package to South Bend.So I call customer service this morning (6:00am EST) to find out why. Im then informed that delivery is scheduled for any time between 1pm and 8pm (since when is 8pm END OF DAY?). After hearing my issue, the customer service rep asks for my phone number and says theyll call this morning.This is the absolute worst delivery service Ive ever experienced. The fact that on day 1 of delivery issues the driver did not call me while they were literally under 100 yards from me is ridiculous.

Fed ex is a delivery service that does NOT deliver. When contacting them about my issue I get the run around and excuse after excuse. The driver is not getting held responsible for him lying about delivering my package to me. He apparently delivered it to someone else. One would think that a delivery service would deliver but they dont and I will never use them again.

Drove out of my way to ship an order for my business but the system kept giving an error message. Had to give my info over and over until I tried paying in cash, which finally worked, BUT the location had no change to give me! So I just wasted 20 minutes without any solutions... my package is still not shipped. If you are a business that accepts cash as a payment you must have change, especially when your computers are giving error messages for no diagnosable reason! Complete waste of time!!!!
Very disappointed my package was left out in the back of the building considering the business is open and whomever delivered it chose to not bring it in. !!! Thank God it wasnt stolen!

I have not made an order online in years and finally when I decide to get myself something nice my package is not here. It says my package have arrived and was delivered but I have yet to receive my items. My mother however got her package the same day mines was suppose to arrive, and she made her order back in December, I have no clue as to what they are doing and I doubt they even know what they are doing. I use to work at this Fedex years ago and only for a very short time, an I must say first hands they are unprofessional and unorganized and I will not be doing business with them again! If I could they would receive no stars from me

Constant carrier delays. I get a notification that it is out for delivery and it never shows so I go back and track it and see a carrier delay. This happens several days in a row until my package finally arrives. Has happened several times now. Extremely disappointing as this never happens with UPS
Told me they couldnt help me ship my stuff I had to drive all the way to the airport but when I got there they had no idea what to do.I had to use UPS instead. These guys suck.
The drivers like to drop things pretty hard on my porch not caring if it breaks or not. Half the time my packages are halfway opened and I dont like it.
