I was literally sitting in my living room and they did not knock or ring my doorbell and said I never came to the door for my package. Needed my package for work and now I have to wait and go out of my way to get it. Called multiple times to speak to a representative and I would not get connected.

I often go here to drop off my Amazon returns. The staff is quick and efficient and there usually isnt any wait. If they are with another person they tell me Ill be with you in a minute. Always a good experience.

The staff is professional but they were not wearing face coverings when I went into the store and conducted business. I wore a mask and probably should have turned around right away and left. I will never do business with them or any UPS store again.

Glenn and his staff (Cindy and Hazel) are ALWAYS helpful and friendly! I enjoy going there! Nice to see some local businesses that still take pride in their service and treat their customers well.

Execlent service! The old lady there is very nice and helpful. The young lady, you need to get by the store more to understand her. She might appearing rude, but she is not. It is just the way she communicates. Both of them are working professionally.

Awesome people! Great service! They don’t lie about their computers “ being down” like the other stores.

Although this store is rather close to where I live, I avoid doing business there. I will drive to the south side of town or to Mishawaka where the employees are friendly and appreciate the business. The woman is rather rude and the fellow isnt much better. I have yet to hear a thank you from any one who works at this store. A dose of customer service would be welcome.

This store is in a location convenient for me. However the the lady who works there is rather rude and wants to do things her way. Went there a few days ago with a UPS and. USPS transaction. She was insisting on sending both the same way (UPS) even though I had said numerous times that was not what I wanted. May try one more time because of the convenience. (This is the 2nd time this has happened.)

Asked a question on the phone about UPS delivery and the person that answered the phone had a very condescending tone. I do not know their name (it was a female), but the call was made at 1:39 PM on March 16th. I would recommend this location to improve their customer service.
