I paid a premium for expedited shipping through DHL because that was the only shipper with a tracking number available. My package was supposed to arrive on Friday June 26. However, that was until the staff at DHL couldnt even figure out how to put it on the truck at the facility. Then, all day long when I checked the tracking number, all it said was its out for delivery as agreed. So I learned today that I cant trust DHL to get something somewhere on time and I also cant expect them to proactively or honestly inform me about my package. I imagine that they would give YOU the same stellar customer service. I now have to wait until Monday to receive my package which is three days down the line. I feel extremely ripped off and lied to.

Received my package it was retaped and product missing.
