I was coming from far away.Even the closer, the finance guy, was pleasant. You know, that guy who offers you the extra warranty and stuff. I think they knew I was not going for any of that, so it was quick and painless. The entire process at the dealer was about two hours, but I was in no rush. Got to examine the car, make sure all was perfect.Full tank, car spotless.Many of the employees are then 10 or 20 years. That tells you something.

Luckily, they seem to have a decent customer service department and upper management if you have to get something resolved…Unfortunately, I can’t give a full 5 star, yet … but I’m willing to keep trying.

I was kicked out of this dealership parking lot by a mechanic. Reason was I was sitting too long and me and my entire family bought vehicles from here luckily I have a dash camera that had me sitting for 19 minutes and mechanic says I was sitting at least an hour.. he told me that I’m in a area of lease returns and I asked him cars 8 feet from my car window “ so these 10 or so cars are lease returns with window stickers ?” He says no not these but the cars over 50!! Feet from me were ! Unbelievable !! And I was genuinely looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my girlfriend with my first born child for a replacement for her 15 Nissan Rogue. Didn’t want to do it but bought 19 Jeep Grand Cherokee from carvanna instead ..

Sorry to say we did not buy the MachE - sales person was nice but he was a little too aggressive - asked a few questions and he got touchy on the subject when comparing the car to Tesla which we test drove previously and subsequently ordered.Wanted a 2nd car for my wife and thought we would check Ford Mach E since the car was getting such positive reviews.The Mach E was great to drive, handled really well and looked really nice inside.Had actual buttons to press and turn and made it feel more like a traditional car.I would recommend to anyone who wanted to check it out go and do so, I would also recommend Fullerton, 1 salesperson does not make a dealership.They genuinely seems to be a decent dealer and would work with its customers.

EDIT: Service Department ReviewI attempted to schedule service here on 9/15/21 for my 2021 Ram Rebel. My poor experience started with no one answering the phone (at 3:15pm) and after several attempts I finally got a receptionist who said she would forwad me to George for help and then sent me directly into Brians voicemail.I called back several more times and finally got a service advisor (name I do not recall). I explained I needed an oil change and to have several issues looked at and he asked my name to look me up. I explained I would not be in the system because I bought the vehicle elsewhere, not a problem was his reply.After reviewing when they had an appointment available, weeks away mind you, I asked for a courtesy vehicle and his reply was, sorry, I cant do that because those are for OUR customers. I expressed some confusion and he clarified that because I didnt buy the vehicle through his sales team I was not considered their customer and would not be entitled to a courtesy vehicle. I tried to debate that I would be a paying service customer which should qualify me but after no prevail I said I would find another dealer who is fair to ALL their customers.I would avoid this service department if you can help it.

If I could give 6 stars, I would definitely do so. We were traveling in through the area when the check engine light came on in our 1.5 week old Wrangler 4xe. We were able to make our way to Fullerton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and they shuffled things to squeeze us in and quickly diagnose the issue as a loose connection in the cooling system for the electric motor. Been utilizing their service since 2015 for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU for warranty recalls, oil changes, routine checkups, and minor issues. Exceptional service from all employees especially John. He remembers me and takes care of me every single time. After moving about an hour away from their location, I decided to visit another Jeep dealership that was only 10 minutes away and found out it was a huge mistake. I thought, hey they carry the same brand so what could go wrong? Well I found out the hard way and realized the extra 50 minute drive to this particular location was well worth it. I may sound bias or if you think this is a fake review....its not. I personally just had such a good experience that I feel that they truly deserve the recognition for their efforts. Especially John.
