Was driving home and my oil light came on. Didnt know what to do, coasted to the side of the road, shut it off. Was stranded. Called pit stop the manager called me back they came to my car and checked it out, how wonderful. Great people who care about you.Turns out an oil line blew.

We had been needing the oil changed in our van for a while now. Quickest oil change ever and priced better than other places in town. They even cleared the oil life warning on the dash.Also che ked the air filter, added coolant, wiper fluid, and aired up our tires. We were there for maybe 10 minutes at the most.

Fast friendly service. Will return when next oil change is needed.

I only use this place for any of my oil changes and minor vehicle maintenance. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure that their customers (especially repeat customers) are well taken care of. I have honestly never seen any business that takes should pride and ownership in their work. All of the staff at Pitstop go out of their way to make sure the service is completed and more importantly completed correctly and timely! Love it here, do yourself a favor and get your service here! Its honestly well worth it!

They do a great job. And every one is really nice there. But they are expansive $100 for a oil change on a 2000 silverado. Whay too much $$$$ to go back again.

Weve been loyally using PitStop for 7yrs maybe 8yrs.Friendly and genuine employees. Lori, manager, has always made certain our cars get their proper attention! These fellas make quick, quality work of the oil change and overall check of the car. I love that I can run by in between oil changes to have the tires and fluids checked! Theyll top off the washer fluid and oil if you need it & fill the tires proper too.

I just stopped by for an oil change and just had the best experience. Stayed in my car the whole time and there was a team and people hovering around working on multiple things at once and thoroughly checked everything. Customer service was unmatched, very polite group of young guys and gal.

I paid for them to replace a bulb that is difficult to get to and they acted like it worked, but then I got home and the bulb hadn’t been replaced. They must have not been able to get to it and lied about changing it.

Took us in just before closing for am oil change, found a small leak in the oil filter and managed to fix it and wiped it down all within 10 minutes. Before letting us drive off ensured everything was fixed and good to go. Also didnt upcharge out the but and went out of their way to show us what they were doing.

Caveat EmptorOn 05/19/2020 my wife brought her car to be service. Before her excursion we took it to an auto repair service here in Somerset Kentucky. During the process it was discovered that the Air Filter was quite dirty and never been changed in sometime. Needless to say we will not be going back for service.

They cross threaded my drain plug, oil filter and didnt even put more than a quart of oil in my wifes vehicle. She came to me and said my vehicle making a knocking sound when it starts.

We have always had our oil changed at the dealership, but lately it has become a hassle to schedule an appointment. We didnt think Pit Stop would have our specific oil, but we stopped to ask anyways. We were thrilled to learn they do have our oil (dexos semi syn). In less than 10 minutes we had our oil cja need, filter checked, tire pressure checked and filled, transmission checked, added washer fluid, etc. Basically everything that takes a dealership am hour to do! Im beyond impressed. It was completely affordable too!

Every time i visit the Pit Stop, it is always a perfect and fast experience. Will NEVER go to anyone else ever again. Went to a different place to get my oil changed one time and they didnt tighten the oil filter good enough and it had been leaking the whole time. So I will always choose pitstop over everyone
