I called yesterday about the tires I was interested in and they were there today! I had them mounted and balanced today and I’m extremely pleased. Jim and Toni are always extraordinary friendly and treat me like they value my business, which means a lot to me. I very much recommend them!!!

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. My husband and I were out of town, traveling through and heard a horrible noise coming from what sounded like the rear end on our Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel. These wonderful individuals at this establishment, checked every possibility we and they could think of and found the problem. A simple problem that had absolutely nothing to do with the mechanics of the truck. In 20 min the problem was diagnosed and fixed at No Charge!!!!Who does that now a days???.I highly recommend this business! Very knowledgeable people.Keep up the excellent service you provide. I have taken my vehicles to get tires put many times. Today I had an appointment to see if I needed an alignment, the woman at the front desk was so rude its very unfortunate because the guys that work there are so nice. She either needs to be fired or trained on how to provide customer service the right way.

I have never had an easier tire purchase. I called and requested specific tires, they said they will be in tomorrow. They called when they came in. They immediately took the truck back and started work. It wasnt long before they called me to let me know it was finished. Picked up after work. The people at the front desk were friendly, but not very chatty. I appreciated that because it probably helped facilitate the speed and ease of the job. Ill make my next tire purchase there as well.

I stopped by unannounced to have a tire mounted and balanced. They where pretty busy. Other than taking 45 minutes to get it done, would definitely recommend. Im not sure about having mechanical work done just because I havent had any done here. They only charged me $15. For mounting, balancing, and tire disposal. I will be back again.

These guys are great. I was just passing through on my way to Alabama and needed to get a couple tires fixed because they were losing air too quickly. Ron (I believe thats his name) was polite, professional, and honest and showed me that my air valves were leaking. He fixed them quickly and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Very plain spoken, no gimmicks, asked for a good quality/value tire and was recommended one of the highest rated tires on the web, very competitively priced, no big box store add-on fees. Found another issue and wasn’t pushed to immediately fix, I’ve worked on cars for 25 years. Straight up place.

We dropped our 1993 Toyota truck here believing it was a timing chain issue, he inspected the truck, and said the timing chain was the issue. The truck was knocking and rattling. So, we ordered the parts. The timing chain parts came in we dropped them off. About a week later, this place began working on our truck, the following day, we received a call that the truck had bad rod bearings and that they needed replaced, but everything else was good. So, we were like, okay, if it has to be done, go ahead and finish it right. After it was finished, he called, and we went to pickup our truck.As we were about to pay, the mechanics were telling us that everything was fixed and good to go, and that truck still had a slight noise, but it wasn’t nothing bad, and we probably couldn’t hear it, but the mechanics could because they were professionals. The mechanics proceeded to tell us that the truck could easily drive for another 100,000 miles if driven appropriately. So, we paid the man, and as we were driving off, my boyfriend notice there was still a slight knock.Well, the next day, he checked his oil, and it was a quart overfilled, because Reed’s had to put an entire bottle of Lucas oil in it to cover up the knocking noise. The problem was never fixed, and instead of being upfront to us about what had happened the mechanics proceeded to lie to us. This mechanic knew that the truck had a knock before he tore into it, if there ear was that professional, they would have heard it before the tear down. Even, if, Reed’s made a mistake, the didn’t upfront tell us that they made a mistake.So, we spent $700, right before Christmas, so my boyfriend could have a ride back and forth to work. Instead, of our daughter having a better Christmas, we are out $700 and our truck is still knocking, and what makes it worse, is that he just tried to give us false hope to get us out the door.Reed’s did finish the timing chain, but the moral character of this place is low, just because we were young, and he thought he could make a dollar.I highly recommend anyone interested in going here to read this review first, and make the decision if this is the route you’d want to take your vehicle difficulties on.Now, we are searching for a engine, and we don’t have the money to buy another engine. Reed’s should have told us from the beginning that the engine will either need to be rebuilt or replaced. Now, my boyfriend’s truck is parked because it is knocking, the only difference is, the timing chain, the water pump, and the rod bearings are new (until the bearings are spun again, because of the knock).Reed’s said that the crank might be scorned, and it might need to be machined down, but they didn’t want to cost us that much money to fix, well, I wish you had that mentality before you charged us $700 for the job you did do.I almost forgot this part, my boyfriend called a few days later to have him reassure him that this would be okay to continue to drive, and the mechanic there said.. “ yeah, it should be okay to drive.. uhh.. several thousand more miles.” My boyfriend didn’t even argue with him, he knew what he meant, that the engine was on its way out soon. That’s a far difference than the 100,000 more miles he had told us before we had paid him.Just a sad experience, because we trusted them.

I cannot speak higher of the employees here. They go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable. They make sure youre well taken care of. I had trouble with my card and they were extremely trusting, understanding, and quick to get problems resolved. Theyve gained a forever customer and I will always recommend them.

Spent over $200 getting brakes and rotors changed and vehicles is still making grinding noises. Called back and politely told them and the woman at the desk was very rude. Heard her be rude to others as well while I was waiting. The older gentleman who first worked on my car very polite. Woman working at the desk extremely rude. Snapping at me, yelling at other employees, and throwing keys, employees yelling and cussing at each other and fighting in the back. Will never be back.

Be VERY careful if you accept a diagnosis from this place regarding repair work. John had fixed my 03 Maxima a number of times prior, including work that other mechanics could not find. BUT he likes to blow people off when hes busy (instead of telling them to wait a bit for his time) and when I returned to tell him I heard a metallic sound, he blew it off telling me it was my radiator fan (that he was aware of previously). I tried twice more to explain this was different and he barked (TRUST ME, its your fan). Less than one week later I was without a car. The chain had fallen off and the engine was toast (interference engine)When I returned explaining to him that his guidance had cost me $6000, he basically said sorry, there isnt a thing I can / will do for you). Yeah, I know, going to a tire joint for auto mechanics..... it will not ever happen again. But the point is, these people take ZERO responsibility for their actions.

Good people and friendly...ha! These people will be nice to you as long as your white. If youre black, Mexican, Asian, Native American or anything other than white dont expect much. I went in there to have some wheel bearings fixed because I didnt have the tools to do it myself. I called ahead and was told to come in a hour and they would take care of it. So I show up in exactly one hour and was treated like I was bothering them. If you do go there, sit outside and listen. Theyll talk about you behind your back. Since the three hour job they were unable to complete was going to take longer, I had no choice but to leave my car there. I had my father-in-law pickup it up for me and when he asked for it they said, the one for the Mexican?! So it doesnt matter what your ethnicity may be they will look at you and judge you as stupid if you are anything other than white. I will never go there again. They are not mechanics and they dont know what theyre doing. They will break something on your car and try to hide it instead of fixing it. If you want it done right find a different place or do it yourself. If you do go inspect your car before leaving and make them fix it right if its broke, before you leave. By the way, Im a retired Air Force veteran and Native American!

Where Ive been treated poorly or jerked around with pricing for problems that dont even get fixed, Reeds has never let me down and Im treated better than a customer. Ill always recommend them for any problem in their capacity to fix! (and with my terrible luck with vehicles over the last decade, theyve never failed to help)

Needed a break job fast. I called to ask if they could get me in same day and they told me to com in.My SUV was in the shop within 30 minutes and was back out in no time. I will be bringing both my vehicles there again for any future work as well as tires. Anyone would so themselves a great service by doing the same.

Ive done a lot of business with this place in the last 5yrs! But think its time to move on due to last visit. The customer service & people skills are horrible. You would think with a repetitive customer they would take it easy on you with the simple stuff especially after spending thousands with them in the past. I get it- its a business BUT when they charge you $50 for a 10 inch piece of pipe and 16 minutes of work -( I timed it) there is something BAD WRONG! So peace out # DONE

We were visiting from out of state and encountered a brake issue. We pulled iin, explained our issue and circumstance. They readily told us they would take care of the problem to the level we asked, while ensuring our vehicle would get us safely back to Texas. When we picked up the vehicle the repair bill was $69. Anytime you can get out of a mechanic while out of town under $300, consider yourself fortunate. They were fair, honest, and confident in their workmanship. Who could for more than that?

Great people, the mechanics were very fast and efficient, and the office personnel were very nice, also had a very clean waiting area for customers. If I could offer 1 suggestion, I would put a few thing in the waiting area for children under the age of 10.

Disappointed. We returned a rented Penske truck to this location and the person that processed our return was rude and condescending the entire time. All she could say was what she couldnt do. The truck was pre-paid for 10 days but returned in 9. She couldnt pay the refund, and I very clearly understand that after she explained it half a dozen different ways.I cant speak to their automotive service, which I hope is better than their customer service; however, I will give them a second start as the woman at the counter did call her Penske rep and gave us the contact information to make sure we get our money refunded.

We were coming in for a houseboat trip from Lansing Michigan and about 20 miles outside of somerset I started to smell something but kept driving. We called and found a motel for the night and when we stopped and I opened the hood there was radiator fluid leaking from the water pump so I knew the water pump had went. I went to an Autozone right next door and obtained a few names of places. It was Thursday around 2pm and two other places were unable to get me in on Thursday and werent even sure about Friday so the trip was in danger of losing their ski boat which I was towing for the houseboat trip.Reeds by chance had an opening and took me in right away. The repairs were fixed quickly and we were back on the road in about 1 hr. 45 min! The price was also very reasonable! The place was pretty new and very well organized. I would highly recommend them!

My mother amd stepfather took their vehicle to Reeds for a misfire/sputtering issue. They replaced the fuel pump and filter and charged almost $500. The vehicle continued to have the same issue when they picked it up from the shop. I called with my concerns that the issue would be fixed because they are on a very limited income and my mother is very ill and this repair was more than they could really afford to begin with. They said to bring the vehicle back and they would look at it again. Well they did amd changed the plugs/wire at a additional cost of $169.....wow was the first 500 charge that didnt fix the original issue not enough to cover a plug and wire change guys????
